Wonderful food and service!
I had the best lamb chops ever. The featured soup was also amazing. I looked at the happy hour menu and it looked really good to
Pedí un Segundo trago . Nunca llego. Se olvidó el mesero. . Los tiraditos nada del otro mundo. El pulpo a la perilla muy bueno .
Waiter forgot to come back we asked for desert menus after finishing our dinner. He brought them out but than never came back to take out order or see if we needed anything. Had to ask busboy to get our check.
Steaks were not cooked to the correct temperature. Even when they all had to be returned so they could be cooked properly, they were returned inedible. Waste of time and money.
WE'RE NEVER DISAPPOINTED, AND WE WEREN'T ON SATURDAY.
Seemed overly busy and staff was not as attentive as usual for RCSH.
FOOD WAS WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS. BEST PART OF EVENING WAS CAROLYN, THE WONDERFUL HOSTESS, IS BACK !!!! Thanks for a great evening.
Excellent service , food delish nice and hot, clean had great time !!!!
Dogs were at table next to us.
Steak was over cooked
We absolutely loved the renovations and the new interior design. The place looks beautiful. There was a lot of stuff but there seem to be a complete lack of attention for detail.
This is a tired old restaurant. The choice was Capital Grill or this. I usually go to Capital Grill and thought I would try something different. Not again.
It was nice as always. Food was great and so was the staff.
Wonderful experience. Lived the food, service and ambiance. We will definitely be back!
Were in FL for 7 days and we ate at Ruth’s 4 nights. The first 3 dinings were great, the very last day, we were seated at the entrance on the right side, first center table, latin lady waited on us.....VERY BAD service OVERALL.
There were 2 other black males assisting the table, one of the 2 was being trained....they both did GREAT! Super kind, helpful, attentive and polite; completely the opposite of our waitress.
Kuddos to these 2 gents!
The food and service was outstanding as we expected. We always make an effort to go there when we are near one on our vacation.
Ruths Chris is always a go to place for excellent steaks. In that department it didn't let us down. We started with the Escargots which are still never shown on the menu, but were perfectly prepared in butter and garlic with plenty of fresh French bread to dip. The Cowboy Ribeye was cooked perfectly (Medium) with a side of au gratin potatoes and the Harvest Salad with a white balsamic dressing. A good Red Zin wine and then the Crème Brulee for desert.
We reserved on open table and were immediately sat. Our server was very good, attentive and always swinging by to check on us.
The location is showing it's age. The Men's room was closed for remodeling so the Women's was now COED, which felt a bit strange. I'm not sure if the dining area had been remodeled or not. If it has, perhaps they need to rethink it. It should have a nice warm club feel. But we came for the meal and that did not disappoint.
What a great time we had. The service was great and the food phenominal. It was my husbands birthday and everyone was so attentive. I love the extra touches and effort they put into the night as in bday confetti on the table along with a card. Everything was awesome.
Chocolate cake was better than the steak, which was also good.
We had a wonderful time we were so touched by the decorations for our 20th anniversary you really made us feel special. Thank you for the photo and dessert. Great restaurant
We go to Ruth's Chris Steak House about once a month as the food and service is always outstanding. We again received wonderful service and all our meals (party of four) was outstanding. We also had a great bottle wine! Thanks
Food was just ok. Problem was that they were renovating restrooms so they only had one open for men and women to use together and there was a long line - at one time 6 people standing in the hallway to use the restroom. And then when I finally got in, one of the toilets was out of order and leaking and I had to stand in water (or whatever it was) in the stall next to it. Yuck! Was at a business dinner with 5 people and everytime someone had to use the restroom they were gone for 15 minutes or longer... very inefficient use of time. They should have closed the restaurant during the construction or at least have offered a free appetizer or dessert for the inconvenience.
