We were attending a conference in Denver and walked across the street from the Hyatt Regency for dinner last Saturday evening.
Everything was PERFECT about our experience except for a loud, obnoxious party of four a few tables away. One woman in particular was very loud!
The food and service were both exquisite.
Best steaks we’ve ever had, wonderful side dishes. And undoubtedly the best Caesar salad either of us have ever had.
Our server and his assistant were excellent, polite, wonderfully attentive without being overbearing in any way.
We wish there was a Ruth’s Chris closer to us at home!!
Outstanding food and service! Could not have been better.
I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris Steak House all over the country; Dallas, Salt Lake City, Chicago, etc. The food here was the poorest out of all of them.
Food is excellent but overpriced. Overall a good experience
Very nice steak house for a chain. Appetizers good, filet perfect, sides great. Similarly priced to most higher end steak houses.
It was great. Our waiter/server was the best we ever had.
I enjoyed a delicious dinner in the fancy restaurant in downtown Denver. The professional staff and upscale decor made the experience delightful.
I was skeptical given my bad experience from Ruth's Chris restaurant in other city. This one is totally different, the hostess and waiter are very friendly and professional that they are attending not intrusive which make me feel very relaxed. I was there during their happy hour, their food menu are fantastic together with a long list of drink options. The food quality is superb. If you happen to be in Denver , be sure to check this steak house out!
Very informative staff, great service
The food was outstanding! The Service was excellent. Would definitely go there again when we visit downtown Denver.
When one pays 105 dollars for a Porterhouse, the expectation is that it will truly be a top cut and preperared steak. Our Porterhouse for two, was sinuous, so much so, the server couldn't cut it. When our main server asked how it was, I told him it was sinuous, and he began to argue. I stopped him saying, I'm not complaining, just answering your question. I would've rated this restaurant lower, except my husband left his credit card in the payment book and one of the staff graciously put it in the safe, which we were able to retrieve the next morning. The Romanian support staff/server's (male and female) were outstanding.
As always, Ruth's Chris Steak House is great. Food and service is always great no matter what location you go to.
Everything was perfect. Our server Jose was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. His attention to detail made my significant others and I anniversary dinner perfect. I will definitely return to this location next time we are in town!
Ruth’s Chris is without a doubt the place for a special occasion.
Disappointing. The steak was not cooked as described for medium. My medium steak arrived quite red in the center although I inquired specifically and medium was described as pink and not red. I noted this to the waiter and he agreed that my steak was not medium and offered to cook it some more but I’ve had experience at other restaurants with “cooking it more” and the final product is never right. Overall not what I expected for a $54 steak at a steakhouse. In addition, the wine was not served correctly—waitperson is supposed to allow the one who ordered to taste first before pouring for all at the table.
The service was impeccable!
Out of creamed spinach at a 6:15 reservation.???
Server was good.
Should be given a free substitute if out of an item.
Awesome experience, as always! Will always consider going back here when in Denver.
The steaks are always the best and served at just the right temp and sizzling on the plate.
I always dine at the bar. Bartenders Sean and Kristy are the best in the business and always make their guests’ experience “first class.”
Ruth Chris is wonderful the steaks are always great the service is fantastic unfortunately the lobster macaroni was not good. The taste wasn’t a true macaroni and cheese for the almost $20.00 product it was extremely disappointing. I’ve had much better at a BBQ and the lobster was sprinkled on top not mixed in just kinda tasteless. I told the waiter and he did say he was sorry. We like the restaurant and will go back but never order the macaroni and cheese with lobster.
We came to Ruth's Chris for our anniversary celebration, everything from the moment we walked in the door was amazing! Ambiance, service and food was all absolutely phenomenal! We most certainly will be returning and recommending to all our friends and family!
Had an 8:15 reservation and greeted by a less than happy host, did not want to be there we assume. Got sat in bar area next to a table of about 12. Took roughly 20-30 minutes to get drinks after they were ordered and one was wrong, took the drink anyway but could not drink it. Our waiter was nice and did what he was way over burdened with tables, including the large party, to be effective at all. Food was good, not great. We eat regularly at high end steakhouses, this was near the bottom of the rings to be considered that aside from the price tag. To be frank, it will be the last time we go to Ruth’s Chris, the only thing they have been consistent at is underwhelming. Del Frisco’s and Fleming’s far exceed in all areas for same price.
Great service and attention to detail. We loved hanging out with the bartender who was very knowledgeable of the wine list.
The service was slow. Waited a long time for drinks, to order etc..
We wanted to order calamari for an appetizer but you were out. My son wanted cream spinach you were out of that as well. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium well and instead it was well done. My garlic mashed potatoes were warm and some bites were even cold. The woman’s bathroom was less than desirable. 2 of the 3 stalls are out of order. In the only stall that was working there was hardly any toilet paper. Only one of the 2 sinks had soap to wash your hands. I did tell the host about the bathroom and the toilet paper and soap issue did get addressed.
Overall, not the Ruth’s Chris experience I am used to.
Sean and Eric at the bar are very friendly and offer wonderful service. I had the Steak sandwich, wedge salad. Both were very good.
The food was great! Everything was prepared as ordered. The noise level was fantastic for good conversation. We all enjoyed this dining experience.
Been coming to this restaurant for few years and never disappoint!, plus Alex has been our waiter for must of the times I've been at the restaurant, he is wonderful, very professional and have exelent attentions to all of us (specially my kids and companions)
Defenetly one of the best Restaurants overall that I have visit!!
Ruth's Chris is our favorite steak house. Food is always prepared to perfection and the service is top-notch. George was our waiter this time and he went out of his way to ensure that we had a wonderful evening. He was so accommodating and checked with us many times to ensure everything was the way we wanted.
Father’s Day amazing
We were at Ruth's Chris Steak House for my birthday. The thermostat had to have been on 64 degrees. I usually keep my night time temperature at 68. Needless to say, we were both freezing the whole time. I mentioned it to the wait staff, but nothing seemed to change. We remembered the last time we had been to this restaurant, and we had the same problem then. This was the reason I gave the ambiance only one star. The restaurant, food, and service were all good though.
Always a fabulous service and food.
We made a reservation and ended up in the bar. It was super noisy. My soda came very late. The potatoes were cold. It was a 350.00 meal for 4 people but it lacked the typical Ruth Chris experience
The service was great. My husband and I both ordered Filets Medium, his was cooked perfect mine was not. I had to send it back and the second time was still over done. Manager did say they would take care of it, but then only took half of the steak off of the bill. Not what I was expecting for the price we paid. We will not eat here again.
Expenses be alacart eatery, very good food, just right for good customers and friends.
It was my 5 year anniversary! Carly and the entire staff made it a night to remember! They really went above and beyond! I can’t wait to return!
My $50 steak was a tad grisley so it could have been trimmed better. The asparagus was a bit woody.
As always, Ruth's Chris has an amazing place with excellent food, exceptional service and delightful atmosphere. The only detractor is the fairly low seasoning on the steaks (which are top notch cuts cooked to perfection). Certainly worth a visit.
We wanted quality juicy hamburgers and figured a restaurant famous for steaks would cure the crave. Not so... both were overcooked (!) served with a wrinkled squished (picture McDonald's) bun and limp fries. Oh, and a $14 cocktail. Sad.
