The experience was great. The waiter explained the menu very well and answered our questions. The food was great. If your there for a date or celebrating something else they accommodate the occasion. Highly recommend to anyone.
From the Freedom Park valet to the dessert, Ruth’s is an exceptional dining experience. The food was cooked to perfection despite all my special culinary requests.
Our server Mary is attentive and driven to make your visit one to remember.
It is a little noisier in the main room than I would like but that is easily overlooked when you focus on food and service.
Live Freedom Park valet. Even if he didn’t recognize us from prior visits, h resold it well and made me believe he was glad we returned.
Simply excellent evening.
Excellent food, environment, service, valet parking, and management. They treat you like a welcomed guest.
Always great food and great service. It was quiet on a Sunday evening and that made the evening even if more relaxing. Our favorite steakhouse in Dallas area.
We were celebrating 4 birthdays and the restaurant was wonderful! Food was great and the people serving gave us the right amount of attention. A very nice place for a special occasion.
Everything was fine but the singer on April 7 was terrible. I’m so sorry.
Great service and waiter
We had an excellent dinner. Dress code isn’t extremely strict, but we were still dressed business attire. The waitress was fantastic!
Always a wonderful dining experience at Ruth Chris. Love this restaurant for special occasions! It's just outstanding!
The food was wonderful (small filet for me and cowboy ribeye for husband)! Au gratin potatoes and AMAZING as always, chopped salad. Loved this Ruth's Chris and the service was unbelievably wonderful, efficient, pleasant and precise (Ginny). We'll be back often.
Steak was ok but not 60 dollars great! I’ve had better New York’s at Saltgrass.
Service and food were very nice and what was expected. Such as nice steak experience.
Was not the Ruth chris I’m use to, and it’s one of my favorite restaurants. Worst one I’ve ever been to. Didn’t wanna complain but whateve
I must say I had a grand time here for my birthday celebration. The staff was awesome and friendly and the manager is not only pleasing to the eye but also have a nice disposition.
Great food and great service. Ribeye was delicious.
Aboustly delicious ! We will return next time we visit Dallas
We always go to Ruth Chris when we are in Dallas area. This time we went to Great Wolf Lodge and went to RC for anniversary. Food was amazing, waitress was incredible and took pictures of us. And even took one with us. It just doesn’t get any better than this place. Pricey but worth every penny.
Medo was attentive and very informed server. He made sure we were aware of the family portions and he made a special effort to make my sister's birthday special.
The filet was horrible . It was Not the quality I’ve always had at this establishment at other locations .
This place was great!! I took my wife for her birthday and the scenery was just perfect, the service was like none I've ever received the waiter (and assistant waiters) we're never overbearing or too pushy they were always right on time and made us feel very welcome and at home. The food was great as well we began discussing what we would order during our next visit before we even finished what was on our plates. I will definitely be returning here and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.....because it's waaay too good for them 😂.
We arrived 15 minutes early of our reservation and ended up waiting for approximately 40 minutes. Partly due to our request for a booth which I made at the time of reservation. The restaurant itself is showing some wear and tear, but the ambiance is still very enjoyable. We ordered salads to begin. Mine was just some greens taken from a bag and put on a plate, but..the dressing! It transformed the salad. The homemade blue cheese dressing is fabulous. We each had filets, cooked as ordered tender enough to cut with a fork. We ordered the loaded baked potato to split and I was very disappointed. It was a potato that had been cooked for a long time and was not hot. They had removed the inside of the potato, put on the plate and then covered it with the skin. Cheese was added on top and melted. Just wasn’t what I was expecting a baked potato to be. It is advertised as one pound, it definitely is not. We took the chocolate desert home which was very good. Our server was professional and took good care of us.
Mary was exceptional and the food was great as always. Kitchen is always willing to handle our special requests. Great experience!!!
Excellent service, ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer and it was very good, all the steaks were perfect and very tasty. Would definitely recommend.
Loved it. And we were taken care of the whole time. Never had to wait
Went on a Saturday night with my wife for a quiet dinner and some good conversation. Ha! They put us in the far back room on a little table that was squeezed in a corner. We were next to a long table of boisterous adults AND children celebrating a birthday that was so loud my wife and I could not even hear each other across the table! Busy night so service was so-so but thank goodness, the food was wonderful! Not sure I’ll be going there anymore on a weekend!
Excellent meal and service. There were 4 of us and we enjoyed the entire meal. We split 2 salads which was plenty. Then each of us had a different entree, everyone thought theirs was the best. We ended the excellent meal by splitting 2 desserts.
Always a great dining experience! Perfect steaks, great service, and relaxing atmosphere. Our favorite restaurant!
Ruth's Chris is our go-to place for steaks in Dallas. There must be a hundred steakhouses, but Ruth's Chris prepares their wonderful cuts of meat the best, in our opinion. Zack was our waiter and he was the best we've had in many visits there. We'll be back, without a doubt!
Nice dinner and evening
So consistently great steaks! And we LOVE the Ruth's Chopped Salad! Always great for celebrations!
We hosted a group of 6 for a birthday dinner. We arrived at 7 PM with a reservation. We had asked for a quiet area and were seated in a corner of a room off the main dining area. The seating area was well-chosen and the noise level was muted. The restaurant decor generally appears a bit worn. Service was attentive, but not exceptionally polished or personable. The wine list is good, generally moderately priced, but not very extensive or particularly well-presented. By way of example, we looked for a Malbec and had to ask for assistance because the selection is limited and “buried” in a generic red wine section of the list. Except for one person, all ordered filets, which were prepared well according to individual preference. All-in-all, an enjoyable, but not exceptional steakhouse.
Our favorite steak house! The filet is so tender and perfectly. We usually start off with shrimp cocktail which are quite large and fresh. We always ask for the remoulade sauce to go with it. It is superb. Can’t wait to go back.
Ginny was a great server and the food was delicious! The only issue is they ran out of bread and we could not get seconds, but that didn't affect my scores.
Everything was wonderful our server Jeremy was the best.
Everything was outstanding with exception to the service from the server. He seemed a little new however he was nice so it made up for the service overall.
Food and service was outstanding need to increase spacing between tables because there was an older couple in next table and it must be a Texas thing because these white people had zero class guy kept belching.
The service was outstanding. The food was wonderful as always. Much quieter than some of the other steak houses of the same level.
Service and experience was nice. Just as expected
