First time dinning here. It was recommended by a friend and they did not go wrong on the recommendation. The food was wonderful and delicious! The waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu and wine selections. We will be eating here next time we are in town.

Our server was very courteous and attentive. There was a large party that was very loud in our dining room. Another table asked to move because of the loudness. They asked my husband to remove his hat even though there was a gentleman in our dining room wearing a cowboy hat, another gentleman in main dining room wearing a ball cap and another gentleman in the main dining room wearing an ivy hat. The manager stated only ball caps are not allowed. We went online and the website states no hats at all are allowed in dining rooms. We dine regularly here and have never had this issue or discrimination.

Went with a party of 6 to the downtown Fort Worth Texas Ruth Chris location for Thanksgiving dinner! The food was outstanding! We all did the Thanksgiving Turkey dinner and we had so much food for take home! Good quality food, great customer service, nice and quiet dining room! Easy and affordable valet parking for $9! We will be back soon!

The food is good and the service is professional. If you like buttery, tender steak, this is the place. However, the decor is old-fashioned, but in a not good way. A little redecoration would make this place as desirable as some of the other high-end steak houses in the neighborhood.

The food was excellent especially my bone-in filet. The service was mediocre at best. There were six tables in the whole restaurant. This was a chance to shine. Our waitress seemed as if she could have cared less that we were there. The manager never spoke to us or I would have relayed this information to him on the spot. I have come to expect more from Ruth's Chris from my previous dining experiences. We should have gone across the street.

Celebrating my birthday. Made a reservation specifically to not have a wait time. I didn’t appreciate the wait time to be seated. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation but seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. I loved the personalized table to acknowledge my birthday.

Our Waitress did a good job, food was also very good. Me and my wife both ordered a drink, I would say it took 20 to 25 mins to get them. The table beside us never did get the drinks they ordered.

Me and my wife live in sunnyvale Texas but anytime we visit Ft. Worth we always be sure to eat at Ruth Chris . Every time has been a perfect meal with outstanding service. We have tried out the other Ruth Chris off Dallas tollway and it’s good , but the Ft. Worth location in our opinion is much better in every way !

My steak was a bit overcooked. The waiter insisted they replace it. Replacement steak arrived in a few minutes, but was cooked the same as the initial one. I am guessing the waiter heard "medium" when I said "medium rare". Waiter was hustling, waiting on several tables. We got seated in the corner of the room with my view of a hallway closet (not good). Overall the dinner took a little longer than planned and we had to hurry to make a concert event. A lot of money for an "above average" dining experience. Have had much better.

We had the cowboy ribeye, calamari, lobster mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and asparagus. We topped it off with bread pudding. Excellent meal, incredible wait staff and service. Highly recommend.

The service was not up to Ruth’s standards. It was a very Texas roadhouse feel. our waiter was scattered. We had to ask several times for things she was not very attentive. We had to call her, wave her down. She was telling us that the table next to her was fighting and she was worried that they weren’t going to pay the bill. It was not a Ruth’s Chris steakhouse customer service experience.

We had the most incredible experience here. Ralph, our waiter, was outstanding! He was intentional and personal, listened to our requests, and gave us a great evening on our anniversary. Our food was perfect! Flavors were outstanding, steaks cooked just right. We will definitely be returning for many anniversaries to come!

Service was very slow, the manager was not attentive, we had to send back 2 lobster tails for being overcooked and a fly in our water. Coming here several times before, this experience was very disappointing. The manager of the night brought us the new lobster tails and did not say anything to us to address the issue and just moved on. When speaking to him at the end of the night, he was unapologetic and said he would get our information for the GM to follow up on, then left the table and never returned. The customer service experience was very poor and disappointing for the amount of money you’re spending for a delicious meal.

The food was delicious. The loud and rowdy teens at the table next to us made our experience unbearable. I mentioned this to an employee and nothing was done.

We were expecting a 5 star meal and got a 2 star meal. My whole party had surf and turf. All of the 3 steaks had no taste however they were cooked as requested. The mashed potatoes had no taste as well and the cream spinach also had no taste. I’m afraid we will stick to Kirby’s steak house in Southlake. We only came here because we had a $50 gift card to try it out.
