Naya was great but her support staff was lacking, had to wait too long for water refill and bread refill. The steak was excellent, very disappointed with the Lobster. The calamari was slightly overcooked and only lukewarm. Overall, I would give the night a C.
If you like your meet well done, be sure NOT to ask for well done at Ruth Chris. It will come out burnt to a crisp! Otherwise, good flavor.
Super service! Great food! Wonderful atmosphere. Overall a perfect 5 star experience! They even decorated the table for our birthday celebration!
The server took way too long on everything, but was nice.
We have been to many competitor steak restaurants and this one by far is the best. The steak was amazing! And the side dishes just as good. The ambiance at this location was okay, but I would expect a little more. But it was still just fine. Loved our experience.
Ruths Chris Fort Worth is our favorite place for dinner and Happy Hour! Their food is consistently perfectly prepared and satisfying! I had the Spicy Shrimp app, which has a sauce I will be craving for days, and I chose the Petite Filet as my entree with the shoestring potatoes. The filet was cooked to perfect temperature and was delicious!
We will be back and often!
Easter. Wish they had done a brunch.
It was very nice.
Mashed potatoes were cold. Never offered the chance to order appetizers. Intermediate waiter service.
Jacob did an amazing job taking care of us and all of our food was outstanding. They have the BEST chocolate martinis in town!
Great server, great food great experience!
We waited a good bit to be initially greeted. Once we were greeted, the service was very good and the food was excellent as always. It is a little disappointing that there does not seem to be much of a dress code enforced. Maybe it is silly, but it feels off to dress up for a nice evening out and have many other patrons in tennis shoes and short sleeved t-shirts. It diminishes the overall ambiance I guess. I am old school though, I still feel inclined to dress up to fly on an airplane. :-)
Great service and food was out of the park!!! Great experience will be back again!!!
Victoria was really great!
Cocktails were fabulous! Service was slow. We dined here on a Monday night so I don't know why. Once our server determined we were not having wine, he should have removed the wine glasses, he didn't. It took a while to get our drinks, then to order, then to get our food, then to order dessert, etc...
We were celebrating a birthday but probably won't return here for special occasion meals in the future. The food was very good, but not as excellent as we recall it being in the past. With only ok service (we were never asked if we wanted another cocktail and only received one water refill) there are better choices at this price point.
Always enjoy their signature steak grilling! Great premium cuts of meat well prepared. While their food and wine list rival other competitors in the area, their service falls short of top shelf steak house standards. Examples: The waiter brought out a different wine than the one we ordered by wine list #. If I hadn't confirmed it was the correct vintage the mistake might have led to the wrong bottle being opened. Although I had ordered a bottle of sparkling water, 3 different times water servers came by and poured tap water in my glass. Although our waiter was willing to comp another bottle, top shelf establishments always change out water glasses to another style to avoid this rookie mistake. Tables were so close together that servers regularly kicked the legs of my chair trying to pass. All little details that make the difference between a good meal and a great experience.
The food was fabulous as always. The waiting staff were awesome and non intrusive. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.
Very good service. Food, ambiance was amazing. Would highly recommend
Frost time there. Enjoyed it immensely and will return to explore the rest of the menu.
The food was good. Happy to have a steak cooked the way I had asked for it to be cooked. Service was fine, but found our waiter to be very unpersonable. We felt like he didn’t want to be there. A little disappointing when you go to an expensive steakhouse.
Food was great. A little chilly inside, but in fairness we didn't mention it to them to correct.
We went for my hubbys bday celebration and enjoyed every bite of our meal. One of the best steaks around, excellent dinner experience and I would recomend for any occasion,
Very nice would go back for sure.
Our food, including the salads, was delicious & steak perfectly cooked. Loved the roasted Brussels sprouts. Jake took extra care to check to see if we needed anything during our meal.
I don’t know how to mark noise level as 5 is outstanding so somewhat confusing. No noise as dinner was quiet so should have reflected that in ratings
Perfectly cooked steaks and excellent service. A little pricey but overall very nice experience.
I was a little hesitant to make reservations after seeing several poor reviews from February 10th. However I did as I have always liked Ruth's Chris in Dallas. I am VERY glad I went ahead with the reservation. The service was possibly the best I've ever received at Ruth's or any steakhouse. Our server Danny was absolutely excellent. The steaks were outstanding. Based on my experience I can't recommend Ruth's Chris Fort Worth highly enough!
