    Had a great time for our Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends. Ashley the hostess, was awesome, she kept apologizing and checking on us as we were seated 20 after our reservation time. We didn't worry about it as the bar was fully stocked! Our server, Brandon was amazing, constantly checking on us. My only disappointment was the food! I didn't think I would ever say this about Ruth's Chris! My sister only eats chicken and they were completely out of chicken! She then opted for a large baked potato with all the fixin's, they were out of baked potatoes! I ordered a 16 oz. filet to be cooked medium and it arrived raw in the middle! I'm sure it was just a fluke and we will definitely return.

    Amazing sides!! The sweet potato casserole was so yummy, we were tempted to order another, but we were so full with what we ordered. The other sides that were also delicious were the mushrooms, scalloped potatoes, and the lobster mac and cheese. The Filet mignon was good. The Seabass was slightly dry, but was still good. My hubby didn't really care for it, but I thought it was good, so we switched plates, ha! My daughter like the crab cakes, but I thought they needed a sauce. We all didn't care for the lobster bisque. The alcohol was too overwhelming. If you enjoy a strong sherry/brandy taste, this is for you. I, on the other hand, like to taste the lobster in my bisque. They ran out of the bread pudding & pumpkin cheesecake (mostly all desserts), so we didn't get dessert. We should have ordered the extra sweet potato casserole for desserty. That's ok we will be back for their sides & hopefully desserts in the near future. Our reservation was for 6:45pm, but we weren't seated until about 7:15pm due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Looks like they were overwhelmed with reservations due to people staying longer after they ate. Some customers were not happy. We didn't let that ruin our night. Our waitress was super nice. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner.

    Thanksgiving dinner. First I would like to say our server was good and friendly. Unfortunately the meal was cold and incomplete. It took what seemed to be an hour to get our main entrees out. When they arrived two items we order they were out of, my turkey was cold and so were the au gratin potatoes. The serving of the meal took so long we ate a little and asked for the rest to be boxed up and they neglected to box up our dessert. Overall our meal was incomplete, cold and took too long to be served.

    I have been to Ruth Chris many times, and the service is usually really good. However the service this time wasn't good at all. The food was cold, had to wait very long for the food to come out, some came out early while the sides too extra long. I wasn't happy at all. Ruth Chris cost too much money for service and good not to be good.

    We arrived on time and they were running about 15-20 minutes behind schedule. It would have been nice to know that since we left our movie early. Our server was superb, friendly, and knowledgeable. The filet mignon and lobster was melt-in-your mouth amazing.

    Our server, Scott, was friendly, considerate, and professional. He always had a pleasant smile, and was very polite. We could not have wished for a better server. Unlike previous meals, the atmosphere seemed hectic and LOUD. There was always someone bumping into one of our chairs, and choices of sides were limited by our dining time (4 pm). While the food was great, and the server excellent, the atmosphere was Applebees.

    Misty was the best service person I have had in a very long time! One of us has a dairy allergy. She was very good about helping make selections which would allow us to enjoy the fare. Kind, polite and welcoming! Please recognize her on our behalf.

    The Thanksgiving turkey dinner was a disappointment from previous years. The stuffing was way too Sage-forward, and the miniscule dollop of Cranberry Sause was enough for one bite. The sides, while excellent, were barely enough for two people to enjoy. The Pumpkin Cheesecake was served with fresh berries in lieu of the Vanilla Ice Cream as stated on the menu. Basically, while a very good dinner, it seemed that the portions had been reduced substantially. Even the take-home meal was lacking. Perhaps being sold is why the meal was under-par compared to past Thanksgiving turkey dinners. We also heard that this may well be the last time Ruth's Chris will be open on this holiday.

    Food was delicious as always. Unfortunately the service was very slow even though it wasn’t busy. Dirty plates left on the table too long and waiter was MIA for long periods of time. We won’t be back

    It was mine and my wife’s first time, we tried ordering eos wine and they were out, we then proceeded to wanting to order calamari and to our luck they were out as well, so we substituted for spicy shrimp. Our food was brought out and they forgot to bring out our appetizers, my wife asked for her steak medium rare and it was overcooked and was not appetizing. They made accommodations in which we did not have to pay for our drinks or appetizers but overall it was still poor service. We asked if it was because we went late (930 pm) and they said no, it was just an unfortunate luck. Oh they also had at first told us that they were out of mashed potatoes but double checked and were able to bring them out.. I hope it’s not like this all the time, I’m a believer in second chances so I will give them one more shot before crossing them off my list.

    When we arrived there was not a host or hostess. We waited for 15 minutes before we were acknowledged then another 5 for someone to seat us. Once sat we waited another 15 minutes before our drink order was taken and I know what your thinking they must have been busy..... nope we were 1 of 3 tables in the whole restaurant. Our apps arrived before our drinks and the service was extremely slow. We didn't even get asked about second drinks until we asked for a togo box. This was our first and most likely our last trip Ruth Chris. For the price point, I expected excellent service but we didn't even get basic.

    Ruth Chris is a lovely restaurant. We chose it because we could make a reservation, it’s quiet and the music is not loud, so we could have a conversation. We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary. The food was perfectly cooked and I loved the “Happy Anniversary “ written on our dessert plates.

    We had a fantastic experience at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Misty, our server, was truly exceptional, displaying a delightful demeanor throughout our meal. The food was not only delectable but also served with utmost care. To top it off, Mr. De Oca, the manager, took the time to visit our table multiple times. His amiable personality and outstanding hospitality made our evening even more memorable. Without a doubt, the overall customer service here is second to none.

    We had a reservation and we were early, but still had to wait. We felt a little awkward having to wait in the lobby as other guests were arriving. Once we got seated we were glad we were given a booth and really enjoyed our meal.

    Everything was pretty good. I was a little disappointed in the service. My drink was rarely refilled and the wait staff did not return to my table too often. Other than that, it was good.

    Quality of food is poor. Steak and lobster was swimming in a pool of butter. There was no room on the small plate for the sides so they brought them out in serving dishes. I had to ask for another plate to serve my sides. Food was not good
