   Great service. Great good! Beautiful place. Nice wine selection. Loved it all. Jordan our server was fabulous.

   We were excited to come here over the weekend to celebrate a birthday but ended up disappointed. My boyfriend, who's birthday it was, filet was awful tasting. It tasted like it sat out for a bit and then was cooked. The lobster was over done and had shell pieces in it and could hear the crunching when trying to eat it. After mentioning it to the waitress and her saying it did look off, only offered to cook it up more, which temperature wasn't the issue or to purchase something else instead. The server seemed to have a little bit of an attitude after mentioning that it still tasted terrible. The ribeye was great and the host was friendly, but the rest was super disappointing and paid full price for something that tasted terrible. Won't be back to this location.

   I was a little disappointed because they could not find my reservation when we got there. There was not an issue about seating us anyway because they had tables available but I did not like that could not find my reservation. I had just confirmed my reservation yesterday and had my confirmation.

   The food has been amazing every time we have been there! The service was amazing. We were put in the back room so it was very quiet.

   Food was horrible. Calamari was rubbery, the rib steak and mushrooms were overpowered with butter…couldn’t eat it. Broccoli was the only thing we enjoyed. Did not say anything as the server was great.

   Our service was wonderful, let me begin here. Our server was excellent; engaging and prompt. Unfortunately, our food was very subpar, especially for an institution so well respected for its quality. Our calamari had to be sent back as it was overcooked to the point of dehydration. The mashed potatoes had a distinct metallic flavor, as though the garlic had been burned before being added. Our strip steak had large pieces of gristle and a tendon leaving a good portion of the steak inedible. Our server addressed what could be done but at some point, we ate what we could and finished our meal. I’m afraid this one meal may have finished my desire to dine at Ruth’s Chris again.

   Ruth Chris staff and front people were outstanding! Every dish displayed as vision off appeal. Promptly cleared after finished beautiful for my wife and I.. it was our 20th Anniversary, made so special by the Staff and Chiefs at Ruth Chris Chattanooga, TN Thank to the Staff!!

    This is the second time we have been there this year and we’re pretty let down on the 2nd trip. Steak did not have that wow flavor it had the first time. I know all cuts are different but we had a good 20% of the steak that was grissly and fatty. I got the asparagus as a side and it’s nothing special, especially for the price. Service was fine.
