It’s was superb as always. A high class experience. This location is wonderful.
Our food was amazing, some of the best steaks in town. Service was great, we really enjoyed our meal. Some of the other patrons were pretty loud but otherwise it was a lovely dinner
Luis my waiter was excellent and great sense of humor!
I was really looking forward to a pleasant experience and a good dinner before my senior prom and at a restaurant i assumed would be upscale and worth the amount of money i’d be spending on dinner. When seated however i was displeased and slightly shocked. I had made a reservation for two a week in advance and it took about five awkward minutes for the hostess to find my reservation with a disappointing attitude and a scowl as if she didn’t believe i truly had a reservation, then me and my date were beckoned over to a table that was too large for two people and was not set up as i would expect a reserved table to be (it would be another twenty minutes before our waiter would come to clear away the excess plates and silverware) near the kitchen and service line. Here, instead of enjoying and expensive and romantic ambiance, we had to struggle to talk across our large table and were forced to move out of the way of busy bussers and waiters and listen to swearing and the loudness for the kitchen directly behind us. Having worked in the restaurant industry multiple times before i understand the feeling of a busy restaurant and the things that come along with that and am usually very understanding but when i’m spending over 100$ on dinner for two and a special occasion such as prom i really expected more. On a brighter note however the food was really good and our waiter was friendly and helpful.
The steak was great but the sides seemed to have been pre-cooked. The service started out to be great but deteriorated as the tables filled. For the price, I prefer to go elsewhere. That is the last time I go there.
Friends visiting from out of town for a convention.
We were extremely disappointed with our night at Ruth’s Chris. We had many issues with waiting long times for our wine (over 30 minutes), soups not coming out, coming out wrong, over cooked steaks, no refill on waters and then when we would say something no urgency or really going out of their way. I was really surprised no manager came to say anything. We were really disappointed, especially when you spend over $800 on a meal. I don’t know if we will go back again.
They seemed unaware of our reservation. We requested a private table, away from the crowd to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated right inside the room, zero privacy, with children at the adjacent table.
The wait time was quite long. We expect a slow-paced meal, but it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 minutes after we completed our first course, which took about 30 minutes to arrive.
Our server was superior.
Great Meal as always at Ruths Chris! Steaks were cooked perfectly and server was very friendly and responsive.
Lamb chops were just ok. Steaks were great. Desserts were great. Service was slow. Very loud.
We celebrated our 31st Wedding Anniversary and I could not have asked for anything better. Trina was our server and she was outstanding! Thank you for a great memory Ruth's Chris!
We celebrated my son's 26th Birthday. Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. The manager provided my son with a tasty treat for his birthday and made things right for us. Thanks for making it a great night!!
Steak was just OK. Lobster Mac was watery. Took forever to get our food. It’s a hotel location and it felt like a hotel location. One and done experience for me.
Not the normal Ruth's Chris experience. Dirty glass, mentioned prices in introducing menu. Quality of pork chop was much less than other experiences. Desserts were well below Ruth's Chris usual performance.
Josh and Rodney were the best. They mad our first experience amazing. The food was heavenly. My husband enjoyed his birthday and we will return again
Not quite like the traditional Ruth’s Chris experience. Food was great but ambience not up to par. Dress code not enforced with many people in baseball caps and faded jeans. The tables were too close together. Not the same luxury quality experience of a Ruth s Chris. Our server however was very professional and met our needs.
Our waiter Robert was very pleasant. He responded each time we made a request. He was very pleasant and joked with my little cousins and my daughter.
We had a great meal and our service was outstanding!
My server Luke was excellent. Great food on Easter Sunday. Only downside was parking since the valet was full.
Took my 17yr old son to celebrate his achieving a perfect 800 score on his SAT math section. From the host to our server, everyone congratulated my son on his accomplishment. Very nice.
We started with calamari which was really tasty. For the entrees my son has the 12oz filet and au gratin potatoes, both superlative. I chose the Prix Fixe menu 6oz Filet and Lobster Tail with creamed spinach and the bananas foster dessert. It was all terrific and at $58 on the Prix Fixe, such a great value. Our server Marcel was attentive and very polite. Love Ruth's Chris!
