My birthday dinner was perfect
The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend.
These people need to learn how to cook a steak to a specific temperature.
Awesome Mother's Day Lunch experience! The Service, Staff, and Food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely dine at this location again.
We were out celebrating Mother’s Day a day early. This was the best decision! Our waiter, Josh provided the mothers with a complimentary dessert. Every meal was just delicious!
The service was outstanding. James catered to our every need. Steaks cooked perfectly.
Good restaurant... Hut in my opinion really to much expensive..... The lowest cost Red wine bottle is 160$....and is not trustable price...
Our server ( Lloyd) was great and attentive . The hostess staff was rude and not welcoming. Arrived at 8:10 for an 8:15 reservation and was told the table would take 5 minutes. Not an issue. I informed the gal that we would wait in the bar. 20 minutes later they still had not come and retrieved us for our table ( which would normally happen in any other Ruth’s I’ve been to). When I went back to check we were greeted as if we were just walking in . Then when I asked for our table that we had been waiting for the hostess was very abrupt and rude . Not what I typically expect from Ruth’s . However the food and the table service was great.
Some of the best food I have ever had, we had a wonderful time and would go back again if I could afford it.
I normally have a better experience at Ruth's Chris, so my expectations are high. This was my mother's birthday celebration, and the time to deliver the food was very slow. The normally perfect steak was overcooked, and the quality of waiter service seemed less than in the past. I'll certainly go back, as I think I caught them on an off night, but it was bit of a disappointment. Then after retrieving my car, I discovered that the valet had broken my car key. Not a good night.
I love Ruth Chris. Their service is always exceptional and Josh was great. Very attentive. As for the food . . It was good but not great. I had the bone in sirloin and it just lacked taste. The salmon was very good. The ambiance is nice and inviting. I do recommend it but I feel it’s over priced for what you get.
I went to Ruth's Chris for my 1st year anniversary on 5/57/18. my wife and I were dressed for an elegant evening. The food was excellent and the server, James, was outstanding. However, what ruined it for me was the man walking around in Flip Flops and Hawaiian shorts with a drink in his hand. Or maybe the man next to us at the table with shorts and tennis shoes. I felt like i was dining at applebee's, But paying 3 times the price. I have no issue with paying for good food. but i thought i was paying for the ambiance as well. I guess i was wrong.
The dinner was superb. I have no complaints. I did feel that the specialty rib eye I ordered was a bit smaller than the advertise size compared to what the table beside me had. Other than that all was well.
THE STEAK WAS WAS NOT COOKED AS ORDERED, THE SALAD WAS NOT CRISP OR COLD, THE SCALLOP POTATOES WERE NOT DONE. FOR $70.00 will not go again.
We were seated quickly because we had reservations. The food was great and the service was great!
Have dined at a number of Ruth Chris locations over the years. While the location was in no way busy on a Thursday at 6:00pm the service was extremely poor by the waiter. We asked questions about drinks that went unanswered. When served our meals, the waiter seemed clueless on who ordered what. The leftover food was requested to be doggie bagged but did not get returned until we asked for it a second time. When the check was presented the server set up the cc machine for an 18% tip and waited while it was signed. Clearly the tip was not 18% in the end. The worst Ruth Chris ever. Will not return next time in the area.
Another great experience at Ruth's Chris. They are running a Prix Fixe menu check out the options
The service was terrible from host to the server. Food was mediocre. I have experienced better.
Awesome. I will be back very soon. Food was very delicious.
My wife and I visited this establishment for my birthday dinner. I am here for work so she flew up to spend the weekend in Atlanta. First off, our bread was hard as a rock. Secondly, we were seated way in a corner of an empty room. i ordered a 16 oz. ribeye, medium and it came out crunchy and hard like cardboard. Lastly, it literally took 15 minutes to get the check once we asked for it! my bill was $149.08 and i left a 32.80 tip, only because i felt sorry for my waiter.
It was our first visit and celebrated our 29th anniversary. The Petite filet & Shrimp-the meal was perfectly cook. Services was quick and we have a wonderful view of the Centennial Olympic park in Atlanta.
It’s was superb as always. A high class experience. This location is wonderful.
Our food was amazing, some of the best steaks in town. Service was great, we really enjoyed our meal. Some of the other patrons were pretty loud but otherwise it was a lovely dinner
Luis my waiter was excellent and great sense of humor!
I was really looking forward to a pleasant experience and a good dinner before my senior prom and at a restaurant i assumed would be upscale and worth the amount of money i’d be spending on dinner. When seated however i was displeased and slightly shocked. I had made a reservation for two a week in advance and it took about five awkward minutes for the hostess to find my reservation with a disappointing attitude and a scowl as if she didn’t believe i truly had a reservation, then me and my date were beckoned over to a table that was too large for two people and was not set up as i would expect a reserved table to be (it would be another twenty minutes before our waiter would come to clear away the excess plates and silverware) near the kitchen and service line. Here, instead of enjoying and expensive and romantic ambiance, we had to struggle to talk across our large table and were forced to move out of the way of busy bussers and waiters and listen to swearing and the loudness for the kitchen directly behind us. Having worked in the restaurant industry multiple times before i understand the feeling of a busy restaurant and the things that come along with that and am usually very understanding but when i’m spending over 100$ on dinner for two and a special occasion such as prom i really expected more. On a brighter note however the food was really good and our waiter was friendly and helpful.
The steak was great but the sides seemed to have been pre-cooked. The service started out to be great but deteriorated as the tables filled. For the price, I prefer to go elsewhere. That is the last time I go there.
Friends visiting from out of town for a convention.
We were extremely disappointed with our night at Ruth’s Chris. We had many issues with waiting long times for our wine (over 30 minutes), soups not coming out, coming out wrong, over cooked steaks, no refill on waters and then when we would say something no urgency or really going out of their way. I was really surprised no manager came to say anything. We were really disappointed, especially when you spend over $800 on a meal. I don’t know if we will go back again.
They seemed unaware of our reservation. We requested a private table, away from the crowd to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated right inside the room, zero privacy, with children at the adjacent table.
The wait time was quite long. We expect a slow-paced meal, but it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 minutes after we completed our first course, which took about 30 minutes to arrive.
Our server was superior.
Great Meal as always at Ruths Chris! Steaks were cooked perfectly and server was very friendly and responsive.
Lamb chops were just ok. Steaks were great. Desserts were great. Service was slow. Very loud.
We celebrated our 31st Wedding Anniversary and I could not have asked for anything better. Trina was our server and she was outstanding! Thank you for a great memory Ruth's Chris!
We celebrated my son's 26th Birthday. Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. The manager provided my son with a tasty treat for his birthday and made things right for us. Thanks for making it a great night!!
Steak was just OK. Lobster Mac was watery. Took forever to get our food. It’s a hotel location and it felt like a hotel location. One and done experience for me.
Not the normal Ruth's Chris experience. Dirty glass, mentioned prices in introducing menu. Quality of pork chop was much less than other experiences. Desserts were well below Ruth's Chris usual performance.
Josh and Rodney were the best. They mad our first experience amazing. The food was heavenly. My husband enjoyed his birthday and we will return again
Not quite like the traditional Ruth’s Chris experience. Food was great but ambience not up to par. Dress code not enforced with many people in baseball caps and faded jeans. The tables were too close together. Not the same luxury quality experience of a Ruth s Chris. Our server however was very professional and met our needs.
Our waiter Robert was very pleasant. He responded each time we made a request. He was very pleasant and joked with my little cousins and my daughter.
We had a great meal and our service was outstanding!
My server Luke was excellent. Great food on Easter Sunday. Only downside was parking since the valet was full.
