Service was fantastic! They went above and beyond to make my son feel special on his birthday!

Love Ruth's Chris especially this location. It's the best. We always request Tim. He has been our server for years. He knows exactly what we want and how we want it. He tends to every need and if for some reason they don't have a particular wine or dish, he will recommend a great replacement. I love the Old Fashioned Gambler. It's smokey with a orange backdrop. The tomato salad is excellent due to the beautiful kumato tomatoes and balsamic reduction. The steak is the star of the show. The smell of sizzling butter is the best smell. The sides are always delicious and worth any extra exercise especially the sweet potatoes. I cannot leave without dessert and this time it was a toss-up. I always get the berries and cream (taste like yummy cake batter) but I got my other fave - the banana cream pie. It has burlee' top. I love this place.

Excellent food and great wait staff but it took a very long time to get the food.

We have not been to Ruth's Chris for a short while. I love the steak. The filet was cooked perfectly for each person who ordered it. One person had the lobster tail and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Easter Sunday dinner. Wonderful...and no need to cook or clean up after...wonderful.

Definitely not our best experience...Service was extremely slow. We had not placed a drink order for nearly 15 minutes after being seated. Our first order from the bar took forever. The rest of our meal didn't move much more quickly. Food was just OK, other than the chicken - that was really good. Sides needed to be hotter and the one steak at our table was tough. They were out of one of their potato side dishes - that was very disappointing. Fries weren't crisp - nicely browned, but not crispy. Manager took care of our upgraded sides and desserts, but still not a pleasant experience. Usually not that way here, but when it happens now and again, as it has, it worries us that our next visit will be another disappointment.

We love this restaurant! A really nice option so close to home. The food and service are excellent, the ambience is nice, and you can hear your own conversation. A special occasion place for us.

As always it was a great meal with great service from Matt and the rest of the crew. We can't afford to eat there too often, but it is always memorable.

I have been to Ruth's Chris many many times over the years. I really want to like it. I just don't think the food is as good as it used to be when they brought you a sizzling steak dripping with butter on an aluminum platter. The side dishes, such as brussels sprouts, are so greasy. But the most disappointing part was the crab cakes I ordered for my entree. They were described as "jumbo lump" crab cakes on the menu. These are NOT jumbo lump. I make jumbo lump crab cakes a lot, and to make them, I pick through the jumbo lump crab in the container. There were maybe three small lumps--not jumbo-- in each crab cake. They were mostly shredded crab and therefore, mushy. For the very high prices here, it is not worth it.

Impeccable service, and fantastic food! We'll dine there again!

Ordered the signature steak medium. It came out rare. Server dropped a shrimp on the serving tray and served it to us anyway. We made the matre de aware and they did comp us desserts and credit our bill $25, but these errors should not have happened. Waiter was great.

This is our second disappointing experience at this restaurant - previously had a waiter we had to flag down and bland food. There are too many good restaurants in the area to ever go back again.

Our server Matt did an excellent job and we enjoyed our meal.

Very disappointing meal for the money, as I had always enjoyed the food in the past. The lobster bisque was thin and tasteless, the chopped salad would more aptly be named 'grated' salad, with slivers of lettuce. While the steaks were done medium rare as ordered, the lobster mac'n'cheese side dish was reminiscent of Kraft in a box.

My experience with Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was one of my best dining experiences. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the drinks and appetizers. The waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive and provided nothing less than perfect service. The only issue was the lamb chop entree my girlfriend ordered. The lamb chops were very fatty and my girlfriend had to take time to cut around it, not leaving much meat for consumption. Nevertheless, we would recommend the restaurant to friends and family.

Never disappointed at Ruth's Chris. I'll be going again very soon. Keep up the good work.

My friend and I have birthdays two days apart, so every year since we've retired, we've treated ourselves to a "mutual" birthday dinner at Ruth's Chris in Fairfax. We have never been disappointed and are already looking forward to next year's celebrations!

The whole dinner was extraordinary. Our waitress was engaging and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. We were at Ruth’s Chris for a birthday dinner, and it will be remembered forever. The calamari appetizer was delicious, French onion soup and salads were outstanding, and the steaks were perfection. All 6 of us left with smiles on our faces (and belts a little loosened). I’m sure we’ll be back soon.

Expensive. Red wine chilled,I prefer room temperature. RC is very consistent in quality and service is typically pretty good.

Our waiter was great (Frank I believe). Had great suggestions for our vegan family member and offered to check with the chef. Also selected a super nice wine: Ferrari Carano (2014) Cabernet. On the down side, 3 of us got sick the next day. We had all had shrimp and the cheesecake for dessert. We assume it was food related illness but nothing we can point to specifically.

Loved it, although the bill was higher than normal, but I had a large party. The food was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Well worth the price and the 20 mile drive. Ruth Chris is the GOLD Standard of fine dining, Period.

Wonderful food and service as always. We come here for every anniversary. Travis is our favorite server; we’ve had him for years!

My husband and I eat out often. While he has eaten at RC before I have not. It did not disappoint. Steak was amazing! We each had a full course meal and it was fabulous. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. I am looking forward to returning.

It was as great except service a bit slow because restaurant was busier than expected. Assistant needs additional coaching on water pour and table clearing.

My husband & I have enjoyed dinner at ruth chris on numerous occasions, this particular site 3 times. This visit was good, but not great like our other visits. 2nd time having the porterhouse for 2; not as good as or first time

Fantastic experience as always! My favorite steak place. My date said the bone in steak was the best steak she had ever eaten! Service is impeccable as well. Highly recommend for a special occasions!
