Overall a decent meal. A couple of things. When a restaurant doesn’t have the wine you ask for they should provide a better price on the one you have to select. Second - the server dropped the decanter funnel and then immediately put it back in the decanter - we had to ask him to go get a new one.
Wow, what a let down. Cold sides, out of ceaser salad, out of deserts, Irish coffee with no whip cream, chopped salad was not up to standards. Reservation at 8 and waited almost 30 minutes to be seated. The odor by the hostess stand was horrible.
Yes this may seem like an unhappy customer, only writing a bad review out of frustration. I wish that were the case, however this was the worst experience we as a family have ever had at a Ruth’s Chris. A disaster of a dinner tonite.

Great meal. Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even though we had reservations.
The fillet that I had was not their best effort. My medium request was more like medium well. So the steak was slightly tough and had a very tough, almost inedible 1/4. I have certainly had better outings to Ruth’s Chris Ft. Worth.
Arrived at 1:15 pm for our 1:15 reservation. There was a very crowded entry area. When I gave my name-the hostess said I would be called when a table was available. She said she could not estimate our wait time. I asked to speak to someone who could give me an approximate “wait time” for our 1:15 reservation. A man (manager) said he had no idea how long our wait would be. I wish we had just left. We were seated at 1:50. Orders were taken-drinks came and soups were delivered and dishes cleared. We waited over an hour for entrees to be delivered. My son asked our server if he could check on our food. Instantly we had our 2 cold Turkey dinners and the steak that was NOT medium rare but a medium ( no pink at all). Sides were all cold-not Luke warm but cold. Desserts were served and my coffee was barely warm. Without a doubt the worst Thanksgiving lunch ever. $238 meal + tip for a meal that was simply terrible. We left the restaurant at 3:45. As soon as the bill was paid we left.

Wonderful! We had the price fixe dinner with filet and shrimp. Food was great and service was amazing! Love this place!!
Not good from the start. Went with my wife and had reservations for 930. Ordered drinks and a seafood tower as an appetizer. Then they brought out our main course before we could even finish the apps. My steak was ordered incorrectly by the server so she took it back and apparently they closed the ovens so it took 30min for the right steak to come back. By the. Apps were cold and appetite was done. Felt like they were in a rush to get us out and mistakes in the process that made things worse. Not going back or recommending this place.
The restaurant was not clean. Service was terrible, 10 + minutes before our server even greeted us. Had to ask who was going to be waiting on us. Drinks & food took forever and were not good.
Hospitality is a source of great pride for our company and when a guest feels that he or she has not received the service that is the hallmark of the Ruth’s Chris name, we take those assertions seriously. Reservations- easy to obtain... made a last minute time switch on the app which was awesome.
Host stand- was good and seated immediately.
Welcome to the table was fine. Odd that they didn’t remove the 4th set of silverware until mains came.
First time we had ever seen the pre-fixe menu and thought that was a nice concept.
Service- this was the standout. Miguel busted his tail all night. There was a helper who said he would be helping... saw him for the first pour of water but never again.
Food- this was probably the biggest let down compared to prior experiences. Lobster bisque was good but not great. I have had this over and over and it was 4 star but not 5. Steaks (3 filet) varied but mine (rare) was the best. I rarely rave about how a steak is cooked for my liking but loved it. Most would have said it was raw but I am fine with that. The medium rare steak my wife had was a bit over (not so much to send back honestly) but was under seasoned. My mother in law enjoyed her medium steak. All 3 sides were cold. We saw another table send theirs back as being too cold as well. Lastly the dessert (bread pudding) was simply not good. I appreciated the effort but not good. Oh one really big positive... while we wanted steak and lobster they had no lobster tail due to a recall. The manager did a great job with a creative solution with crab meat and this was very appreciated. This is certainly warrants a positive comment.
Overall I have a high standard of Ruth’s as the place to go for a special meal. This wasn’t that same exceptional experience. We also never saw the manager to pass this along. Again Miguel was attentive, but the overall experience was lackluster. I suspect we will try other places when we come back to Fort Worth (monthly).

First off, the steaks were amazing. They’re expensive, but unlike many other steakhouses they actually taste like expensive steaks. The NY strip and ribeye were absolutely unbelievable.
The service was a bit slow, and we ended up waiting quite a long time on our server several times for things that we asked for, but did eventually get them. Not the best server experience we’ve ever had, but certainly not the worst either. We simply expected better from a place like Ruth’s Chris.
If you’re looking for an outstanding steakhouse experience, you can’t go wrong, as the food was top notch. There just needs to be some improvement in the server speed and attentiveness to match the quality of the food.
My wife and I went in for our anniversary dinner, they put rose pedals on the table and gave us a hand written card. Food and service was fantastic very hard to put down your forks. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion.

Don’t waste your money. The food was mediocre at best. I remembered the food and service being great here years ago. But it has really gone down hill. Atmosphere reminds me of cheap hotel restaurant. Service was okay… The food was bland and nothing special. Very overpriced. My filet was over cooked and tough. Definitely a bummer when you don’t get out often and wanted to splurge on celebrating your anniversary. There are way better places nearby to go.

The restaurant had shabby ripped carpet. The stairs were in disrepair. We waited an hour for food and my friend wanted a medium steak and took 3 times and still rare. The sides were delicious.
Great time at dinner with friends. Service and food was excellent with our waiter Rich!
My Sea-bass was a little tough. The veggie dishes were great.
I've been a fan of Ruth's Chris for many years and eaten all over the country in their restaurants. This was my worst experience at RC I have had. I'm sure staffing is a big problem but for no more people there, food was average, service poor

Absolutely, the best steak and lamb chops that we have had.
Lobster bisque was the worst I’ve ever had. 11 oz filet was cooked correctly and tender. 6 oz filet cooked correctly but tough. Lobster tails were great. Service was pretty good. Ambiance is reminiscent of a hotel restaurant. Dress code did not seem to be fully enforced.

I took my sister out we had a sister day and let me tell you Sam and Richie took so good care of us. I had the surf and turf my sister had the steak and shrimp both had cream spinach it all was amazing. Oh yeah the lemon drops was on point. We will be coming back very soon.
