Everything was great. Would just have wait staff ask less often how things were. It’s great they were very attentive but we had a hard time with our conversation as we kept getting interrupted.
Excellent service, they were very attentive, didn’t have to ask for water, someone was always refilling the cups. Food came out hot like the soup.

Table was late and we had to wait more than 15 min, even though we arrived 45 min early to have a drink and were told that if we had a drink at the bar we could not go to our table. Horrible reception service.
It’s been a few years since we ate here but the food was delicious! Ruth’s Chris makes the best Creme brûlée, I was looking forward to that and it did not disappoint! Our service was exceptional! Chris H and the rest of the staff we encountered were all great, personable and attentive when needed. We appreciate all the extra special touches. Thank you for making our anniversary that much more special!
I received an email confirmation that my reservation time was changed. When I checked in I was told that the change was not made. We were seated at the corrected time. Nice save.
My husband was told to remove his hat for dress code purposes but patrons walk in wearing shorts and t-shirts. Quite curious.
The lighting was darker than I preferred.
Nice mix of musical genre that was played.
I love bread, so the bread was nicely warmed. Toasted just right. Second serving was heated too long, top was dark brown, not light brown like the first serving. Inconsistent.
Steak was excellent. It’s what we came for. Highly satisfied.

My baked potato came with chives that I ordered without. I said I would eat it with the chives. We were told no it should be corrected. My husband said he would eat that baked potato, so as not to throw it out. It was taken away anyway. Seems wasteful. We would have paid for two.
Dessert was delicious. Out of season berries on the tart side.
I was not offered coffee or tea with or after dessert.
No one was around to greet us upon exiting.
Disappointed. If I pay $60+ for a steak, it should not have gristle. Place was so dark, I wondered what they were hiding.

Tyson was wonderful…attentive but not over the top. Everything was delicious and served perfectly.
Our Server Mr. Jared was very professional and his service was stellar. My glass of water never went empty at any point.
It was really amazing, food came out nice and sizzling hot! I got the lamb chops & my date date the ribeye! Shannon was amazing, laughed with us! He did a 2 minute check back! Our waters never got empty! The Birds Paradise drink was paradise. Not too strong, but you could definitely tell the Malibu rum was in it ☺️! It wouldn’t be an everyday occasion… maybe like an anniversary dinner, but I’d definitely recommend 100/10!

Food was unbelievable good, across the board. These are some pricey meals, but if you know that going into it, it’s well worth it for a special occasion.
I recommend a two-person split with the Tomahawk ribeye (off-menu) or porterhouse; not only is it worth it, but given the cost of a single steak, it may actually save you money.
Get a dessert; it’s worth it, and so are you.
Wine markup is about standard, but it does mean that you’re paying too much for a bottle of wine, if you’re comparing the wine quality to the steak quality. In other words: paying a 200% markup on a ribeye, compared to a cheaper steakhouse, is arguably worth it; paying a 100% markup on a bottle of wine that I can get at a liquor store, is perhaps not - so if you want a wine worth the cost, you’ve got to be ready to spend more than your meal.
Overall, everything was fantastic!
I think it is time for a major renovation. The inside of this restaurant is like a maze. Very Dimly lit and could not read the menu without the help of my cell phone light. The restroom is definitely inadequate for the amount of people eating there (one urinal and one toilet) in the Men's Room. Food was great, our server was very polite and great sense of humor. Busboy kept my water full.
We were very disappointed in the quality of the steaks. The cooking temperature was perfect, however the filets were tough. It felt as though the steaks were previously frozen and thawed. Each member of our party left more than 3/4 of their steaks uneaten on their plates.

Reservation was made online on Open Table. As expected from past visits, ambiance was quiet & classy, food was excellent, and service was first-class. Hoping to re-visit sometime soon!

Celebrated my 55th birthday with my wife and everything was great. Cris and his team was awesome, they really went out of their way to make our dining experience special. All the dishes from the appetizers to the desert was on point. Thanks Ruth’s Cris for a great dining experience.

We celebrated an anniversary. Restaurant had red rose petals strewn across edge of table, provided complimentary glass of champagne, and complimentary dessert of flambeed strawberries and chocolate. Service and food were excellent!
Excellent steak… best in town for sure. I had the petit filet and it was the best steak I have eaten in ages. Side of fresh asparagus, creamed spinach and stuffed mushrooms and soo bucolic ravioli delicious as well. Service is excellent. A wonderful evening with friends.
We have been going to this location at least once a year for years for special occasions. We have gone to other steakhouses but this is as our favorite.
This last visit however, was a little disappointing. After being seated and orders taken (menu is condensed with items like Tomahawk not listed but still available with price not disclosed until you receive your check), we received our appetizers. It’s was as good as always.
Then we waited for our entrees. And waited. The hostess came by 3 times while we were waiting with her iPad, looking at our table. I asked one of the servers to add a lobster tail to our order and for some reason, 2 more servers came by to ask if we really did add it to our meal at separate times. Yeah, not sure why that was necessary.
Then as one of the server noticed we were still waiting for our entrees 45 minutes after our appetizers were dropped, he explained, the tomahawk takes long so it will be out soon. Like I mentioned, we visit this location annually and have been ordering the tomahawk for years. It’s never taken over an hour. Whatever, my children and I were enjoying being with each other. After 3 different staff members told us our dinner would be coming soon, it finally arrives, at the same time I notice as the table that was was sat 30 minutes after us but the food was good and we were having a good time so it was ok.
We ordered dessert which took long as well, and the complimentary flaming strawberries were a little different in taste but all in all, in spite of the time it took for our food to be served, we enjoyed it and the servers made sure to make it a pleasant experience.
When I come from the mainland to visit my brother, we always dine at Ruth's Chris on our final evening together. Last night was flawless and our server Alan, was phenomenal!

Our server Chris was very nice and helpful and always checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. The food and surroundings were great and its been too long since we last had dinner there.
Our Server David was A++++++. My family and I thought this experience is the best service we had ever dining here. Very personable and made my dad, sister and brother in law feel special on their special occasions.
