   The service was great! However, the food was not. The sides were lukewarm…….and my steak was ordered as medium……but it came back well done. Was not happy with that.

   We have been to this location three times prior . This time was just ok. From the beginning of waiting in the valet line in front of the embassy suites hotel for 15 minutes to get to the front of the line . Then the valet to say that the lot is full and that we have to park somewhere else and then walk away. There customer service was terrible with no sense of urgency to get other customers who are not saying at the hotel . We had to tell them to move the other cars because we had a reservation at the restaurant. There was four attendees working they could have been at the road or had a sign that said the lot was full. The food was ok this time I will admit that the other times before it was much better .

   Service was good food was horrible I had Lamb chops and they were very fatty. My mom and sister had salmon to which there was no taste. And we knew that the mash potatoes were instant the presentation did not represent the cost.

   This was my first time visiting the downtown location. As always, Ruth Chris is excellent when it comes to its food quality, Presentation, and ambient service. However, the waiter was not as attentive to detail at this location as I am used to at the Buckhead (Lenox) location, hence is the reason I only gave this 4 stars this time. The waiter was still nice and courteous and gave my Mom a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day.

   Went for the Ruth Chris experience and my daughters salmon was cold my steak was burnt (manager agreed) and broccoli was just tossed onto a side plate. Erik our waiter was really good. The manager did try to make it right and that was the best that came if the experience🙁

    I ordered the T-bone steak , iceberg lettuce wedge and the cream spinach. The steak was very good as was the lettuce wedge. As for the creamed spinach , well I could not eat it , it had way too much salt in it so it was a waste of my money. Half way thru the meal I asked about the bread option since we didn’t receive any and she said the essay was not there and he was the person that brought or took care of the bread. This seems kinda ridiculous that the waitress couldn’t have just brought it. After I questioned her about it she offered to but at that point the meal was half over. I did love how the waitress did not bother us every 5 minutes to ask how everything was, instead she did what I think every waiter should do and just walk by the table and look up at you as a way of checking to see if you needed anything ! Overall it was very enjoyable experience except for the bread issue and the VERY salty spinach .

    Our waiter Kenneth was nice and attentive. We loved our drinks from the bar. We also had the 11 oz & 16 oz steak with shrimp meal. We only got 3 shrimps and our steaks were dry. It was a very disappointing date that was expensive for no reason.

    On our very rare date night. We saved up and were very excited to try Ruth Chris for the first time. I do not write reviews but I am very let down on this experience. The large tomahawk steak was way under cooked and did not come out with the plates full of butter that they are know for. The apps were room temp on the raviolis and sides were sitting under a hat lamp way to long I guess. Took 25 minutes to get drinks and 25 minutes between drinks. They did not even have martini glasses. 45 minutes for the food to come out. For the money we spent and the experience we had. I am speechless and very let down. If I ever consider giving Ruth Chris a second change it will never be this location.

    The food …. Omg I wouldnt recommend this location. Im not sure who the chef was on 05/06/22 but the food was NOT good. My wifes and steak (Ribeye & T-Bone) was charred and burnt when we both asked for medium. The taste of charred wouldnt leave out mouths. The mac and cheese was very cold like it had been on display. We had to send 2/3s of our meal back due to lack if taste and temperature. I wasted so much money here, only thing that actually tasted good was the asparagus. Place is way over priced!!! I couldve gotten a better tasting meal at a less expensive franchise. I paid to have a good time and eat good food and thats is nowhere near what I experienced. I even had to send my drink back due to it being too diluted with soda and ice. I NEVER complain especially in a review but this one needs to be heard. Complete waste of money and still left hungry after paying 184 dollars for 2 people. Servers were good, friendly and efficient but the food … below sub par….truth be told

    I went with my boyfriend and he was disappointed about the amount of options we had in the menu he got the Parmesan crusted sea bass and I got the stuffed chicken breast the food was fantastic we also got two appetizers stuff mushrooms and crabs cakes both were also good my boyfriend decided to order the potatoes covered in cheese and they were a disappointment besides that the service was pretty good just a little slow but overall I had an amazing time I definitely recommend! P.s it is a little pricey but it’s definitely worth it

    The steaks were delicious, but the rest of the meal was not great. Lobster and sides were cold. They were out of butter and sour cream for baked potatoes and didn’t tell us until they brought out the potato. The dessert that came with the prix fixe meal was flavorless. Too many other options in town and too expensive for subpar food.

    The location was under staffed for their business. Glenn, the waiter was performing great considering the # of tables he had to deal with. The Steaks were undercooked and the sides were overcooked with minimal flavor. Our Meal was a bit disappointing ( Not a Ruth's Chris experience). I understand the difficulties that have been created from this Pandemic and I admire all that are working to make things happen. I just hope that this restaurant can work thru their issues to bring back their previous reputation... I really love this location

    Server had no idea what they were doing. We had our salads before our drinks even though we ordered the drinks and waited. It was almost 30 minutes until we were served drinks after I reminded them multiple times. Ended up saving us money because we were only able to get 1 round. Steak was good as always but was kinda ruined by the rest of the experience

    My wife and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary and unfortunately selected Ruth Chris at Centennial Park in Atlanta to celebrate🤨 I don’t understand how this restaurant has not received more poor ratings because every aspect of the restaurant was substandard. Service was slow and discourteous and the food was well below the quality I have experienced at other Ruth Chris restaurants in New Orleans, Columbus and San Antonio

    We had an amazing time at Ruth Chris. Our waiter, Jay, was so great! He gave us great recommendations along with providing top tier service. The food and drinks were amazing!!! It was my boyfriend’s first time there and he really enjoyed it.

    Food is consistent with the brand but service is lifeless, felt like we were barely visible. Sat at the bar for twenty minutes and then got a glass of water and then another ten to be spoken to - not rude necessarily just unconcerned with the presence of customers

    Perfect dining experience! Erik was amazing! The last page portion of 6oz and a lobster tail were perfect portions! Just an incredibly easy nice experience.

    So underwhelming. Unfortunately this experience was complete trash. You know something is wrong when the calamari is the only thing that stands out. Lobster Mac was $24 worth of a waste of time. Tasted like microwaveable freezer Mac. Au Gratin potatoes were cheesy cardboard. My partners t bone was overdone and dry. My cowboy ribeye was overdone which I returned. The 2nd one I received was cooked better but still not a consistent Medium Rare. Service was mediocre. First and last time at Ruth’s Chris.

    The staff was amazing. I went with my three young daughters and the staff displayed unbelievable service and made recommendations so good that my girls were on their best behavior. I definitely had one of my best experiences.

    We, unfortunately, caught this location on a VERY busy Monday night and dinner was painfully slow. Additionally, this location was not easy to access. The main entrance is inside a hotel which had all of it's exterior doors locked.