Four of the five steaks ordered for our table were completely cooked incorrectly and the service was AWFUL. This was a very disappointing meal and dining experience. Given that Ruth’s Chris is a STEAKHOUSE, one would assume they know how to cook a steak. Even though they “attempt” to fix the mistakes, you end up with a meal that is miss timed and no one enjoys the experience.
There were many choices for Valentine's Day. We chose Ruth's Chris. We have not been to this location for a number of years but it was memorable enough that we decided we would come here for Valentine's Day dinner. We chose to celebrate on Thursday because 2.14.18 was Ash Wednesday, but we also know that the actual date can be crazy and we wanted to have a relaxing evening. We were not disappointed. We chose the shrimp cocktail appy and for our entree the porterhouse for 2. Our sides were roasted brussels and fingerling potatoes. We added a lobster tail which was the only item - while delicious - was probably not worth ordering as a side. The bread pudding was very good; sweet and different from mothers but very tasty and way more than enough for at least 2!
From the morning when delightful Gloria confirmed til leaving with our server Mike making our evening superb, we know we made the best choice. All of the staff was efficient and friendly. We will return in the future. Thank you.
Server was attentive, manager came by twice and was very helpful. Amazing food as always just very pricey.
Food was great and so was the service
Heard so much hype about it. Tried it for the first time for Valentine's Day. WANTED to like it, but it was mediocre. The steak had gristle in it, so I'm glad I didn't get a more expensive cut. The sides were mediocre as well. A friend told me that he used to work there and they MICROWAVE the food! And I believe it! Two hundred dollars not well spent. I'll try someplace else next time. Or Outback. Lol.
Our service was fabulous. The food was awesome and we always enjoy the service and the team at Ruth Chris
Once again exceeded my expectations.
Food was delicious, but the restaurant needs a massive redo on the decorating. The carpet was old and needed replacing. It is not what a fine steak house should look like. If you look past that, the serice was great, had a good wine list and the steak was great. The tables were so close together that we had to get up so people could walk by. Overall, I think you can find better steak houses.
Great food and steaks but horrible service marred the entire evening. We’ve been waiting two years to come back here – after or before cruises it’s our special place! Unfortunately we had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated at a table for six. That wasn’t so bad, but neither the waitress nor the assistant server ever came over to the table to welcome us to take drink orders or anything for over 15 minutes. The rest of the evening was just like that ... Very strange and extremely disappointing to spend $600 and have that kind of experience.Thankfully the wonderful manager gave us a generous gift certificate before we left because I expressed my displeasure. We did not want anything from him but it was a very nice gesture and we will return. Just can’t get back that special night with our grown kids from also over the country. Not the way to kick off a cruise. This is highly unusual for a Ruth’s Chris.
Had not been to Ruth Chris for some time. I was disappointed to hear that they no longer offer Steaks "Au Poivre" style, which is very common in upscale steak places. They would not even entertain a special request (given how easy it is to make the sauce).
The tables are much closer together, in an effort to fit more people, so the overall ambiance has changed from what it used to be.
Overall the food was delicious, and the service was great. However, it may be a while before I go back. I have tried Morton's, Del Frisco's, and other top named steak houses, and they do go out of their way to accommodate requests (especially at these prices).
The whole experience was fantastic. It was good to be at a Ruth Chris resteraunt since we are from Columbus and they closed that one.
Great evening. Pat our waitress was fantastic. Food great.
Life is simple. When you want the best, go to the best.
Celebrating our Granddaughters 2 year Birthday and they were fabulous
Great food and service. Everything cooked to perfection. Definitely a special occasion treat.
It was just a nice relaxed evening w good friends and great food and the service was excellent
Staff was excellent in recognizing event. Server was good but dinner meal was noticeably slow. The classic sizzling plate was not experienced in delivering meal. Special selection did not have the appropriate portion of potato, and the broccoli serving was not edible. The glaring unsatisfactory experience was that my ribeye steak was extremely fatty. Management was attentive in taking off the check, but really wanted to have a good steak to eat. Thank goodness I ate the bread and appetizer.
