Perfectly cooked steaks and excellent service. A little pricey but overall very nice experience.
Great food, superior service.
Perfect dining for any special occasion!!!
Great all around great drinks great food great waiter great atmosphere only compliant but not really a complaint the cream burlee was cold I’m use to it being warm.
It took 3 hours to dine at this location. First, our ticket with our order was lost and never made it to the kitchen. All 3 of us ordered steaks and all three of them were a different steak temperature than what we ordered. The manager did a poor job of handling this and told me I should go back to the kitchen and prepare my own steak. The manager was rude, but did take 2 of the 3 steaks off the bill and we still ended up spending over $200 that night. Not a good value for the $$ and a very bad experience.
We joined the Valentine's Day crowds but for Ruth's Chris, it seemed more like any other night . . .the dining room was not jammed with extra tables and there was no feeling of scheduling diners to be in and out. This was one of the more enjoyable Valentine's Day dinners I have had recently.
The Spicy Shrimp appetizer was delicious! Lightly fried and covered with a spicy sauce made a perfect pairing. I had a filet mignon, my wife had crab cakes. The filet was very good but my wife thought the crab was overtaken by the breaded base. The grilled asparagus and potatoes au gratin were wonderful. We topped off the meal with the wine special . . . The 120 Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the Santa Rita Winery in Chile. A quick check of Vivino shows the $32 bottle of wine can be purchased for $8 at the local grocery . . .
My husband and I both enjoyed our foods all the way from the appetizer to dessert. He ordered the Tuna for his dinner and I had steak and shrimp both were amazing dishes. We will be back!
We went for my husband’s birthday and they had confetti on the table and gave us a complimentary dessert (which was OK but not great). My husband had their version of an Old Fashioned which he thought was great. I had a glass of wine. We skipped the appetizers and split a wedge salad (plenty) and he ordered sea bass and I had a filet. Both entrees were very good (steak tender and cooked just right). We shared 3 sides, lobster Mac n cheese, mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. It was a bit too much food, so we brought some home. We ordered a creme brûlée for dessert which was perfect. We had a very quiet table and our server was awesome also. Bill was right at $200, not cheap but very enjoyable dining!!
We had an 8:00 pm reservation and were not seated until after 845. The front end staff was very nonchalant about the whole thing and we were told twice that it wasn't their fault that patrons were sitting longer than usual... come to find out the kitchen was 2 hours behind and it wasn't the guests at all. This was a horrible experience. We won't be back.
Restaurant was over booked and the lobby full of angry guest. We had to wait 1 hr past reservation time of 7:45 to be seated. We were finally seated in a overflow area. However, the wait staff and kitchen could not keep up.
