This was our first time Ruth’s Chris and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and our waiter was great! I will definitely be back!
The lobster tail was overcooked, my friend’s steak was undercooked and when it was sent back and brought back out it was crispy. We were sat right in front of a area where the servers checked out so there was a lot of back and fourth and the second round of drinks took 30 mins. The checks was $200, I still left a $30 cash tip even with it not being the best experience. Will not return.

The reason why I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars is because the steak was good and our waiter was really nice! I’ve been to Ruth Chris in other cities and it was amazing. This is the first time I’ve been to the one in ATL and it was horrible! I’m from Philadelphia and I’ve never experienced this type of service before at a high end restaurant ever. It took 30 mins to take our order, took 48 mins to get our first drink. The bartender was never working to where as though our server had to fix our drinks for us to at least try to make our experience nice a little. This was ridiculous and I will never attend that Ruth Chris in ATL ever again!
Nice ambience. Embassy Suites Hotel looks like nice place to stay. My steak was late coming out. Checked in at 6:30, didn’t get my steak until 8 pm. Disappointed! But the food was very good once I received it. Service SUPERB!

We had 5:30 reservations, we were seated, and then no one came to our table. We waited 40 min trying to get the waiter’s attention. We wasted money valet parking and left hungry. No apology from the manager that was standing at the front. I won’t visit this location again.

Waitress was wearing a mask and was soft spoken. I could not hear her and told her. She continued to speak with the same voice level and seemed irritated at my comment. Food was great but slow To get a check.
I love Ruth's Chris. The steaks are so good and the service is great. I was disappointed on this visit however because they were out of potatoes au gratin. How the heck can you be out of a signature dish by 6:00 in the evening? Whose job is it to check inventory? Everything else was great, as usual, but it really wrecked my mood to have been waiting for this for so many months and then be disappointed. I think I will call from now on.
As we walked in, we noticed the bar area was packed! Not a seat or a table to be found - in fairness, it's first come, first served and it was a busy Sunday over Labor Day weekend (lots happening in downtown ATL).
We arrived right on time for our reservation and after checking in with the hostess, were seated promptly in the dining room with a view of the kitchen. It was much quieter and more intimate there.
Myah was our server and she was wonderful. Very attentive. My boyfriend and I split a wedge salad to begin then opted to share a large filet, lobster tail, spicy shrimp, and brussels sprouts. The filet was cooked perfectly. Our cocktails and dinner were delicious. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Steaks are cooked in lots of butter, but are delicious and crisp. All sides are family-style. Wait staff is calm and friendly.
Outside of the 3 people at the table not far from us that were loud, everything else was AMAZING. It was my first time at Ruth Chris, but a birthday surprise for a friend we both enjoyed it immensely.

Not what I was expecting compared to the peachtree location. I ate at Ruth Chris for the first time in January at the peachtree location and it left me craving more Ruth Chris. But this location definitely not the same. Service was great. But the food 🥴🥴

Been a customer since 1999. We normally dine at the Buckhead location but Centennial Park is convenient. This was my first bad experience ever. We had a reservation but one member of my party didn't quite meet dress code. The host nor manager were friendly or welcoming. Instead of gently letting us know that although we had a reservation, we would have to dine at the bar, the host just lead us to the bar said your not in dress code and walked off. The bar seating area was filthy, dishes all on the counter tops and table tops, disposable white napkins and trash on the floor. Stayed there 2 hours no one ever swept the trash up. Ketchup or Cocktail sauce splatter on the walls next to our table and it was dry so it had been there a minute. Our food was definitely rushed out. The crab cakes were cold on the top and slightly warm in the middle. No lemon for the shrimp cocktail. The server never brought our drinks just water we had to flag her down to get our drinks. Our salads had so much lettuce and drenched in globs of dressing it was disgusting! The lettuce was falling off the plate and saturated from so much dressing. Server not attentive. The food runner act like she was over working when she brought our food. First she brought us someone else's food. Heck she slammed it in front of me. Heck I breathed over the salmon while telling her that's not what we ordered. She was irritated when she realized it was for the bar table behind us. We never saw the manager on the floor. We had to flag the server down for the check. The Hostess didn't bother to thank us or say goodnight as we left. She just looked us up and down and looked back at her monitor. We spent $280 and all we asked for is great customer service and great food. We learned our lesson, we will stick to eating in Buckhead were they have more class! Girls with booty shorts and see through dresses with thongs on in the dining area but they had an issue with my husband attire.
Everything was phenomenal. Our steaks were cooked exactly the way we wanted them. The desserts were amazing too.
The ambience has improved significantly since my last visit about three years ago. The food is excellent and the staff are very good at what they do. Definitely will visit again when in the area.
1) Server had a bad attitude and it was obvious she didn't want to be there. It would be a stretch to say she say 10 words in the 2.5 hours we were there.
2) Food took way too long to arrive, especially considering the dining room was nearly empty.
3) Wine pour was not as advertised (we ordered a larger size pour but it was closer to the lower price pour).
4) Very expensive rib eye was over cooked.
The food was just okay compared to previous experiences. Steak was not prepared the way it was requested. Waiter was just okay.
This is the only location where I seem to eat. There is no reason, it just happens. Every visit has been excellent which is why I keep going back. There is not a bad dish on the menu. The service has always been impeccable. This is my standing fine dining experience.
The meal took over 3 hours. Service was poor, Abd the restaurant was understaffed. I would never go back to this restaurant.
