Waiter and waitress were exceedingly courteous and responsive as well as suggestive for food and drinks. Celebration our 34 anniversary they put rose petals all around the bar where we sat and gave us a glass of free champagne. Super special nite Thanks

We ordered two slices of cheesecake for desert on a over $600 bill and did not get it. We asked for it to be prepared to go, we had paid and all and still never came. How do we remedy this? My mother asked about it a second time and never received it.. I'm sure it may have been an oversite.

I like the one in Cary and Raleigh better. Took to long for food.. and my steak wasn’t good like I usually get! The cut of the steak was strange instead of a regular size mines was like three last piece of steak .. like an end piece or something.. then waitress had a problem with my gift card.. management need to have a training class😳

It was a very nice dinner - great steak and lobster tails. Our waiter was excellent and all was a delight. We were disappointed only in that they had changed their menu but not on their website, so we went, planning a couple specific items and then had to find something else. But overall, a great dinner

The steak was of poor quality and very thin. The water was very pushy and did not allow us to enjoy our meal. We made it very clear it was a business dinner and wanted to talk and enjoy our scotch before dinner, and within three minutes, he was back asking for our order. Not what I have come to expect from a tip shelf steak resturant.

Expectations were exceeded in terms of the service provided... it harkened back to the kind of service that was consistent at any Ruth's Chris restaurant 20 years ago, but since seldom seen these last 10 years. Congrats to the the Durham location for the exceptional service provided by an ample number of servers, the positive demeanor of the servers and the very pleasant experience provided to my wife and I. We were visitors to UNC-Chapel Hill and sought out this nearest RC establishment. We are from SC and regret that it likely will be a very long time until we will once again experience such a wonderful opportunity.

Our 9 person party was seated in a very small room with another party of 9. They were so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. Service was slow. One persons order was wrong. Food was average. Those who purchased the 4 courses didn’t receive their desserts. Had to ask whether sides were family style. Didn’t know salads were considered sides so more people ordered than was necessary. Was a celebration for college graduation. No mention of special that we saw posted on the way out. Terrible experience.

The food was very good. There was no help choosing wine, I expected a sommelier but there didn’t seem to be one. I also didn’t like the 18% tip being automatically added for a small party of 5. The server did point that out so I didn’t accidentally double tip, which was appreciated.

I was disappointed in my dish I got the crab cake which was drenched in butter And the grilled chicken Caesar salad which had a poor piece of chicken an also had a drummett thrown on too ???? It was very disappointing The service was great however Hugo our waiter was great and all the helpers
