   Our server Trey was wonderful! Food delicious (although the crab cakes could use some more Old Bay) steaks are amazing, the chocolate espresso dessert is sinfully good!!

   Food was delicious, except for an uncooked lobster tail. Service was slow (waited half an hour for drinks) and not very friendly.

   Fantastic service and food. We had a slight mishap with our order and were given a free bottle of wine for our “inconvenience”. Top notch service and food

   I only ever write positive reviews and this is the first time I’ve ever written a negative one. But I can’t in all good faith not let others know how bad our experience was tonight at Ruth Chris. An hour after our reservation time we still had not been served drinks. An hour and a half after our reservation time and we still hadn’t received our food. After two hours we had to leave, so left expensive half eaten meals on the table. Our server, Ken was pleasant and the food was good once it arrived. But the service was slow to the point of ridiculousness, and made the overall experience poor

   We had a fantastic dinner for my brother's graduation this evening. Justin provided excellent service, as well as delicious menu suggestions. We had two managers check on us tonight, as well. Thank you for a very nice experience.

   My wife and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary at Ruth Chris and everything was excellent. Food was top notch and service was exceptional.

   Service was horrible. Inattentive. Always asking for water and where our drinks were. Forgot an order. Never brought a tea and took a long time to receive wine order. Never got fresh ground pepper for subpar caesar salad. Nor came back to find out how our food was. Au gratin potatoes were chunks. Very very disappointed

    Overall we enjoyed the experience, but for $250 for two I wasn't overly impressed with the meal. Seafood gumbo was served lukewarm - rice topping undercooked and hard and shrimp overcooked and chewy. Fillet was delicious but undercooked, ordered medium rare and it was blue rare - purple throughout. Lobster tail was also delicious and cooked perfectly but overwhelmingly salty for whatever reason. Bread pudding dessert was delightful. My partner's medium rare steak was cooked correctly and her shrimp were great. Overall it was a great meal, but for the price I think you can do better.
