   The service was pretty bad for a Monday night in a nearly empty restaurant. We waited 20-30 minutes for drinks and our server was not very attentive to us.

   Made a 5:30 reservation still wasn't seated until 5:50. Waited 10 minutes no server. Got up and left.

   Our reservation was 7:15. We were not seated until 7:34. Not a big deal however, we were sitting literally but the hostess desk and they called me and said we have been calling your name. Nope never heard or saw anyone calling our name. Granted it was a little loud but literally right there. Then we noticed all these open tables and it took them 20 minutes later than reservation to seat us. We love Ruth Chris and being from out of town our first choice. The server was so sweet and very nice but seemed extremely busy. Thee were quite a few tables open. We ordered a house salad for me which said “iceberg lettuce and baby lettuce. It can and was not iceberg lettuce and the server said I was right someone else said the same thing at a different table. Not sure why it came out that way but I know my lettuce because I don’t like the “weedy stuff”. My husband order led soup, gumbo. He loved it. I ordered a ribeye, husband strip steak with blue cheese on it, onion rings and sweet potatoes casserole. Husband liked steak but it was the best. He ordered rare and it was medium rare. I ordered ribeye, medium rare . My steak was terrible. Over cooked, very thin rib eye, not good quality and worst of all not tasty at all. I did not eat it all . It didn’t even taste like a ribeye. We both were so disappointed because we love Ruth Chris. Everything else was just ok. So our experience in the Atlanta location was not good. It was such a disappointing evening.

   Very good price good was awesome came out in a timely manner the drinks was strong and robust the waiter was awesome loved the service everything was 100 over 100

   Uncommonly horrible experience start to finish! After offering a reset with the GM, who profusely apologized, we remained completely ignored in the dining room.

   The food was excellent and the hostess was very friendly. Our waiter was not accommodating. We had to ask for drinks repeatedly, and he actually brought a requested condiment after we had eaten. The cheesecake, however, was awful…extremely dry and bland. We also were celebrating a birthday, which was never even acknowledged. (Not that big of a deal, but expectations are higher when dining at this type of establishment.) Worst part was waiting for over thirty minutes just to get our check! Will not be coming back to this location.

    Food was amazing as always. Service left a lot to be desired. Tough when you pay so much for a dinner to have a service that’s so poor and the quality of a big chain restaurant. Lack of detail attentiveness and care. Really sad
