   I have eaten at Ruth Chris many times before. I understand staffing may be an issue however for what we spent for a dinner for 4 and the service that was provided only tells me to dine elsewhere. To point out a few issues. We had reservations for 4:30. Stood in the entry way for an additional 15 minutes account no one for servers. Once seated service was horrible, it appeared that she may have been one of two servers and we definitely got the worse of the two. Once our order was taken I was expecting at least a decent steak, nope wrong again! I ordered a bone in ribeye, I was given a regular ribeye. I let the waitress know that it was wrong, the steak was taken back and I was told that I would get the right steak. So I sat and watched my family eat their dinner. When the right steak was brought out it was well under cooked. I ordered my steak medium but the one I received was so under cooked it was purple towards the center. None the less. We paid the bill at this restaurant for the last time. For $350 I expect more than this I have received better food and service for 1/2 the price at a chain restaurant. Lesson learned. This was my last time dinning here.

   Extremely busy night at this location but the server did a great job informing us about timing of food and getting refills. Food was amazing as always and on this super hot day the drinks were so nice and refreshin.

   Shrimp cocktail presented well on ice. Calamari had great texture and was cooked perfectly. Would have been better if saucy was spicy. House salad looked great but dressing was a little too heavy. Ribeyes came out on really hot plates so they continue to cook at your table. Mash potatoes were nice and creamy. Creamed spinach was our favorite. Dessert was a chocolate molten cake with a hot chocolate filling. Service was good and staff was attentive. Prices are high but so is quality.

   Great atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. We all had a variety of entrees from steak, stuffed chicken, salmon, and crab steaks. Side portions were generous and shareable.

    Great anniversary dinner. We were greeted with "Happy Anniversary"....and were led to our table where the host sprinkled "Happy Anniversary" confetti on our table. Max did a great job as our waiter! Thanks for the complimentary dessert! Well done!

    First time at a Ruth Chris and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and attention from the staff and management. The steaks and sides were amazing. So much flavor and tender beef. Will definitely visit another location when I find it.

    Food was really good. Service isn’t that good for the type of restaurant. Butter from the 500 degree plates was splashed all over the table and on us when the waiter put it down. Never once said sorry. After we got our food, we were never checked on and it took way to long to get the check and a box. Very disappointed. We try to go once a year for our anniversary but the last 2 times it was awful food and service.

    Ruth Chris never disappoints. Arrived in town and saw this location after our long flight. The waitress Erica was very nice and took very good care of our group. Our appetizers were spicy shrimp, calamari and ahi tuna. The meals all came out extremely hot and everyone loved them. Even the manager checked so us twice. Great service and food makes another successful night with our clients.

    Staying at a local hotel and the staff highly recommended this location. It did not take long to see why. We sat at the bar for cocktails and ended up staying their for dinner. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful telling us local places to visit. My seabass was fantastic and my spouse is still talking about the filet. They also want their sweet potato dish recipe. It was so good and we don't have one of these restaurants were we live. If you are looking for a great meal and friendly staff this is definitely the place to visit. Hotel staff was right!

    Had a great graduation celebration for our son who just graduated. Service was awesome and food even better. Only issue was parking during a Reds game was limited. Otherwise, it was a night that we will always remember.

    Amazing seafood appetizer with really fresh lobster, king crab legs, and crab meat. Only thing better was our NY Strip which was so succulent and tender. Dessert was a chocolate espresso cake that went perfect with our bar drinks.

