    I’ve been to many Ruth’s around the United States, however this location in Fresno for some reason never seems to meet my expectations. Service was terrible started with the rude hostess as I checked in for my reservation at the hostess stand. I saw my server Misty (who was very sweet) at the beginning of the meal and had to hunt her down to get dessert and our bill, we sat there looking around for a good 30 mins, manager walked by I raised my hand after locking eyes with him and he turned the opposite direction immediately. I’ve only returned to Ruth’s Chris cause I’m from the south and have always had a great experience I just didn’t feel the love in Fresno.

    Had great service and good atmosphere. Main dish Food is always good but wish that they had better choices for Side dishes such as vegetables that people would really like instead of what they offer now which for us is not appealing at all. This is one of the reasons we do not eat that often here.

    We are frequent patrons at Ruth Chris and as always our dinner experience was very tasteful and the presentation was great. Andrew our server was absolutely fantastic!!!!His undivided attention to detail and his impeccable service was just extraordinary.. The filet mignon was cooked and prepared to perfection, the Onion soup was a perfect choice as starter and the side addition to the main course…… the mashed potatoes and cream spinach phenomenal!!!! We had a great overall wonderful delicious experience. Thank You, Conny G

    I’ve dined at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouses all over the U. S. and Canada as I like to take clients there when I meet with them. Last night’s meal was subpar and did not meet the standard for RCSH. The wedge salad was bland. The fillet I was served was the hump of the fillet and had too much connective tissue making it hard to cut the fillet. It felt like the chef went down to Costco and got a Choice grade tenderloin. Finally, the cheese cake…..what recipe are y’all using? I’ve never had a cheesecake so bland and with such a terrible crust. Please do better RCSH!!!!!

    My Tomahawk steak was cooked Rare while I ordered a medium rare. I expect top of the line steak when I pay premium price.
