We finally used a 10 year old gift card and it still worked. We were treated very well and the food was outstanding. We ate like it was our last meal and enjoyed every course. Our waiter, Eric, was very helpful and took great care of us. Hopefully, we don't wait another 10 years to enjoy this special treat again!

There are lots of steak houses in Fort Worth, but we choose Del Frisco's every time now. The service, food, ambience, and honestly, the value cannot be beat. I always get the Ruth's Classic salad, steak, side, and dessert at the prix fixe and consider it a bargain for all of that food! No other steak house is as wonderfully delicious and consistent.

We received great service provided by Cody. My steak was cooked perfectly with Cody’s guidance. Also my husband’s salmon was wonderfully cooked as we. This was one of our best meals overall. Thank you so much Cody for your great service.

Ruth Chris is a quality dining experience. Our server was attentive. The food which is usually outstanding, was not up to standard. My wife's steak wasn't cooked to her specifications and as a result dampened her appetite.The mashed potatoes were awash in a river of butter...too much butter. The manager was very responsive , again the hallmark of service from Ruth Chri, I would recommend Ruth Chris, our dining experience there, outside of this visit have always been remarkable.

I used the gift I received via email as an excuse to try Ruth’s Chris for the first time. The confusion between the description of the gift and menu and what the restaurant actually acknowledged made for an awkward, confusing and uncomfortable situation. I eat at Bob’s down the street about once a week and wanted to see what their competition was like, but my experience will not stop me from going to Bob’s which is far superior in almost every category. Ruth’s Chris, even with the gift-discounted, pre fixe menu is a far poorer value. Probably most disconcerting was the lack of awareness of the staff to the email gift I had received from corporate. As a person who has owned several businesses I know when the left-hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing that chaos ensues. There’s no reason for me to go back.

Asked for my steak medium well and it was covered w blood. The mashed potatoes tasted like Idaho box mashed potatoes. The cheese cake was served w sour cream on top! I’m so disgusted with this place. I couldn’t believe this was a high end steakhouse. However, my waiter wasn’t bad. I felt bad for him having to serve such bad food.

They don't appear to appreciate US Military Veterans. I was asked to remove my Desert Storm Veteran hat when I entered the dinning area. Even though other guests wore Cowboy hats and other ball caps. I didn't create a scene but respected their request to remove my hat.

My husband and I were celebrating our 44th anniversary as we have several other anniversaries with Ruth’s Chris. Food and service was wonderful. I personally think their steaks are the Best of any other restaurant. I have felt this way since 2013, when I first ate at their restaurant in Seattle. My personal favorite is the filet, which is always perfectly cooked and tender. The staff is professional, very friendly, attentive and helpful. Cost is on the upper end but well worth it, especially for special occasions.

My husband brought me here for my birthday. It was amazing!! From being seated on time with our reservation, to the birthday confetti so thoughtfully arrayed on the table. The food was delicious! And our waitress Ebony was amazing!! So attentive and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Long wait to be seated. Red flashing lights from an emergency vehicle lit up the dining room for 45+ minutes. Windo shades would have been an easy solution. Didn’t get everything we ordered. And out 29th anniversary desert came out with a happy 29th birthday inscription on the plate. From start to finish, not a pleasant experience. Won’t be returning.
