It was as great except service a bit slow because restaurant was busier than expected. Assistant needs additional coaching on water pour and table clearing.

My husband & I have enjoyed dinner at ruth chris on numerous occasions, this particular site 3 times. This visit was good, but not great like our other visits. 2nd time having the porterhouse for 2; not as good as or first time

Fantastic experience as always! My favorite steak place. My date said the bone in steak was the best steak she had ever eaten! Service is impeccable as well. Highly recommend for a special occasions!

Every restaurant in Fairfax Corner had an hour wait at 6pm on a Saturday except for Ruth’s Chris. Our experience tonight was much better than the last. Food was pretty good and service was quick.

Excellent Excellent Service!!! Celebrated my mom’s 75tb and could not have been better taken care of. From the time we walked in until the time we left! Carrie, our server, was friendly, attentive and made out experience awesome! Love the food...love this place!!!! Thanks for a memorable evening! My mom loved every minute!

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is fantastic for steak and seafood. The service is impeccable and the servers very responsive. It is quiet and you can talk with your party. The bread and appetizers (we had spicy shrimp) are great. With Open Table reservations, we were seated immediately on a very cold night in a very romantic setting for our date night. I would recommend to all for any occasion.

Very good meal. Plates are hot when they arrive to your table. Steaks were cooked well and sides were good. They changed their rolls but okay.

We were hungry for steak and did not want to go to just a local steakhouse we wanted a good meal so we made a reservation at Ruth's Chris. Unfortunately we were disappointed! The steak had a lot of fat and was very tough and hard like it was overcooked. Our mashed potatoes and creamed spinach we very cold. I believe that it was because it was restaurant and perhaps they used a less quality steak since the price was less? However, the total bill with tip was still $175 so I would have expected for that price I would have had a better experience. I was just disappoint since we were looking forward to a good meal and that is not what we received. Perhaps we should have just gone to a local steakhouse and save about $70. The service was very go though.

The food here was amazing to say the least! We can not wait to visit again. The only down side was the seating, we were placed at a table right by the kitchen which sort of takes away from the experience/ambiance. We were constantly leaning over our table to avoid trays being passed over our heads as servers walked by. They were really busy but we did make reservations. In the future, I will either wait for or insist on a better table.

They kinda rushed us to leave - also the food presentation was terrible .. it seems that they threw the food on the plates and just served it.

Not too impressed with the food presentation at all. I won’t dine there again.

Restaurant week at Ruth’s Chris. Delicious! Wonderful service. great value for restaurant week. the 6oz filet and the Trio (stuffed chicken, Tenderloin, and Crab cake) were delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes were in a huge dish. Cheesecake was divine too. Wish there was a bit more coulis.

Fantastic service. Went for a birthday dinner. Three people had to send meat back to cook more, but the server couldn’t have been more gracious. Barbecue shrimp needs a new name - great dish but needs a different name.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the restaurant took the time to put Happy Anniversary confetti on the table and the servers took the time to congratulate us and made every effort to ensure we had what we wanted/needed. Would recommend to anyone for that special date. It was Restaurant Week, so we ordered from the special menu, including wine. The food was excellent. An absolutely delightful evening!

Hi, we like Ruth Chris except the Dallas location. Visited Fairvac Va. during restaurant week. Service was excellent, food was really good except white bread wich was uneventful and butter was fair. Calamari was fantastic and so were dirty martinis. Dessert was cheesecake which was delicious just need a bit more strawberry icing to mix in. Went to the resturant at 5 pm so noise and crowd was mild. Really good value for resturant week. $128 for two with tip. Plan to come back next year.

The service and the steaks were outstanding. The side dishes were delicious but were served at room temperature. We enjoyed the overall experience - a good place to go for a special occasion. I would recommend the restaurant to someone looking for an upscale place.

First time at Ruth's Chris, thanks to Restaurant Week! Service was fantastic, and the pace of the meal was great. A few big negatives, unfortunately. I was the first reservation of the evening, and I was seated at the rear of the dining room next to an emergency exit. Every subsequent party that arrived was seated at the nearest open table. The dining room is quite large, and there was no reason that at least one open table could have been positioned between parties until the dining room began to fill up. Also, I expect a fine-dining steakhouse to serve their steaks as ordered, but my medium filet was mostly rare.
