    Haven’t been in a while. Service isn’t what it used to be. Wouldn’t classify this as a top level dining experience. They expect you to refill your own water, don’t serve the women first, salad plates and appetizer plates are not cleared quickly. Dirty table next to us was not reset until we paid and were leaving. The couple next to us finished when we were ordering drinks. The food is still great but the service isn’t what is expected for the price.

    350 for two people - I except great food. The sea bass was ok, au gratin potatoes had zero flavor/seasoning and they were a little slow on our drinks. My espresso martini was delicious and the cheesecake was amazing!!

    Our anniversary dinner was excellent. Asked for a booth..Got it. Our table was sprinkled with rose petals, we received complimentary glasses of champagne. Very friendly staff and our waiter was so professional and nice. We split the Cowboy ribeye and it was perfect. Also had creamed spinach which was very good and everything came out piping hot. Had to sip on our wine while things cooled down which was no problem . We received a complimentary dessert with an anniversary wish written in chocolate on the plate. They always do that for us. Ruth's Chris is our anniversary go to restaurant. We love it. We love the ambience and it was a very quiet evening with a few others celebrating anniversaries.

    My husband and I had an excellent evening. The fact that everyone we encountered wished us a Happy anniversary was amazing. My husband and I were blown away at how thoughtful everyone was. Jewel was our server and she went above and beyond. The next time we are looking to do a 5 ⭐ restaurant, Ruth Chris will be on the top of our list.

    We were celebrating our anniversary. They had rose petals on the table and a complimentary glass of champagne. Food and service were excellent. Sam was our waiter and was fantastic. We’ve been there several times and will be back.

    Service was great, very attentive. The seared ahi tuna appetizer was delicious. Filet mignon was good, however my husband and I both ordered medium rare and one came out rare, the other medium. The lobster Mac and cheese was okay. It was our first wedding anniversary, and that had been specified in the reservation. Tables around us also celebrating anniversaries had rose petals on the table and received complimentary champagne. We didn't receive either. It felt silly to bring it up in the moment, but it would have been nice to receive had they taken notice of the info on the reservation. Food was alright, but I don't see us returning due to the inconsistent quality at that price point.

    My first time here and my experience was amazing, our waiter Miguel was phenomenal he took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.     Host was very friendly. Our waiter was cheery but the follow through not so great. We were there celebrating our Anniversary. We were given complimentary glasses of champagne which was nice and very unexpected. The down side , Our salads were wrong and were sent back and the 2nd time they were still wrong , but we just dealt with it. Our Entrees were very good. Our waitstaff brought us out a desert for our celebration and also 2 deserts (no utensils) to bring back to our hotel , that were part of our dinner package. When receiving the ticket we were charged for the anniversary desert and for one of our salads. The salad was included with our meal and the anniversary desert was supposed to be on the house. I did bring it to the attention of the waitstaff and it was removed. $151 for our meal plus we left a cash tip. When paying for a nice meal at a nice restaurant you expect excellent service. It was a little under par.

    Our server Hannah was absolutely fantastic and really made the experience fantastic. Food always great at Ruth's. Looking forward to coming back. Took special care of our 9-year old daughter and 15-year old son with sodas, sides and sauces.

    It was our anniversary and our yearly trek to Ruth's Chris. Unfortunately there was a party of about 10 celebrating a birthday about 10 feet away and they laughed and hollered the whole time at a rather excessive level for such a high-end steak house. Unsure why the manager would not just shut the doors to the side room they were in. A couple to our right as well as a couple behind us were also celebrating anniversary events and we all just kept looking at each other and rolling our eyes. As usual though, Mark, our waiter was very attentive and did an amazing job.

    Definitely have had better. I did not like the hot plate serving my medium rare steak. It was continually cooking. It had burnt butter all over the plate. All I could taste was burnt butter. Brussels sprouts were tasty. Potato’s Au Gratin -better Crocker box tasted better. Service was great. Food was not. Won’t be back

    Worst Birthday Dinner I’ve had in my life. They really dropped the Ball not once ,twice but I’d say almost the whole service. It’s too much detail that I won’t rehash or care to waste my time writing. My suggestion to you is go somewhere else to ensure a proper meal, especially when you’re celebrating a special occasion.

    We have always enjoyed Ruth Chris, but this night was very off. Although our waitress Hannah was excellent, there must have been a problem in the kitchen. The wait between courses was unpleasantly long. Hannah took care of us during this time, so we wondered if the problem was back in the kitchen. The food was delicious, but by the time it arrived, we were ready to box it up and go home. It was disappointing.

    It’s an expensive place to eat so you kind of expect upper level quality and service. That said, It was pretty good. The steaks didn’t come out sizzling on a hot plate like they have in the past. Service was okay but we noticed a table get up and leave because no one ever waited on them. Little bit of trash on the floor and workers would walk by empty handed without picking up trash or empty plates on our table. The dress code seems to not be enforced if there is one anymore. I get it though, it’s a tough industry and extremely difficult to find good qualified workers these days so I don’t want to beat them up to badly. We’ll give it another try in the future and decide then if it’s worth going back.

    Our previous experience with Ruth’s has always been positive. Unfortunately, our last few visits have left a lot to be desired. When you spend over $1000 for 6 people, you expect a level of service to meet the price tag. The service was slow - 15-20 minutes between visits to the table, waiter handing plates of food across the front of other people at the table, preparation, presentation and quality of food has definitely gone down. I ordered a 40oz tomahawk ribeye - medium rare which normally is tender and flavorful. This $140 cut of meat was so full of gristle I could barely cut it with the knife. Ended up eating 3 bites and leaving the rest. Our waiter didn’t return until everyone else finished and asked if I wanted to take it home. I told him this was the toughest piece of meat I have had at a steakhouse and I did t want to take it home. He said okay anyone else want to take leftovers home. Not a single word was said about my comment on the steak. Unfortunately after years of great food, we will no longer patronize this restaurant for future dinners and celebrations due to the complete lack of waiter experience and kitchen preparation.

    My favorite all time go to steak house when I’m in downtown Fort Worth. The steaks are cooked to perfection and the lobster mac’n cheese is the best ever; huge chunks of lobster and the perfect blend of cheese. The staff are attentive and on top of your every need. Over just a fantastic restaurant for any occasion.

    Food took a very long time to come out. Most steakhouses have sauces such as mushroom sauce for yoke steak. Waiter didn’t even know what i was talking about. Food took so long we got our dessert to go. Ambiance was so loud i couldn’t really talk to my husband without crouching in to make sure he hears me. It’s a nice steakhouse. Why they allow people wearing casual clothes is annoying for those of us who actually dress up to celebrate something. They want something casual they can go to chili’s.

We ordered calamari, I ordered the lamb chops, and my husband ordered the 11oz steak with the mashed potatoes as a side instead of the waiter coming to tell us they were out of mashed potatoes and seeing if we wanted to pick a new side he had the runner tell us they were out of mashed potatoes and just brought us creamed spinach. We ordered two drinks each. My drinks were good; my husband ordered the same drink twice, and he said the second drink was not made the same. I'm unsure if they were out of the ingredients to make it correctly, but it was not the same.