Spectacular food and service every time. The service is always impeccable and delicious cocktails .
Great food, superior service.
Perfect dining for any special occasion!!!
Great all around great drinks great food great waiter great atmosphere only compliant but not really a complaint the cream burlee was cold I’m use to it being warm.
It took 3 hours to dine at this location. First, our ticket with our order was lost and never made it to the kitchen. All 3 of us ordered steaks and all three of them were a different steak temperature than what we ordered. The manager did a poor job of handling this and told me I should go back to the kitchen and prepare my own steak. The manager was rude, but did take 2 of the 3 steaks off the bill and we still ended up spending over $200 that night. Not a good value for the $$ and a very bad experience.
We joined the Valentine's Day crowds but for Ruth's Chris, it seemed more like any other night . . .the dining room was not jammed with extra tables and there was no feeling of scheduling diners to be in and out. This was one of the more enjoyable Valentine's Day dinners I have had recently.
The Spicy Shrimp appetizer was delicious! Lightly fried and covered with a spicy sauce made a perfect pairing. I had a filet mignon, my wife had crab cakes. The filet was very good but my wife thought the crab was overtaken by the breaded base. The grilled asparagus and potatoes au gratin were wonderful. We topped off the meal with the wine special . . . The 120 Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the Santa Rita Winery in Chile. A quick check of Vivino shows the $32 bottle of wine can be purchased for $8 at the local grocery . . .
My husband and I both enjoyed our foods all the way from the appetizer to dessert. He ordered the Tuna for his dinner and I had steak and shrimp both were amazing dishes. We will be back!
We went for my husband’s birthday and they had confetti on the table and gave us a complimentary dessert (which was OK but not great). My husband had their version of an Old Fashioned which he thought was great. I had a glass of wine. We skipped the appetizers and split a wedge salad (plenty) and he ordered sea bass and I had a filet. Both entrees were very good (steak tender and cooked just right). We shared 3 sides, lobster Mac n cheese, mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. It was a bit too much food, so we brought some home. We ordered a creme brûlée for dessert which was perfect. We had a very quiet table and our server was awesome also. Bill was right at $200, not cheap but very enjoyable dining!!
We had an 8:00 pm reservation and were not seated until after 845. The front end staff was very nonchalant about the whole thing and we were told twice that it wasn't their fault that patrons were sitting longer than usual... come to find out the kitchen was 2 hours behind and it wasn't the guests at all. This was a horrible experience. We won't be back.
Restaurant was over booked and the lobby full of angry guest. We had to wait 1 hr past reservation time of 7:45 to be seated. We were finally seated in a overflow area. However, the wait staff and kitchen could not keep up.
Our server was Jeremy and he was incredibly polite and friendly. He was the best part of this disappointing experience. Our reservation was at 7:30, we arrived at 7:20. We were told it would be a few minutes. We weren’t seated until 8:10. We were told it was taking an hour and a half for the food, my date wanted to wait so we did. We received our steak (porterhouse for two) which was ordered medium rare, but was over cooked and had no pink remaining. The mashed potatoes had two bites taken out of them, they were soupy. We normally love this place, but not this time.
We eat here often and unfortunately, tonight was the last. Reservations made 3wks ago for our Valentines evening for 7:15. We arrived at 7, sat at 745, appetizer at 8- all good so far- by 9pm my wife and I are panicking because we gotta ne back to the babysitter by 10. 9:30 arrives and theres still 5 tickets ahead of us. There were 4 other tables that walked out, the people sitting next to us were celebrating their 39th anniversary and had bewn there 4hrs.
Poor managememt. Its a shame because Ive always enjoyed a Ruth's...ill now go across the street to Capital Grille. We left at 9:35 and stopped by Braums on the way home.
We had very poor service. We sat down at 7:15 and ordered by 7:35. We did not receive our food until 9:10. The sides dishes were cold as well. The server tried his best to make us comfortable. The manager never came to us and apologize or offer anything for the delay. We were not the only people that this happened too. Several people left. I will never go back to this place.
The restaurant took too many reservations and could not manage properly. Waitstaff warned us after we were seated and served drinks that the food was taking about 45 minutes after ordering...this estimate was greatly mistaken. Our food arrived well after conversations became difficult..2 hours after we ordered our food was served. Some over cooked; some still cold and not hot enough. Our after dinner plans were ruined seeing that this dinner experience last 3 1/2 hrs. First negative review I’ve ever had to write.
