Great experience all around and great service. We had Danny and he was great
If I had to go over again. I would recommend getting a booth and requesting easy on the salt for the seasoning on my steak.
We were seated near the entry of the kitchen and it was pretty noisy. My steak was cooked well but a little too salty.
The menu selection was decent . Several good options to choose from.
Service was "ok" Jeff seemed friendly enough but I had to wait twice on refills and when they boxed up our to-go order they left out the lobster. Bummer.
I would put this place in the same category as a Salt Grass but just a step above in service and ambiance but not in the same league as The Capital Grille.
It was a good meal... not a great meal and for the price it should have been.
Was great as usuall. Staff is attentive, food prepared perfectly.
Richie was great!!!! The food was awesome and the entire staff were on top of it. Great experience.
Been to Ruth Chris several times, always a great expedience!
Had An Awesone Memorable Birthday Dinner Here At Ruth Chris Steakhouse !!
Very welcoming, great service! Had ribeye and was by far one of the best I’ve had!
The service was excellent as was the food. We chose Ruth’s Cris for our family’s Annual Girls Night Out and had a throughly enjoyable dining experience. Thank you for making our night a great one.
We had booked for a birthday party, and when we arrived the table had birthday glitter and a card from Ruth’s Chris. What a nice touch! It wasn’t also Restaurant Week, so there was a set menu if you wanted that. One starter/salad, an entree and dessert. 5 of the 6 of us went with that, and one person ordered from the regular menu. We also ordered some extra appetizers. Those and the salads came out pretty quickly, but then the wait for our actual entree took a REALLY long time. They had brought out the sides first...but no meat. In fact, we waited so long they gave us extra sides because ours were getting cold.
When the steak as came out, they said something about an issue in the kitchen, and that they had run out of truffle sauce for two of the steaks, and would bring it out separately, which they did, on separate plates. The food was absolutely delicious (although if I could do it again, I’d order my filet rare, instead of medium-rare). It was still delicious and paired with the truffle crust was a good choice. I also ordered the bread putting which was AMAZING.
The wait staff was all SUPER knowledgeable and friendly, including the bar staff. It was a great evening, I just wish the wait between the appetizers and the actual entree hadn’t taken so long.
Amazing food Everytime. Services is A number one.
Great location. A perfect steak place when you want a break from the Texas BarBQ scene. If you like Ruth's Chris, then you will like this location. They live up to the Ruth's Chris standards of quality food and service. The only thing that they did not have that I would have liked was Oysters Rockefeller... I love them when they are served on a flaming bed of sea salt.
Terri was superb !!! Awesome service !!! Ambience and all was perfect !!!
Large Caesar salad, steak ( filet) cooked to perfection
We were celebrating our 37th Wedding Anniversary and the service and food at Ruth's Chris was very good. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Our Waiter did a great job of serving us even though he was very new to the job.
Absolutely loved the experience, attentiveness of the waitstaff and most importantly quality of the food! outstanding!
Food was superb!
The service was very good. Our waiter (Jeff) was quite friendly, competent and served us very capably. The food we had was well prepared, was kept nice and hot and tasted delicious. All the wait staff who waited on us were friendly and did a very nice job of taking care of our requirements.
Food was outstanding. Disappointed with service. Had to ask for tea refill twice and then just drank water because my tea was empty and I wanted to see if I would get a refill without having to ask. I didn’t.
Very nice atmosphere. Great service..
My wife and I went for restaurant week on Saturday night.
We went the last 3 years and were never disappointed ! Their steak were so good in the past that it became a staple for us during restaurant week.
This time though ... we were disappointed ... They switched their Filet Mignon for a Petit Filet and it was not nearly as good as before.
My wife steak was so overcooked - It was a piece of charcoal :-/ that is was crunchy ... They did made her an other one however.
Also that steak had way too much pepper on it .. It felt like a pepper crust , it took all the taste away. I actually had to scrapped all that pepper of my steak.
If next year they do the same menu we most likely will not go. The value and the quality is definitely not the same.
The salad were good - We had the caesar salad.
The dessert were pretty average.
The decoration on the desert were really laking... They throw 2 blueberries on the plate with the mini cheesecake and that's pretty much it ... Not much effort !
