   Ruth’s Chris is one of my favorite restaurants and I’ve always had an amazing experience. But first they wouldn’t sit my party in the main dining due to my friends top that was not revealing whatsoever. Then our waitress was wearing a neon pink headband and was very unprofessional. When we asked for our remaining food Togo she walked by and put Togo boxes on top of the tomahawk steak and walked off. Very unsatisfied with the service but food was incredible.

   Overall, the experience was good. This was the first time we visited Ruth’s Chris but probably won’t be back, simply because we can get the same food elsewhere and for a heck of a lot cheaper. I didn’t taste a difference in the steaks, compared to other places I’ve been to. The lobster bisque wasn’t very flavorful, I’ve had better, and the stuffed mushrooms with crab meat were very dry. I would suggest adding some sort of butter or cream to them so they are more decadent. At the end of it, we spent $300 on two people, which really wasn’t worth it to me. However, the atmosphere and service was absolutely amazing! Destiny was very sweet, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. The management staff came to the table to make sure everything was going well. I will say that everyone should at least try it once, that way you can make up your own opinions. Who knows, you may have a better experience.

   My family’s dining experience was superb. Our waiter Corey was very attentive, prompt and knowledgeable. He had perfect recommendations and excellent professionalism. Our food was absolutely delicious.

    I would go back again to try, but it was not my favorite and it was just ok. The steak was good, not great, the sides were good, not great. Service was better than good, but not great. The hallways were old and smelt. I tried the one in Fort Worth and was our first time. Next time I will try the one in Dallas.

    Mother’s Day was our first time at a Ruth’s Chris. All the food was so delicious, and my mother remarked on how pleasant and helpful our server Destiny was. She gave Mom a long-stem red rose at the end of the meal. We had a very enjoyable time.

    The food was not consistently good. I had petite fillets and the first was cooked to order, the other was well done. The first set of drinks, margaritas were great. The second order were sloppy and all alcohol. Very very casual crowd. The bathrooms were dirty.

    The food was amazing! Definitely recommend the spicey shrimp appetizer, full of flavor and not too spicey. Filet that was recommended was very tender even at a medium to medium rare, served alongside what seemed like melted garlic butter. The hot plate actually allows you to take your time eating and not end up with cold meat at the end. I only would have expected more attention from the wait staff at the price.

    Could not ask for better customer service from valet to checking in, servers and manager. Coming from the west coast and frequent the location there all the time it was nice having one here to continue my yearly birthday celebration. I ordered the filet which was wonderful and lobster mac n cheese. I prefer my mac n cheese to be warmer than the temp. it was served at this location, but it was still good.

    Kevan was our server. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was our first visit and we all agreed that our steaks were exceptional and we will return. The manager stopped by our table and introduced himself and made sure we were happy.

    We were celebrating our anniversary It was a pleasant experience. We were seated right at our reservation time. Dominic was our server. He was at the table quickly and very attentive. I had the ribeye, and my wife had the petite filet. Our steaks were very good and cooked to order. We also had the garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Both were good. I will go back.

    I love going to Ruth Chris. I usually make reservations for 6pm but had to go for a late supper and made reservations for 9:30. I felt like we got sloppy seconds for our meal. The restaurant was only half full, but our server rarely stopped by our table. Our water was never refilled although we asked for it. The ambience was ruined by a table with very loud and drunk men. Our server actually left our table in the middle of serving us our food to attend another table. My daughter’s filet was a bad cut as she hit into chunks of fat. My lobster Mac and cheese was burnt on top but served lukewarm and my bbq shrimp felt as if it was microwaved, as some shrimp were cool at one side and warm at the other (within the same shrimp). Worst of all, they were out of cheesecake. It was the only reason my daughter and I went there last night. Our experience was a complete waste of money for mediocre food and poor service. Should have gone to Del Frisco next door.

    Not pleased. Restaurant felt outdated. Food over cooked. Only decent was the cheesecake. Most likely will not return. Manager was nice enough to come over and talk with us and comp desert.

    The food was good and the server was good, but they put us in a dank, dark basement because we had 7 in our party. There were very few diners down there. It looked and felt like a basement in a hotel. If you have more than 4 people, go somewhere else.

    Food was decent although one guests order did not come out as she had requested. She asked for a filet, MR. Came out medium. All food was fine. Service… not so good. Trying to get a second cocktail (wine) to enjoy with filet was basically impossible. When waitress did come over, meal was basically done. Bummer

    They ruined my husband birthday dinner. Our reservation was for 9:45 we arrived on time. We a seated soon as we arrived. A waitress greeted us as she cleaned another table. Even brought us water and bread as we waited on our own waitress. I'm guessing everyone was so ready to go they didn't feel to give us any service. We waited over 30 mins which wasn't a problem at first cause we didn't know what we wanted. Once I had my top three I noticed no one had can to get out drink order. As I just watched as all the other table was waited on no one ever came to our table and mean no one. The young lady whom greeted us as we came also greeted us as we left. Asking how was everything will we wouldn't know we never received any service.... Thanks Ruth Chris guess that's house you guys treat ppl at that rate. You ruined my husband 40th birthday as everything else was closed... I will never be back What's even more funny is you guys won't allow a bad rating. I tried post 1 star and there was an error but is I put 5 stars I can post.. like really. You guys treated us bad

    The service was top notch and the steak was everything we imagined it to be! The only con was the truffle macaroni sauce was so rich I could only eat a couple bites but it was a large portion. Otherwise the experience was everything I was hoping for.

    It was a cozy peaceful date night! Our waitress was helpful and attentive. The meal was plenty and great tasting! I would definitely be getting the stuffed chicken again ! And my hubby got the sea bass , he was happy with his meal .

    I am hoping it was just a off night, but we were stuck in a hot room and could not get air. Service took over 2 hours for 6 of us. We had to send one persons steak back because it was not cook right, it then came out over cooked, like burnt and we had to send it back. The finally got it right but, the whole process took 30 min to get the corrected steak and the rest of the table had already finished and the sides were cold for the dinner with the incorrect steak. I have had a lot better experience ever time before. hope this was just an off night. The manager did not really do much, he was too busy dealing with a larger party.
