   Have had dinner once before and the steak was the best! But this last time I got the same cut and it was not the best, also my wife’s was not as good as before. But the rest of the food was excellent.

   Service only got 3 stars because the wait staff actively turned their heads the other way when they passed our table so I could not get their attention without being calling out loud and ruining the atmosphere for ourselves and others. Value...it's hella expensive. My entree alone was $63. Accompaniments, though usually big enough for two, averaged $14 each. With 2 entrees, 2 sides to share, and 1 dessert to share, with nothing to drink other than water, our bill was over $200.

   We had a wonderful time here. The food and cocktails were outstanding. Our waitperson Haley went above and beyond and we will definitely be asking for her when we come back.

   After a long while, my wife and I decided to come back to see what had changed. Needless to say it was all for the better. The food was excellent and the service was better than I had ever previously experienced. I highly recommend that the Fresno Ruth's Chris continue whatever they are doing because it works! We will definitely come back soon.

   Ordered 2 tomahawks, one medium and one well done. One came out rare and the other medium rare. It was my wife’s birthday and she likes no redness in her stake. I barely like any red which is why I got medium. The manager came out and took the meet to cook it longer and it came back extra well done. Both of them. While we had to eat our sides with no stake. Did t say sorry and didn’t remove anything from the check. Basically ruined the main because they didn’t cook the stakes right. Still tipped the waiter because she was nice but just a sad situation especially when your spending $600

    The food was delicious. I had the garlic crusted sea bass. It was cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. The creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes we ordered for myself and my daughter to share were similarly tasty and delicious

    I come to this location all the time because there nothing else to eat in Fresno. Every time I have a horrible dinner hoping for better next time , but that’s never the case. Food is garbage & never cooked the way I ask

    It was a really nice and high quality restaurant that me and my fiancée liked. It was her birthday dinner and they set out happy birthday “decor” on the table that was awesome to see. The service was great and the food was even better. We will be back and recommend this place.

    Ordered 2 glasses of wine 35 per glass When I got the bill I was charged 47 a glass The server said she gave me a larger portion I never was asked for a larger portion And she never told me she was giving me a larger portion She did adjust the bill …I hope this isn’t a common ploy

    Ricky, our favorite manager and server in past years, provided EXCELLENT customer service with dedicated quiet booth, special reservation table sign with my father's name for his birthday, and tasty food. His attention to details gain our customer loyalty!

    The price for the food is completely outrageous the steaks are sub par at best please don’t come here for any type of anniversary date there are much better restaurants in Fresno that have lower prices.

    They we out of 2 of the steaks we wanted. The bottle of wine we asked for was sold out as well. The wedge salad had freezer burn on parts of it. The server was fabulous... that saved the evening from disaster.

    We made reservations at 8:30 and got sat 15 minutes later. We ordered fairly quickly since we have gone there before. It started off great, the waitress attended to us by bringing our drinks and bread. However we waited about an hour or so for our food. By the time we got out food we were starving. The plate had steak grease everywhere and looked like it was covered in whatever they use to make the plates piping hot. We both ordered lobster and steak. The lobster was small and plated right on too of my steak? The stake was close to cold in the middle and we tried reheating it on the piping hot plate they gave us. I thought this place was going to blow my mind. Unfortunately it did not and definitely not worth $160 I spent with my wife. The meal was very mediocre. The waitress was great though. She apologized for the wait and let us know it was a busy night. We asked her to pack our cheesecakes to go. I think that was the best part of the meal. It was very creamy and rich. Sadly I cannot say the same about their steak.

    I requested a booth when I made the reservation on Open Table. We were given a table along a long cushioned seat that had 3-4 tables along it. Our waitress was very soft spoken and the whole evening we could barely hear her between her soft voice and the noise. Our water glasses were empty and I had to request more water. My husband’s tea was close to empty 2 times before it was filled. My steak was delicious but the horseradish I requested was brought when I was3/4 of the way through my steak. I requested a decaf cappuccino to enjoy with my dessert. I was finished with my dessert when our waitress brought it. Our waitress apologized and didn’t charge us but I would have enjoyed it with my dessert. We enjoyed our food and our evening but we were very disappointed with the service.

    Initial seating arrangement had our group separated at two long tables back to back on bench seats for a family birthday of 14 adults. I had to request a change be made… when I made this reservation at least 10 days ago and open tables everywhere. Not sure why so unaccommodating tonight when the restaurant was empty in comparison to all previous visits.