Tina took great care of our party of 4, arriving at our table immediately after being seated. She was very attentive throughout our leisurely dining experience. The food was mostly delicious. My only complaint was there was too much black pepper on my petit filet with blue cheese crust. A note to self to request that the chef minimize pepper. The evening was most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Wanted to take some employees to someplace nice that would convey the appreciation we feel for them. This gave them the special evening and meal they deserved. Thanks for helping to show them how special they are.
The whole experience was amazing but our server Luis really made it the best.
When we arrived at our reserved time three ladies were standing at the hostess table. No one spoke when we walked up, they just stared at me and waited for me to begin speaking. I paused and then said my name, number in the party and reservation time. When I said 6:30, one of the ladies said, "you mean 6:15?", I stated no and showed my phone which had 6:30 as my confirmed time. She looked at me and said, "your phone is incorrect, but she will take you to your table." The attitude was not needed or appreciated. None of the ladies ever smiled or greeted anyone else with a pleasant attitude. They all acted as if working there was an inconvenience. Our waiter was phenomenal, personable and very knowledgeable. He catered to our every request and went above and beyond. The food was ok, but nothing spectacular. For the price, I really expected to be blown away. The restaurant was lovely and the table was accommodating. My guest and I had a nice meal and great conversation. For the price and the front door attitude, I probably won't go back.
Great meal and service. Consistent with the Ruth Chris Brand
Waiter was very cordial, sides were tasty, but the part you go for, MEAT, was bad. Husband's filet was filled with fat and gristle and tough to eat--a poorly cut filet. My Grouper tasted like lighter fluid (too close to the grill?), had to send it back. Two of the worst entrees we have ever had anywhere, definitely not worth the $150 tab. Bill is paid at the table with the waiter hovering over to help, which makes tipping very awkward. Mentioned this to the manager, who said they've had the payment problem for over a year and don't know what else to do. Really? Have never been to a Ruth's Chris but always heard rave reviews. Our first visit is now our last.
Too loud, but excellent food
I have been having business dinners there for years. There were 5 of us which seems simple. I ordered appetizers 20 minutes later they told me that 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were no longer available. I ordered main courses and again was told 20 minutes that the steak I ordered was not available either. I ordered a filet medium rare which should be easy for them I got a raw steak that they took back when they brought the new one it was cut in the middle and my whole plate was full of blood not to even mention that I waited while everyone was eating because I insisted that they did so they don’t eat cold food. Absolutely not acceptable!
Ok I get it’s a chain of a higher end restaurant. I would not recommend going to Ruth Chris. First off the 500 degree plate that is the dumbest gimmick ive ever seen. Every bite you take your taking your life in your hand. Top of food is normal eating temp, bottom that was touching the plate forget about it, I’ve literally got blisters in my mouth from first few bites until I literally had to learn to re-eat at this restaurant. Next our waiter, for what we paid I expect top level service(287.00 two people, only 1 drink) This guy although pleasant was not in the caliber expected. Applebee’s has better servers. He was unkempt and his apron was absolutely filthy. Food for what it was was fine. It wasn’t great it wasn’t bad. It was ok. Not $300 great by any means. If I could recommend go to the palm. Food is better, service is better and they don’t rely on gimmicks to make you think it’s a high end restaurant. I will probably never goto Ruth Chris again.
Great food and fantastic service!
As always; the food was amazing and service impeccable! You can’t go wrong with this place !
Steak was tough, scalloped potatoes were not done, and I ordered a Caprese Salad and was told they were out. Then waiter came out with a few tiny bits of chopped up Mozzarella on the plate. I'm assuming they used the end cuts of the mozzarella. Totally unacceptable! Very disappointed with our meal. Normally any visit would be a 10. This visit gets a 2!
I thought the steak was sub-par. The ambience and service was great but both of us agreed that the steak wasn’t anything spectacular.
Good service, great food and always top class ambiance. Great wine selection and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Great job!
The service was exceptional....Our server was professional, personable, and very attentive...
It was perfect!
As always the food was great. Very busy evening and the service was s l o w.
Way overpriced for the quality of steak they serve
Group dinner in a private room. Service team was understaffed. Food was consistently lukewarm, steak undercooked. Not in line with expectations of
This restaurant is a great place for an evening out. I had the filet and shrimp and it was really good. The steak could have had more flavor, but it was nicely cooked.
