It took 3 hours to dine at this location. First, our ticket with our order was lost and never made it to the kitchen. All 3 of us ordered steaks and all three of them were a different steak temperature than what we ordered. The manager did a poor job of handling this and told me I should go back to the kitchen and prepare my own steak. The manager was rude, but did take 2 of the 3 steaks off the bill and we still ended up spending over $200 that night. Not a good value for the $$ and a very bad experience.

We joined the Valentine's Day crowds but for Ruth's Chris, it seemed more like any other night . . .the dining room was not jammed with extra tables and there was no feeling of scheduling diners to be in and out. This was one of the more enjoyable Valentine's Day dinners I have had recently.

The Spicy Shrimp appetizer was delicious! Lightly fried and covered with a spicy sauce made a perfect pairing. I had a filet mignon, my wife had crab cakes. The filet was very good but my wife thought the crab was overtaken by the breaded base. The grilled asparagus and potatoes au gratin were wonderful. We topped off the meal with the wine special . . . The 120 Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the Santa Rita Winery in Chile. A quick check of Vivino shows the $32 bottle of wine can be purchased for $8 at the local grocery . . .

My husband and I both enjoyed our foods all the way from the appetizer to dessert. He ordered the Tuna for his dinner and I had steak and shrimp both were amazing dishes. We will be back!

We went for my husband’s birthday and they had confetti on the table and gave us a complimentary dessert (which was OK but not great). My husband had their version of an Old Fashioned which he thought was great. I had a glass of wine. We skipped the appetizers and split a wedge salad (plenty) and he ordered sea bass and I had a filet. Both entrees were very good (steak tender and cooked just right). We shared 3 sides, lobster Mac n cheese, mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. It was a bit too much food, so we brought some home. We ordered a creme brûlée for dessert which was perfect. We had a very quiet table and our server was awesome also. Bill was right at $200, not cheap but very enjoyable dining!!

We had an 8:00 pm reservation and were not seated until after 845. The front end staff was very nonchalant about the whole thing and we were told twice that it wasn't their fault that patrons were sitting longer than usual... come to find out the kitchen was 2 hours behind and it wasn't the guests at all. This was a horrible experience. We won't be back.

Restaurant was over booked and the lobby full of angry guest. We had to wait 1 hr past reservation time of 7:45 to be seated. We were finally seated in a overflow area. However, the wait staff and kitchen could not keep up.

Our server was Jeremy and he was incredibly polite and friendly. He was the best part of this disappointing experience. Our reservation was at 7:30, we arrived at 7:20. We were told it would be a few minutes. We weren’t seated until 8:10. We were told it was taking an hour and a half for the food, my date wanted to wait so we did. We received our steak (porterhouse for two) which was ordered medium rare, but was over cooked and had no pink remaining. The mashed potatoes had two bites taken out of them, they were soupy. We normally love this place, but not this time.

We eat here often and unfortunately, tonight was the last. Reservations made 3wks ago for our Valentines evening for 7:15. We arrived at 7, sat at 745, appetizer at 8- all good so far- by 9pm my wife and I are panicking because we gotta ne back to the babysitter by 10. 9:30 arrives and theres still 5 tickets ahead of us. There were 4 other tables that walked out, the people sitting next to us were celebrating their 39th anniversary and had bewn there 4hrs.
Poor managememt. Its a shame because Ive always enjoyed a Ruth's...ill now go across the street to Capital Grille. We left at 9:35 and stopped by Braums on the way home.

We had very poor service. We sat down at 7:15 and ordered by 7:35. We did not receive our food until 9:10. The sides dishes were cold as well. The server tried his best to make us comfortable. The manager never came to us and apologize or offer anything for the delay. We were not the only people that this happened too. Several people left. I will never go back to this place.

The restaurant took too many reservations and could not manage properly. Waitstaff warned us after we were seated and served drinks that the food was taking about 45 minutes after ordering...this estimate was greatly mistaken. Our food arrived well after conversations became difficult..2 hours after we ordered our food was served. Some over cooked; some still cold and not hot enough. Our after dinner plans were ruined seeing that this dinner experience last 3 1/2 hrs. First negative review I’ve ever had to write.

Had a 6:45 reservation. We were seated right away in the down stairs area which is normally reserved for large parties. Waited about 20 minutes for our tea and bread. Starters were good. Waited over an hour for the main course. When it came the steaks were cold as were the garlic mashed potatoes. My lobster was warm and really good. The manager came by and we shared our disappointment with her. She offered to bring fresh steaks but we declined since we had been there over 2 hours. She gave us our choice of dessert and comped the meal which we appreciated. I would suggest that they leave the down stairs area closed even on busy nights and just honor he reserved times or that they make sure staffing is adequate on a night that is always busy. We will go back as this is one of our favorite places to eat but it will be a while.

First I must say that RC is my favorite steakhouse until tonight. We waited 90 minutes for our meal, not counting the 35 minutes that we were at the table before we ordered. Our steaks were burnt. Service was not quality service at all. We had to ask for the meal to be comped. My well done steak was so bad that they made another one to go. When I got home my well done steak was rare. What has happened to RC? I will not go back for a while the experience was very disappointing, especially since this was a celebration. What a way to ruin an evening.
