Just not that impressed. Plates are “500 degrees” so I burnt my arm on it bc it’s stay hot forever and my steak was cooking as I cut it. I wanted to order medium rare but can barely get it bc plate is insanely hot. Ordered crab cakes and literally got 2. Service was not good but still tipped well bc I’m a decent person.

The food was great. I was surprised when one of our waiters (female) asked if we wanted more bread, clearly said yes, but she never returned. For paying $400 for our delicious meal, she accounted for not getting a higher rating.

Everything was wonderful for my parents anniversary. We saw our favorite waiter Brian who was not our waiter last night but we were able to see him. Our waitress great too. When we return we will be requesting Brian. The food was amazing.

It was our first time at Ruth’s Chris and the atmosphere was beautiful and service was great! I was excited to bring my son out for a special birthday dinner. I think we just had higher expectations for the food, which turned out to be just ok. Food was good, but definitely average, not anything special (especially for the price).

The chicken and service were absolutely amazing. The portions are very large. Nice selection of drinks. Green beans were very blan, the mashed potatoes tasted fake and I had a sticker in my wine front the bottle.

Ours was the only table in the room that was never even offered coffee or tea—and they were included on the menu. Further, all of our water glasses were either empty or nearly empty during our dessert course. So we in essence were given nothing to drink once dessert was served.

The sides and salads are just not very good. We love the escargot, crab cakes and my filet had fabulous flavor, yet undercooked. Lucky it I was served on a 500° plate; I used it to finish off each bite. My husbands birthday lamb was on the edge of over cooked, but he ate it all knowing that he really enjoys the seasoning of the lamb you serve. We went in knowing what we wanted and was only a tad sad. Our servers were fantastic and very kind.

We had a great dining experience for our daughter's graduation. Our server was excellent. The only concern was that one of our steaks was undercooked. It was ordered as medium, and it was very medium rare. Other than that the meal was outstanding.
