Service was really good. Food was good, we got the Ruth’s Chris classics with Steak and shrimp, salad, potatoes and creamed spinach. Cheesecake for desert. The restaurant is lovely. Everyone was very nice.

The food was excellent, however the service was very slow. Customers in the dining room had on sweat pants, baseball hats, and hoodies. It did not make for a nice dining experience, seeing it was our Anniversary and we were dressed up for a nice romantic evening.

Inside noise was loud and partied nearby were rowdy.. server inattentive- finished appetizers before placing entree order. Outdoor noise was overbearing, could hear blasting music inside from the street, ruined any ambiance and feel of being exclusive or a special occasion. Soundproof walls if there is regular loud music, make sure parties inside do know it is not a club, and train servers on pace of service.

We went to Ruth's Chris to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary and we were greeted by the host and hostess who both acknowledged our special day. Our server was attentive to our needs and very friendly and knowledgable . We sat down and I ordered a cocktail while my wife had a glass of Chardonnay wine, plus we received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was exquisite. We could have split our salads because they were so large and the steaks were cooked to perfection. We shared a side dish of lobster mac which was delicious. We ended the evening with coffee and bread pudding which was also very good. It was a very romantic evening and we will definitely go back to celebrate special occasions.

It started out ok with the host, but the server didn’t greet us or say anything but ask if we wanted bottled water. We noticed the light above our table was burnt out and across the room, there was “garbage?” (Discarded napkin, food remnants) under a table but they’d just opened? Our server took the order- I asked if I could substitute a truffle crust for garlic crust on the sea bass. He said he’d check but never said anything else about it and the sea bass came out with the garlic crust??? The appetizer (calamari) was lukewarm and soggy. The lemon on the plate looked as if it had bad spots cut out of the peel. Just very underwhelming! The main course (sea bass and T-bone steak) lacked flavor and was cold. The garlic mashed potatoes were the only good part! None of the food was even served by the server at all. He asked once if the first bites were good but didn’t come back after. My drink was never refilled or anyone even ask if I wanted more Diet Coke. When he brought the check he just dropped it on the table and didn’t even say anything. For an approximately $200 anniversary dinner, it was very disappointing!!

We were seated right at our reservation time. Waitress was very nice and friendly. Very attentive. I put on our reservation it was our anniversary, and to our surprise the table had decorations on it. The person that brought out our food thanked us for sharing our special occasion with them. Overall great experience.

The service was poor and we were ignored for most of the time. When we finally got our food, no one came back to see if we liked it. We both got lobster bisque and it came at room temperature. The manager came by and we complained about the bisque and she said she would credit us for it but only took off enough for one serving, not two. Our waitress was very slow and inattentive. We will not be back.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The steak was overrated and my husband and I had a horrible first experience. Manager comes over to ask my husband (black) to remove his ball cap but continued to walk back and forth past another gentleman (white) and never asked him to remove his ball cap. If this is a rule of Ruth Chris it’s understandable when applying to everyone. Seems like the room is on targeted towards us blacks. After spending over $400 with Ruth, Chris, we will never be back!!!!

Another excellent birthday dinner at Ruth's Chris with my family. The food was delivered as ordered and the temperature, quality and taste was excellent. The service by Lance was outstanding and of high quality. The time spent by the general manager, Carl, to assure all was as expected was well received. Our server Courtney and Reggie the food runner were a great treat. Both served as if we were royalty. My steak was not very tasty, the sweet potato soufflé was dry and my wedge salad had an exorbitant amount of dressing.

Special occasion. Dress up. Go hungry and get the fillet and lobster. Crab cakes best I have had all crab no filler and spiced right. Lobster bisque was a little bland but rich and lobster was tender. The brussel sprouts could be cooked differently to make them better. The potatoes au graten were cheesy and garlic goodness. The lobster doesn't need the butter because it was so tender. Our waiter was informative and friendly. The host was also extremely nice and I think since it was valentines day I received a rose at the end.

Food and service was great always friendly as usual. I ordered my steak med-rare and it was more medium and well done bottom. Where it might of set on plate waiting to come out. But the flavor and steak was delicious as well as the lobster tail. Thanks for a great valentine's celebration.
