   We appreciated the extra efforts when planning our anniversary dinner (booth, rose petals on the table and the dessert) that came with the Open Table reservation. Food was good but not as good as our previous visit (pre Covid). Attentive staff and welcoming manager were nice.

   Wasn’t what you would expect from an upscale, $$$$ restaurant. It looked like an old regular restaurant turned into a Ruth’s Chris. There were no specials. The service wasn’t anything special. The spicy shrimp appetizer and Ruth’s Chris salad were good, but the scallops were swimming in grease (literally), the ($15) baked potato was as well, and the ($72) steak ordered medium rare was basically rare.

   I felt like it was terribly expensive but the chef's special that included the salad/soup, a side and dessert was the deal of the night!! The steak was fabulous and lobster was sooo yummy. Our server (Jabari) was beyond fabulous - very responsive, socially interactive, very prompt. We had a fabulous dinner and they were very attentive to us along with the manager coming by to check on us throughout the night.

   Always a great experience with excellent food!! Bob remembered us from a previous visit and made our dinner the best!

   Ruth Chris never disappoints. Service was excellent! Beautiful dining room enhanced by floor to ceiling windows capturing their garden. Steak was perfect and still served on 500 degree plates. We miss the table side services of an old school steakhouse, but a great meal overall.

   Spent $350 on a dinner for two and was not impressed. Service was slow and inattentive, a couple steaks were overcooked and we waited for someone to come by for a while before deciding to swap steaks among the table ourselves to get one closer to the temp we had ordered. The ambience is lacking. Cocktails were delicious, but I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the price point and overall experience.

   We come every year for anniversary and birthdays.. food is always top tier and usually our server is awesome.. We got a server named Daniel.. he wasn’t as attentive, we didn’t get offered our free Anniversary dessert this time, and upon leaving we asked for to go boxes and this time we had to pit our own food in the boxes.. usually the service is top tier no matter which state we visit Ruth Chris is but compared to our other service this experience was mediocre. We will be back of course !

    For the price, the food is not worth it. The steak is nothing to write home about, and the lobster was overcooked and rubbery. The bread in the French onion soup needed a knife to cut even though it was submerged in the soup. The best thing we had was the Ceasar salad and the bread for the table.
