I ordered sea bass and it was floating in butter. My husband ordered a steak also floating in butter. It was so gross.

Great time with our friends celebrating a birthday. As always the food was second to none. The service is professionals at their best. Once you've been to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse just the sound of that sizzle makes your mouth water.

Your filet was very good but the presentation left a lot to be desired. Just a steak on a platter and no garnish not even a sprig of parsley!
Such a big disappointment! One of the worst meals and experiences we’ve had at this Ruth Chris. This use to be the standard for steak houses, but not anymore. In the past week alone I had better filets and service at J. Alexander’s, Tropical Acers and Kaluz.
For the past three years we have eaten at Ruth Chris two or three times a year, it use to be more. But we haven’t had an exceptional meal there in over two and a half years. The scallops were flavorless and the salmon very fishy tasting and mushy. The filets were average and the overall presentation of all the food was poor. The service was polite but inadequate. I expect more for the prices being charge.
Unfortunately I do not think we will be back when we have other choices like Morton’s, Capital Grill and the restaurant mention above.
To top it off there was a foul odor as soon as we walked in the door. It smelled very musty.
The service by our waiter, Miguel, was outstanding as always, In addition to Miguel, one of the other waiters that has taken care of before, Pedro, made it a point to say hi and also check in with us while we were having dinner. It's this type of service that makes for an amazing dinner experience. Simply fantastic, and of course the food is always on point. GREAT job Miguel and Pedro you guys are amazing.
This used to be a favorite place to go. We hadn’t been there in close to a year. They have remodeled nicely. Finally the ladies room is updated, because it used to be terrible.
All the bar staff are new. Unfortunately two had Han attitude which will prevent us from returning anytime soon. Patrick is in the wrong business as his at attitude does not belong behind a bar but behind a desk with no interaction with people. We had to ask for chips and waited about 10 minutes or more. Then he asked us if we were going to order dinner, while we were enjoying our wine and conversation. BTW the bar was only half full. We did have our $25 coupon so we all ordered the Ruth Special. We were specific about our order as my fiend is highly allergic to shrimp and specifically asked for no shrimp, but I told him I was fine with the shrimp even though I said I didn’t care for it. My steak came out as an 8 oz instead for 6oz NO shrimp. Our steaks were rare instead of medium, the sides were cold. They just couldn’t get it right! It would have been fine if Patrick didn’t have an attitude and argued. The only nice one was the service bartender, I believe his name was Leo, I wish he had served us.
The manager took care of our entire bill, which wasn’t necessary but very appreciated. I felt like we over tipped but as it’s tip share we didn’t want to hurt the team because of one bad apple.
We will not be returning anytime soon even with the ongoing coupon.
TG Caroline is still there, she’s a jewel! She’s known us as long as she’s been working there, so she helped us out through another misunderstanding!

Dinned her for Fort Lauderdale Crave Restaurant month. Amazing value for the price. Everything was great food, wine, service, only compliant is the restaurant has a very strong unpleasant odor. It hits you the second you walk in the door and throughout the dinning room. It smells like a wet rug or dirty dish rag. For this reason not sure we'll be back.
We’ve celebrated our wedding anniversary here before I. 2016 and as usual, it’s a pleasant experience.
I brought my boyfriend to Ruth Chris to celebrate a special occasion; this is usually our favorite restaurant.
We were greeted by the busboy and the waiter truly took a long time to come to our table.
Once he came, he provided us with the menus and yet again took a long time to circle back to our table to take our orders.
Once we placed our order, the food came out very quickly. We ordered a Caesar salad to start off (my favorite) and then I got the filet with shrimp and my boyfriend got the filet with lobster, with cauliflower and creamed spinach as our sides.
The steak came out in the hot buttery plate and we were so excited to dig in! We were both shocked to find that both our filets had a lot of fat ... I have never in my life ordered a filet and seen so much fat in it; especially a Ruth Chris filet. Sadly, the fat took over most of our filet meat.
In addition, my boyfriend never got served his lobster that he ordered. We didn’t have a chance to say anything about it because the waiter didn’t come to our table to check on us and we didn’t have a chance to tell him about the lobster missing nor the fatty filet because we were done with our meal once he came around, even though I called for his attention a couple times.
Once he came, I did mention it and he brought a complimentary desert, which was nice. But to be honest, we were so disappointed at our favorite restaurant for not being attentive to us, serving us fatty filets and forgetting to serve an item in our order.

I went with my wife on Friday. We had a great meal. She had they NY Strip and I had the Ribeye. Both cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Chris was great. We cannot wait to return.

Very nice service, and excellent food.
Chicken dish was raw inside and it was like I’ll cook it a bit more. However the stuffed part being the cheese had leaked out and was burnt 🥵 when they brought it back. You would expect they could cook chicken right the first time.
Outstanding food and service. I've never gone wrong with Ruth's Chris Steak House. We went for our anniversary and they put Rose pedals and little glitter hearts on the table and brought us a small cake on a plate that said Happy Anniversary. Great touch. I recommend without hesitation.
Our 45th wedding anniversary. 8pm Reservation. Didn’t get seated until 8:30pm. Restaurant was only two-thirds full. Waiter (Shawn) was not attentive. Couldn’t remember the beer I ordered and brought the wrong brand to the table. My wife asked for a glass of ice, Shawn forgot to bring it. My son went to the bar and got the ice. Our appetizer plates remained on the table long after we finished eating them. My son and I ordered our fillets rare and medium-rare respectively. Both steaks were served rare. At other top-flight restaurants (e.g., Trulucks, Capital Grille), any extra place settings are removed from the table upon being seated - not here. Also, the wait staff removes crumbs from the tablecloth with a knife at other comparable restaurants - not Ruth Chris. At other nice restaurants, occasions such as anniversaries are celebrated with a “Comp” dessert - not here. We will never go back to Ruth Chris. We will stick with Trulucks, Capital Grille, etc.
Food was excellent. Valet staff was very courteous. Service and ambiance in dining area not so good. Water glasses sat empty for a long time. Had to stop eating and flag someone down for more water. Interior dining room needs a face lift.

Steaks not cooked as requested, who feels like sending it back. It is a steak place, same oven every night. Place not that busy, no excuse. Will not be back.
Food was not hot, dessert not up to par. Bland chocolate mousse.
Too rushed.. tried to take our appetizer off the table twice before we were finished. Took the wine glasses off the table before even asking if we were going to have wine with dinner. Stuck us is the furthest right hand corner of the dining room where the kitchen door was in view and had to endure watching the waiters fool around.

One of the worst meals I have had in a long time, I swear the lobster was there since last week. Just no