In the end I should I checked the menu but I was sure they would keep the Filet Mignon ! Bummer
We were seated in a small room, which we found to be way too warm and claustrophobic. The waiter was profusely sweating, which was a little off putting. I ordered my strip medium but it came medium well, which is a very disappointing Miss. To top it off my wife did not get her expected desert. Apparently another miscommunication. I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris probably 25-30 times without a hitch so I guess I was overdue for a bad one and this was by far the worst experience.
It was our first visit and to this restaurant. We went for a date during restaurant week. The ambiance was nice. Richard provided excellent service. The steak was great, love the 500 degree plate that kept it piping hot throughout the meal. We will definitely be dining there again.
One steak out of three was not good.
We went during the weekday for restaurant week, it was quite slow and not very busy at all. I ordered the filet medium and it was quite tasty, my husband had the NY strip medium and his was very flavorful and delicious. We both ordered our steak with the truffle crust and it was very good. The mashed potatoes were just ok, not very flavorful at all and a bit stiff. The creamed spinach lacked flavor as well. We also had a Caesar salad and it was very good. Overall the food was good, I expected a bit more but I will be back to give them another try. The steaks were wonderful and were cooked perfect it was just the sides that lacked flavor.
We took advantage of the DFW Restaurant Week special for our 40 th Anniversary and our friends’ 37 th Anniversary. We were a party of 9 and we had a wonderful time and meal. Even though we were there for the special menu, we were treated amazingly by all staff, even had rose petals on our table with an anniversary card and special chocolate writing of Happy Anniversary on our dessert plates. It was a perfect evening with great friends and the food was amazingly delicious! We will be back!
The service was wonderful..Food was above average. The prices were outlandishly high!
Will not be going back!
It’s worth it to go for the bone in strip! Every time I dine at the location in Fort Worth I feel like I’m in the restaurant of a Holiday Inn around 1985ish. Food is great but the ambiance not so much.
My parents 44th Anniversary. Richie was a Fantastic waiter very attentive and helpful and the cook that night was AMAZING, the food was the best we have ever had there and we are out there every 2 months. Great experience!
The restaurant was having an off night. Service was slow, mediocre at best. Kitchen was not any better and it may have been the kitchen that was causing the slow service. Waitstaff was just not their usual selves. Had to walk into the kitchen to get a water refilled. Shout out to Anthony for his help who regularly tends bar but was working the floor Saturday night, he was waiting on the tables next to us. Manager comp’d the whole meal for four, not our intent but for almost walking out it was the least that could be done. We are regular diners at Ruth’s Chris, dining at one of their locations at least once per month. We will of course return to the FTW location.
Restaurant was prepared for anniversary celebration—very thoughtful! Perfect service
AMAZING petite ribeye medium rare, probably the best I ever had. Bone in filet did it's job being think and buttery.
Great food and service!
The only downside is we were seated in the bar and there was a screaming kid in the bar.
It was way too much and almost ruined our evening. You pay way too much and expect more from a place like this.
Wonderful experience from beginning to end (our first time in ever). Began at the bar before our reservation to enjoy and app and cocktail. One slight opportunity for improvement imo is slightly more attentive bartenders (let me exaggerate the word SLIGHTLY). The bartenders weren't just standing around they were moving around quite actively, I say slightly more attentive because there was only 4 people at the bar top (two of them us) and it took a while sometimes for refill and we weren't told about the happy hour. And over all, they made wonderful drinks and had great attitudes.
Vino is Amazing! It was our first time at Ruth's and Vino was very patient with us, explaining how to get the most out of the menu for us. Our Petite Ribeyes were wonderful and cook to perfection and the sides The sides will be in my dreams for days. The lobster mac and cheese, enough said and the sweet potato casserole (let me take a brief moment to reminisce) ______. Just... if you go.. GET THE SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE! Celebrating my girlfriends birthday this was definitely the place to go! Thank you so much Ruth's, and please keep staffing people like Vino.
It was fantastic! Our waiter was outstanding and the food was delicious.
We always come to Ruth's Chris to celebrate our anniversary, and we always ask for Jake Mouton to be our server. Jake makes the experience so memorable and special. We look forward to coming every year, for the great food and the very enjoyable evening with Jake.
My husband and I went here for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and we were very impressed. The food was good and Matt our waiter was very attentive. We will definitely be back in the future.
Top 2 steak houses I have ever been to. Would recommend to anyone.
The experience was awesome. Keith our waiter was entertaining. It was an awesome experience for my niece’s 12th Birthday.