    I had a fine dining experience here but the management did not match the food and service. My negative experience started when the hostess Sophia informed me that she would be unable to seat us (my son and me) in the dining area while wearing caps. For context, the restaurant is one block from the Reds stadium, and we were there following a game. Many patrons wore team attire and shorts, and some seated at the bar had caps on. I was reluctant to remove the cap I had worn all day, but Sophia stated she couldn’t seat me with it on. The evening quickly turned when we were greeted by our wonderful server Courtney, who was pleasant, upbeat, and personable as well as terrific at her job. She quickly took our order and brought us our drinks. The crab cake and barbecue shrimp appetizers were excellent, tasty and nicely portioned. Our two steaks, the petit filet and the bone-in NY strip, were also of the highest quality, cooked as ordered and totally consumed. During our meal I was dismayed when Sophia brought two couples to the dining room and both women had caps on (and kept on for their entire meal). I was further aggravated when we were leaving the upper floor and passed a male dining with a cap. On our way out, I confronted Sophia about the dual standard. She apologized and said the manager had allowed people to wear caps after we were seated. Why, then, was this never conveyed to us, at the very least as a matter of courtesy? I asked to speak to the manager Ashley Recker, who refused to engage me even after Sophia had spoken to her. I had to go over to her to address the inequitable treatment. She mentioned a posted policy by the door that clearly was not being followed and claimed the diners had been asked to take off their caps (different from what Sophia had said). She claimed not to have seen them, which was impossible. I was totally upset by our treatment. Ashley could have just apologized and cited miscommunication. She didn't. Sad.

    Fancy designed steak place with a large volume of wines. Host was very flamboyant but friendly. Waiter was attentive and kept up with our business group. Seafood tower selection was the highlight.of the night. Steaks come out bubbling in butter and extremely hot. Loved their cream spinach. Cocktails were strong and tasted great. Pricing higher than most steak houses but for a city center would assume closer to normal.

    Last minute decision for my Birthday dinner was the correct decision . Service was great, food was amazing. I felt very special and very welcome. Some other restaurants don't make me feel this way since I usually dine alone and I don't drink alcohol. Already planning my next visit to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse!

    A few highlights of our experience... 1. Gambler's Old Fashioned, if made with Knob Creek, was short poured. Not much of the signature Knob Creek flavor. 2. Lobster bisque was lukewarm temperature at best. 3. We ordered three filets (one filet, two petite filets) all medium. The filet was medium, one petite filet was medium-well, and one filet was well done, if not well plus. The well done was sent back and my son ate his steak, without sides, after my wife and I were finished eating. 4. Baked potato, although huge, was overcooked. 5. We were informed that they were out of garlic mashed potatoes. Hence the backed potato. Yet, the table next to ours received mashed potatoes when placing the order after ours. Highly disappointed in our first Ruth's Chris Steak House experience. Will definitely not be returning.

    They took thirty minutes to seat us I’m nine months pregnant there was no where to sit. Our server was great but it took about an hour for our food the meat was hot, but sides cold. They reheated the dish sent it back to our table making the lobster Mac dry. I finally just asked them to remove it. I was very disappointed we spent 800$ didn’t even enjoy it on top of no valet parking.

    Dionte didn’t seem to be too enthused to assist us. We felt like we were bothering him & he seemed to be irritated with us. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but it really put a damper on our overall experience. We LOVED our server(she was GREAT)& this review in no way reflects her service.     Great food. Seems like it took too long in between courses to get our food. From the time we ordered, appetizers came 25 min later and we waited another 40 min for the main course. So be aware of that when you go. Food was excellent and portions were decent for the price.

    The kitchen was extra slow, our server was too. He also told us the wrong price of a bottle of wine. Wasn’t careful packing our leftover food. We arrived at 11:45 and weren’t out until almost 3. We were starving and food took about an hour to come out and no one came to apologize. Not a good experience for over $500 of a bill.

    Our server was amazing. She was engaged and attentive. The Mother’s Day brunch” should never have been advertised as a Mother’s Day “brunch”. Quite a disappointing experience in today’s competitive dining scene. I feel like they didn’t even try for “brunch”. It was a steak, chicken Caesar, crab stack, or a burger (with an egg on top-maybe this was a nod to brunch but !?) or sea bass. No menu adaptations or accommodations were available (we asked, told no, no manager or other visit). After getting over the disappointment of 11 AM brunch options being dinner or dinner…. Settled on Steak and lobster were that were great. So yes, great staples, but certainly not special, nor “brunch”. Lastly, the flourless chocolate cake was almost frozen and hard as a rock; it likely would have been quite delicious at room temperature.

    We attended Mothers Day Brunch which was their first brunch service. Food was good but menu was not brunch food. They used their dinner menu. Would have liked more breakfast items at 11 am.
