Ruth's Chris does not provide the dining experience it strived for, created, and cultivated over the past 30 years! I am absolutely surprised this restaurant persists in the market as a viable entity! My assertion is it survives purely due to its legacy customer base chasing pipe dreams from days past! Albeit subjective, Ruth's Chris is certainly no longer the Juggernaut or the Icon in the 'Fine Dining' arena as it once was! I for one am done patronizing this brand, it is sad, and I'm SMDH in utter disbelief!

7pm reservation, at 7:30 we gave up on table and ended up eating in bar area. We were told the reservation time was “just an estimation and we were not guaranteed that time slot”. Bar and food Service was slow, despite our server’s best efforts. Zero dress code (dined next to patrons in workout gear and ball caps) Ruth Chris used to be a fine dining experience…times have apparently changed. Food was average at best, and certainly not on par with other fine dining establishments in DFW. Experience, food quality, and service do not warrant price paid. (Party of 2, $350 w/ tip for 1 App, 2 steaks, 2 Sides, 1 Salad, and 2 Margaritas) (no wine that night). Overall disappointment. Once an institution, now a glorified hotel restaurant one step above Chili’s.

This was my second time coming to this Ruth Chris location. The first time was amazing, my steak was cooked how I requested and everything was delicious which is why I decided to go back. This time my steak was not cooked the way I requested it was burnt and still pretty pink on the inside. The waiter took the steak back only for the kitchen to put the same steak on the cooker (not sanitary) and it was brought back to me. I loved everything about Ruth Chris yesterday aside from the food! I won’t be back again!

It was a perfect evening at Ruth Chris. Every course was awesome! The ambiance and communications between everyone on the table. We had an excellent time last night. We can't wait until the next time we visit!

Amazing dining and drinks! Ky was a great bartender and knew his stuff! Highly recommend the ribeye Anne lobster Mac n cheese! Just know it’s two meals worth! The old fashions are to die for!
