Service was slow.
This was my first visit. I took my honey here to celebrate his birthday. The food was great. The service was excellent. Definitely what you would expect for the price. It is pricey, but it was worth it. I had salmon, Brussels sprouts and lobster mac and cheese. My guy had a steak as large as his plate, and a huge baked potato. The sides were big enough for us to share. I was so glad that more money didn't equal tiny food. We had plenty. It's not somewhere I could afford to eat on a regular basis. But, when I'm feeling extra special and want to treat myself I could definitely go back.
Awesome. Would definitely dine here again! A lot of people not in “business attire” but still great.
Note I did not eat here, the reservation was for my wife, daughter and her friends who were in town for the weekend and staying at the connected hotel. She said it wasn't what she's come to expect from a Ruth Chris. She likes her steak medium, it came to her well done. She said she didn't bother to send it back because she didn't have confidence they could re-execute correctly. My daughter's steak was a little over done as well. Starters were good. She said it felt more like a Ruth Chris ' "oupost" and didn't have the look and feel of a traditional Ruth Chris. When the bill came, they were splitting it (not itemized, as that can be a pain). The waitstaff processed the payment at the table which she said was awkward. Bottom line this Ruth Chris' did not meet expectations.
Excellent service! We were seated right on time during a busy cheer weekend in downtown.
Great experience but crunched down on a shell in the lobster macaroni and cheese.
Valentine’s Day dinner
Great food and service. The food was prepared perfect...melt in your mouth steaks.
Our waiter was very entertaining and classy. Would definitely go back.
Food. Excellent. Patron beside us took to singing along with overhead music occasionally. Service was good not excellent. The seating was so low. Someone needs to access the outdated seating which is too low for some older patrons.
I posted yesterday to say how disappointed I was with my lunch at Ruth Chris Steak House at Centennial Park. We had made reservations for lunch on Valentine's Day after touring the College Football Hall of Fame on Open Table. I had planned the day. Tour for my husband, nice lunch for me. I studied the lunch menu and had made my selections. When seated and presented the menu, I asked the waiter was this the menu on line and he assured me it was. After looking again at the menu, I asked the waiter for the lunch menu, he said because it was Valentine's DAy they were only serving dinner. My husband said no worries, so we selected our choices. I ordered the small filet. It was so tough that I had difficulty cutting it not to mention trying to chew it. I reported this to the waiter and he brought me a new one. The next one was better but not tender like a filet should be. Of all the choices of places to have steak in Atlanta, I will not choose this one again. Very disappointed. Also, I never saw that this was going to be a special menu because it was Valentine''s Day anywhere online or when I called to confirm our reservation. There was no decorations or amenities to even hint that this was an occasion in the restaurant. Won't eat here again!!!
I’m very disappointed my lamb was under cooked. I asked for it to be cooked well done they took it back and recooked the same meat. It was very greesy and no taste or flavor. I called back and spoke to the General manager he only apologized but didn’t offer nothing to my $120.00 spent. I’m very disappointed the Buckhead is nothing like this. I love Buckhead
They have some of the best steaks in Atlanta Georgia! Also great service!
The hostess was personable. The seating was fine. The waiter was ok could have been more attentive . My bill was $20 more than it should have been but I didn’t make a deal out of it. I thought I ordered one thing and it was something else. The manager or person in charge did stop and ask us if we were doing ok. We were celebrating my daughters 28th bday. Over all it was a good experience and the dinner was delicious.
The food was good, not exceptional like some other locations. The dress code appeared to be much more relaxed as several patrons were in jeans and sneakers.
We also had to go through hordes of people enjoying free appetizers in the hotel lobby.
I am not sure we will visit this location again.
