Food was awesome and well put together. Really nice and very casual. The waitress are very nice. Would go again
Definitely one of my favorite steak houses! The food was amazing and the service impeccable. The ambiance is hard to beat.
Great food. The steak was perfect.
Unfortunately one of our soups was not really hot.
Service forgot to ask for sides.
It was our anniversary and every thing was perfect.
This is a classic steak house. The ambiance is appropriate, a little dark and woody! The food choices were excellent and the service was fantastic. The staff really made our evening.
I look forward to my bimonthly visit to Ruth Chris for my great Filet, my Crab stack, and my shaken at the table martini. I am not a daily drinker. After 10 years of this routine, our excellent waiter brought to our table a martini glass, NOT filled to the top as usual and about half the size of the previous glass, shaken at the table, poured at the table, martinis. For half the drink I paid $16. When I came and spent over $200 on a dinner, I did not expect to see my drink size cut in half! The food and service were great, but it does not speak to customer loyalty to up the price and slash the size of the beverage. Perhaps the the other fine steak houses in Denver will not have taken this very regrettable move. It is so sad, given the overall top pricing, to see this fine restaurant go this way. I feel this was a poor management decision.
Service is exceptional!!
Great service and food
Great overall experience!
Love the consistency. Amazing food
It is a wonderful restaurant for a special occasion. They made sure to do some added special touches to make our celebration special. The ambience is beautiful and the service is great. The food was delicious... very high-quality steaks. My only negative comment would be that my steak was over done and my husband’s steak had a lot of gristle. Because we were with a group of people and did not want to embarrass them with us saying something to the staff, we just dealt with it. However, I am sure that if we would’ve brought it to the attention of the wait staff, they would have taking care of it properly.
Slow service, good food, nice atmosphere.
Very disappointed in the service, and I will be writing a formal complaint to the management! We were celebrating an engagement and restaurant had been notified that we wanted a special table, reconfirmed those plans, and still had to make the request upon being seated! We asked our server to prepare the lava cake at end of meal in advance of the guests of honor arrived...the request was forgotten at the end of the meal. Cocktails were ordered so we could toast before ordering, it took 15 minutes for drinks to arrive without exaggeration! I ordered my steak "Oscar" style, which was also forgotten. Then it came as a side dish, done in very poor taste. Our lobster bisque came to table Luke warm...server did not present anything on a timely basis. The buser, Birch did a far better job tending the table, than the waiter, Robert. At the conclusion of our meal, when paying the tab, which was in excess of $500, the server when notified he'd forgotten the lava cake, offered to have it prepared in a take home bag! Our server, was not professional on any level, was an absolute disappointment the entire meal...as parents of the bride, we had hoped that choosing Ruth's to celebrate would have been an exceptional evening for our daughter and future son in law...it was not!
My husband, who is a gracious man, left a substantial gratuity, even though he and I were both very disappointed in the service.
We have other Ruth Chris experiences to compare to, and know fine dining! This was not to standard, and we had other venues to choose from in the downtown Denver area...very disappointed
Very nice place. Good food and great service.
Outstanding food, and even better service. The perfect setting for a business meeting, or an intimate dinner.
We have been disappointed by the quality of the food, we expected more from such a famous steakhouse. The noise was way too high
Seems you need to be somebody to get seated in the restaurant. We had a reservation, assuming it was in the restaurant. But, we were seated in the sports bar. As time passed, there was only a certain type of clientel that was taken to the restaruant seating. I also feel maybe the food was not quite up to par for the sports bar either. I've never had such a tough steak at a Ruths Chris restaurant before. I will be crossing this chain off my list of go too's.
The Lobster tail was so small my husband and I joked that it was a Prawn. Steak was very good though as was the salad and service.
We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary. The food was outstanding & the service was exceptional.
Excellent service, great food, and wonderful atmosphere. Jose and Josh did a great job!
It's been years since I was at Ruth' s Chris Steak House. My husband and I went for his birthdaydinner. The food was phenomenal as was the service. The filet that was crusted with bleu cheese was over the top delicious! WOW! The entire experience was so lovely. I am looking forward to my next visit. A++++++ recommendation!
Im so glad i chose to take my mom here for her birthday.
We loved our meals!! The service was excellent!! It was very very loud, hard to talk. Allowing people to enter and exit though side doors is less than desirable because it made the room very very cold.
Great table. Great service and great steaks! Had a wonderful time for my mother’s birthday. Luis was fantastic.
Food wasn’t that great for the price. Service though was beyond great!!!
Excellent and the food was amazing!
Great food, wine and service, doesn't get much better!
Excellent food as always. Wonderful service. Expensive but worth it.
Everything was great but we were disappointed there was no changing tables in the restrooms
While the food was good, the steaks were way over cooked. And the lettuce in my salad was super bitter. The wait staff stood against the wall but failed to keep our drinks filled or clear away the dishes in a timely manner. Extremely disappointed
Salad was not crisp but semi wilted. I brought it to the attention of the waiter and he was sorry but still charged us for it. They were not busy but were constantly interrupting our conversation even though it was clear we were not in a hurry. Just not up to standard for a $50 steak. I have many other better options. Sad because RC has been a go to for me in other cities.
The filet was amazing-meltednin your mouth! What a great meal-will definitely be back soon!!
Basic service, steaks not cooked to our liking. Nobody checked. Wine was marked up 450%!!
We were greeted promptly by the very friendly staff. Our reservation was right on time and we were seated immediately. Excellent dinner! High quality food, service and surroundings. Once again, Ruth’s Chris Steak House does not disappoint!
Great steak, the best I have ever had! Service was a little slow, and not as attentive. Maybe a little more flavor but still great! The desert was defiantly the best part of the meal. It is a little highly priced.
Great food and great service as usual! We came here for an anniversary. Everything was great.
Steak was overdone
Food was great as always, service was a bit lacking. If you don't want people to order from the restaurant week menu (5280), then don't offer it or participate in it. Server was un-engaged and unappreciative.
They didn’t have the restaurant week menus out. Our waiter kept trying to trick us into ordering off of the restaurant week menu once we told him we would like to order off that menu. Salt grass steakhouse has a better ribeye than Ruth’s Chris. When your waiter is constantly trying to get you to order stuff and upcharge you it’s annoying. Then to have the upgraded steak suck... we will not be back. Lots of better steakhouses in the Denver area.
We left 20% tip because of the helper Alex, he was great.
