Ruth's Chris Steak House - Centennial Park Ratings and Reviews
We arrived, no host or hostess, walked thru area with trash on the floor, didn't have wait service for some time. Mashed potatoes were terrible, brussel sprouts overdone. Steak was fine, a little too greasy maybe. But kicker was we paid for dessert and they offered to bring one for everyone at the table. 20 minutes of waiting later, never got it. Left having paid for it but never received it. Just a bad experience.
Food and service from the waiter was great. Was not aware that this location had a parking policy that once the hotel valet was full then they can turn you down. So I had to pay $20 to park in some gravel parking lot and walk in the rain. So I ask the hostess about the parking situation and all they kept saying was that the restaurant and the hotel have different owners. Who cares? My point was if I would’ve know that I would’ve went to a different location.
Hostess not warm/friendly at all. Chop Salad was weathered, not fresh. Salmon very dry and not seasoned well. The menu is subpar compared to other Ruth Chris restaurants. The worst overall experience I've had at a Ruth Chris ever. I dine at the locations in Ca & MD frequently.
My wife and I were in town to see the eagles. It was also our honeymoon. We had never been to Ruth's Chris before but had heard it was very nice. The waitress named Elizabeth was very nice and helpful. We had drinks prior to our dinner and they were good. I ordered a margarita and it was very good and when I ordered a second one it was totally different in taste and size. When it came to dinner, we both ordered a 6oz filet and lobster tail. We both ordered medium rare steaks. Our steaks were medium at best, hardly pink on the inside. Due to having a tight schedule I did not complain at the restaurant. Just not what we expected from what others told us about their experience.
I have eaten at Ruth’s Chris at least 50 times and this was by far the worst experience. The steak was not good and the service was awful. The waiter literally brought a portable card scanner to our table as we were eating dessert. This was a business meeting and we were all paying separately. The waiter was literally going to stand at our table while each of us paid while trying to eat dessert. I had to tell him to come back after we were done. Rude behavior for a top end steakhouse.
Excellent restaurant! Food was spectacular! Prime steaks cooked perfectly! Service was over the top! Our server was Milan and he was fabulous. Manager Trae was at every table checking on customers and very attentive! Will go back again and again! Loved it and can’t say enough!
We celebrated my mother's birthday with a quiet evening, good food and elegant ambiance. She was impressed with the delectable food choices and courteous staff. Her birthday celebration was heralded by every staff member that served us. Thank you Ruth Chris for making this a momentous occasion. We wholeheartedly recommend the establishment without any hesitation.
The steak tasted old, smelled, and was unfit to eat. My side was cold. The server did not refill our drinks or speak to us from when we ordered until the food was delivered. It took one hour to get our entrees. The server did my offer my desert which was included in my meal and I did not receive the course nor credit. I ate three bites of a ribeye, and the server did not inquire why. Worst dining experience every at RC’s.
While the food was above average, the service was terrible. We waited almost 20 minutes in between our entrée and dessert without being offered coffee or being at knowledged all. This meal took almost 2 hours because the timing was so bad in between courses we waited and waited and waited
Great place to "tailgate" before or after events at the new Mercedes Benz dome or Phillips Arena. Food and service are great, come down early, enjoy great meal and beverage and great bar scene, then go to game or concert, come back after and cool heels until traffic dissipates. Also great for entertaining friends or clients before or after an event.
