Food was great! Listening to the couple behind me fight and swear very loudly, I could have done without. Kind of made the whole experience die. Beyond that, the whole restaurant seemed loud and not the romantic experience I was looking for.

Food and service was delicious! Our server Joyce was knowledgeable and top notch on service. We ordered the petite filet and shrimp as well as lobster bisque. With garlic mash potatoes and steamed broccoli for our sides. In addition we had escargot and heirloom tomato mozzarella salad as starters. Finished with raspberry sorbet for dessert. This place is our new tradition every year and highly recommend it to anyone!

Went for our anniversary. Reservations were at 7:30. We were done and had check by 8:30. Not by our design Before we had our entrees, server said we needed to order dessert and it was last call because kitchen and bar were closing early

My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with all aspects of our visit. The food was impeccable, starting with the delicious ahi tuna appetizer. We both got a filet and it was prepared perfectly. Sides were delicious and the cheesecake dessert was one of the best things we’ve ever eaten. Bryan was a friendly and attentive server and went out of his way to make our night extra special. Couldn’t recommend this establishment more!!

We had Petite filet which was the best We’ve ever had. So tender served medium. Had the blue cheese crust and Oscar added to it. Worth every penny! We split a Ruth’s Chopped salad and garlic mashed potatoes. Would order again!

I have been hoping to try this restaurant for a couple of years and I was NOT disappointed. The food was amazing. Escargot appetizer was the best I have had in a long while and my filet was prepared perfectly at med rare. I also enjoyed a martini with THE BEST blue cheese olives I have ever had. We were enjoying a date night and also attending a concert and our server, Kurt, timed everything perfectly. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Excellent dinner for our anniversary. Crabtini, tuna appetizers perfect. Filet and bone-in New York strip very good. Our server Bryan really makes the Ruth’s Chris experience enjoyable. We have been going to this location for over 10 years since they opened and it has been a gem since.

1st time at this restaurant and it was superb. Steaks were excellent. I had the tomato and mozzarella salad that was excellent. We got crab cakes that were excellent as well. We ordered the mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole as sides. Both were good, but that casserole was out of this world. So good!! Will be back when a special occasion comes up!

We have been here many times and we love coming here. A little disappointed at first but it definitely improved. We made reservations over a month ago and requested a booth. When we arrived the booth was unavailable and the table we were given was in an uncomfortably cold area. We weren’t happy. 15 minutes later we had a new table with an excellent server. 20 minutes of being unhappy then 90 minutes of happiness

We love Ruth’s Chris Grand Rapids steakhouse. This is a favorite date night restaurant for us probably 2 to 4 times a year. Even with plenty of drinks and with great steaks it ends up being about $110-$120 per person. All in all I think that’s a great value. Super service from Joyce.

A huge thank you to the Ruth's Chris staff and management. They were very attentive and helpful. Anna and Caiden took care of us. They were excellent. Food was amazing as always, as well as cocktails! Definitely would recommend!
