Amazing service. Amazing food! Steak was delicious. Highly recommend the Brussels and bacon. Blueberry mojito was perfect!

Was there once before, but wanted to confirm that the food was good and it was, we're always dining out and for sure we will keep going back

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is one of the few nice restaurants that is consistently delicious. We dined on Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time.

I felt Ruth Chris tried to squeeze to many tables in for the holidays, It was extremely close quarters to others in the restaurant. In fact they actually had to ask for people to get up, stand up so that they can squeeze around and serve a different table their entree's. I felt this was extremely rude to ask someone already seated, while they are eating their salad or enjoying their soup to stop so they can get around.

We felt very special on our Special Day!! Staff was very patient and professional

Service was good. Atmosphere was typical steakhouse, which is to say very nice. Food was excellent and all cooked to the perfect temperature. Sides and wine complemented the meal perfectly.

This was a do over from a previous bad dining experience. The food was ok but not as exceptional as is my standard for fine a dining steak house. French onion soup came out cold, twice. The au gratin potatoes can only be described as al dente. For what they charge and the undeserved reputation, it could be much, much better.

We had an absolutely wonderful steak dinner in Fort Lauderdale. Ruth’s Chris gets better and better. The staff is so caring and kind. And let’s not forget the valet guys. They are the first seen see and the last and they are terrific.

Nothing compares to Ruth’s Chris steak. And we’ve been to plenty of restaurants. And their shrimp cocktail is fabulous. This restaurant really knows how to cook shrimp.

Food quality was excellent, and you won’t get better service with Miguel. Outstanding job

Eric and Megan gave us terrific service....the filets were perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned.
Asparagus could have been trimmed more carefully. The creme brulee was heavenly and the overall
dining experience was delightful. We always stop at Ruth Chris on our trips to Ft. Lauderdale from
Vero Beach. It's one of our favorite Ft. Lauderdale restaurants.

The only reason I gave 4 stars in service is because the assistant server never came back to offer us any water.

We came to Fort Lauderdale foe our anniversary, made reservations a week in advance, arrived all started
off O.K. we ordered. Server was o.k. not a seasoned person. My wife and I ordered filets, I ordered med-to med well.
Service was slow and server was not prompt. My steak came out raw, I was able to show server issue and stated that when it came out it needed to be correct or I didn't was it. Manager brought the steak the second time with in a few minutes!!. I cut into the steak again still raw at this point I decided not to eat dinner. Manager did not charge for our glassed of wine and desert. This was our 40th. anniversary, we came to Florida from Atlanta for five day. However the Chris Steak restaurant In Alpharetta does a great job every time we eat there. Not a strong Management team in place. Work needs to be done>> Good Luck

Service was excellent. But not the kitchen. Our apps and entrees were brought out about a minute or two apart. This was brought to the attention of our server who informed us that there is someone new in the kitchen. She offered to take back our entree but we kept them. the manager come over and comped our dessert.

Sorry to say but we were less than thrilled with our dining experience. I’ve been dining at Ruth’s Chris for over 20 years and will not return. The calamari was terrific and we couldn’t wait for the next course. And downhill we went. The lobster bisque was tasteless, the Filets were prepared incorrectly, the lobster Mac and cheese had very over cooked lobster and the topper was the French Fries that had the consistency of potato sticks. To date I’ve never written a negative review...this is a first. Management was concerned and offered to remake the steaks and the shoestring French Fries. We were tired and pressed for time and politely declined. Too many other choices in town. This one is off my list.

Had a fun birthday celebration Friday night! Enjoyed shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, cowboy steak, petite filet, creamed spinach, potatoes au gratin, & a bottle of delicious wine. Party of four. ALL left happy & satisfied!!!

Ruth's Chris remains a go to steakhouse when ever in doubt. The food quality was excellent as always. Unfortunately I think the quality of the wait staff (waiters) may be slipping. I'm not going to name ours but I think they would be called a millennial. They called me "dude", something my 16 year old daughter might do. Just not a very professional manner to address guests. In addition their voice was like a shrill, which was quite annoying to hear. But we didn't let this detract from the quality of the food.

My wife and I shared a 22oz Cowboy Steak after the waiter tried to indicate a 40oz tomahawk might have been more appropriate to share. Perhaps if my wife and I were line backers for the Dolphins! We've been visiting Ruth's since is was called Chris Steakhouse in New Orleans, before Ruth bought them out. So we know our way around the steaks here.

We added two (2) lobster tails, a side of scalloped potatoes and some crimini mushrooms. Everything was excellent. For desert we shared the berries & cream and a shot of Gran Marnier.

Hopefully the wait staff situation improves (matures), as we expect top professional waiters when we come to a steak house of this reputation. I still left the 20% tip as delivery, etc... were all fine.

Please consider my criticism as constructive.

Too noisy, too noisy, too noisy

Celebrated my wife’s birthday there and it was great!

This was first time my fiancé was there, and we both loved it. The food was amazing, the service was up there.

Nick , our server , was very attentive and professional. He was always checking to make sure everything was ok. The dining room was also clean and orderly.

It’s been awhile since we ate there. I noticed that some women were wearing work-out clothes , and running shoes. A few men had shorts and tshirts. What happened to business casual attire? It takes away from the ambiance of the dining room . I guess it is no longer enforced.

Great steaks first time back in 15 years.

For an “upscale” steak house the atmosphere was meager. The waiter looked like he’d slept in his clothes! When we were finished eating anything the waiter would come over and say he would send someone to get the plates. We would then sit there with dirty plates for another 10 minutes. The steak came out on a scaldingly hot plate with a cup of butter floating in it, which proceeded to overcook my steak. We then had to listen to the manager and wait staff have loud and often colorful discussions in the entry of the kitchen. Go to Capital Grill. The food is better and the service is impeccable.

Just dinner and quality time with my younger brother. We had a great time thank you.

Has not been back here in over a year and what a pleasant surprise. Good quality was at its best ever. Service and attitude was impeccable, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the respect given. Great job.

Food is the best. Disappointed in the level of service, which does not rise to the quality of the food. Server missed basic service such as water and iced tea refills. Very disappointing.

Steak was not particularly tasty. Ordered MR. was rare which is acceptable to me but center was slightly frozen.

We go here about once a week for years and last night missed terribly my husband’s lobster tail was rancid mine was fine. Then our steaks were overcooked. I didn’t eat 2/3 of mine

The waiter Miguel was AMAZING!

We had dinner here for our 35th anniversary. Our waiter was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The food is always fantastic at every location we've visited. We were even given a free dessert because it was our anniversary!

Everything was delicious, service was excellent.
