Great food and service. Beautiful and convenient location near all hotels
The waitress took forever (30 mins) to box and take our check. The table in front of us had on track and Running outfits which did not follow proper attire. They were on their phone, loud and not told anything by waiters.
Service was very slow ..waited over 30 minutes for food .The appetizer that i ordered came out with my entree
The service was great. The manager was very accommodating and our waitress and other staff were polite helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding delicious and appealing. My salmon was cooked perfectly. Our margaritas and sweet potatoe casserole were great as well. Thank you for this great experience it was my first time at your establishment I would definitely recommend and I’ll be returning soon in Atlanta and here in Michigan.
We've been to many Ruth's Cris Steak Houses before and always had a great experience. This particular location was inside of an Embassy Suites, which isn't a bad thing, but definitely wasn't the same high-end experience we were expecting compared to other locations. Our food was so-so my brother and mom both ordered the T Bone and while my brother's was good, my mom's was TERRIBLE. It was sour to the point we think it might have been a bad steak. She also wasn't feeling well throughout the night, so likely bad. Not what you expect for "choice" meat. For over $60 per plate, we expected much, much better.
Our first time dining at Ruth’s Chris. Wow I didn’t know steak could be that good! Can’t wait to go back.
Celebrated our 25 year anniversary.
Our server, Sara, was awesome. Attentive, yet did not interfere with our dinner. Assistant manager stopped by and he congratulated us for our anniversary. Food was fresh, hot and steaks cooked perfectly.
My wife’s lobster tail was tender.
My wife and I went to this steakhouse on a long weekend trip. We do commend the waitress for trying to make things right, but the kitchen/bar needs some work.
First, I ordered one of their make your own old fashioneds. I drink these at nearly every restaurant I go to and while the quality varies, they are usually drinkable. This was not. It was a glass of rye whiskey with a dash of simple syrup and a cherry and orange peel tossed in. I only drank half and is the worst I have ever had.
My wife ordered a steak well done and it came out medium/well with quite a bit of red. I would think a world famous steakhouse would know how to cook a steak. In addition her béarnaise sauce never came out.
Normally I wouldn’t care so much but our meal was $275 and for that price I expected so much more. We’ve had places that can cook a steak properly for a third of the price.
Again the waitress made everything right but overall if you want a good steak at a nice steakhouse try Morton’s. I go there for business meetings all the time and the atmosphere, food, and service is far superior.
Great service, wonderfully sung birthday wishes from our waiter Ron. Food and drinks were delicious and served quickly.
Everything for us was great but I would like to acknowledge the level of intent to maintain a certain dress code which my husband and myself did honor considering the additional notification with confirmation of arriving, although once arriving, there were many in attire completely opposite of what is expressed including the sign on the counter at the entrance. I feel to maintain the class level of this establishment, the dress code should be enforced and across the board. I feel to have a dress code but not enforcing it, it may not be taken very seriously. It was my first time and my husbands birthday and also his favorite restaurant but we were both aback. We otherwise had a great time with great service and food and would definitely revisit and recommend this establishment with adding the laxity in the dress code. Thanks for making it a very memorable evening.
Great Service. Our waitress, Sara, was excellent. The food was wonderful. The experience was superb!
Service was not to a level it has been in the past. Now the server was new, but did expect a little better and the timing on the food from kitchen was off.
Started off with not having any valet spots and haveing to spend $25 to park accross the street. Would have been nice to have valet service put out a sign on their parking sign.age saying lot was full. Set the tone for what was supposed to be an anniversary dinner.
Not typical to have a server say that others did not like a particular item, or that they sent it back either.
Don’t think I will be back again.
Steaks were over cooked & had to be taken back. Would not recommend for that reason but service & other menu items were good.
Yes!!! We had the best time and the best food! Desiree was our waitress and we couldn't have received a better waitress if we hand picked her ourselves. She was always there when we needed something and she also let us enjoy our meal. She was AWESOME!!!!
Our waiter, Ron, was so awesome! If you go, tell them you want him!
Ron our waiter was great !! Ford was excellent! Highly recommended!!!
Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Delicious cuisine .Great atmosphere
The food was SUPERB!! We will be back again. The waitress was sooo kind a pleasant!
Don’t get a well done steak. It will come out burnt. The service was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone was very attentive and they did an awesome job helping me celebrate my birthday.
I ordered the filet mignon, medium and received it well done. After waiting over 45 minutes for our order to arrive, I was very hungry and disappointed. I did not eat the steak and it was removed from my bill.
Food I am sorry that I don’t remember out waiters name because he was outstanding.
Our server name Dexter was super great. the food and drinks was away.
Food was good, service was terrible. Asking to have white wine put in the ice bucket and was yell back from server " Don't be respecting me"
This should be a one star restaurant, very disappointed with this dining experience.
Check Yelp, this restuarant have same service problem over and over. It's not been resolved, the best way is not to dine there.
I went to try the lamb chops and they were amazing as suspected. I was eager to try something new and satisfied with my theory.
I honestly hate to give poor reviews however, we came in to celebrate my daughters 24th birthday with a group of her friends. I wanted this to be a pleasant 5 star experience, which one would expect at Ruth Chris. Our server, Dexter, seemed extremely disinterested in our party. He did not check on us to ensure our food was correct, did not ask if we wanted additional drinks. He was not pleasant in the interactions we did have with him. We made the best of it but he definitely put a damper on our celebration.
The waiter in his black jeans was under qualified to ask if you'd like to supersize those fries. He appeared to be hired right out of the hood and the GM thinks its a training issue indicating that she is probably a poor judge of character. This kid just doesn't have it. Just one issue after another. One a side issue, the creamed spinach was soup!
I have eaten at Ruth Chris since 1980 all over the country. It is a go to for nights that I want to be special. I even ate there one Thanksgiving. Avoid this location at all costs. Don't run the risk of being that disappointed. Try Buckhead.
Our waitress Meghan was awesome
The food was very good. My steak was too done but edible. Disappointed that no acknowledgement was made about our anniversary although I mentioned it on the reservation. We were seated next to a large group with children (we like children- just not beside us for a special dinner) Overall experience was ok..not special like we anticipated.
Expected a nice dinner. Environment was extremely casual. No dress code was followed at all from others. The restaurant was not full, but we were made to wait for a table - with reservations. Multiple other items that were completely unpleasant. Will not be back. Horrible experience.
I went for my lady birthday and she loved it....we will be back
Celebrating 1 month wedding anniversary, best steaks around.
No host/hostess to greet us; front door hard to locate; waiter took a very long time to come to the table
The food was amazing and the service was great.
Daughter home on leave from the Marines.
I dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House at Centennial Park on the 4th of July. First, I'd like to say that I received excellent service by the very accommodating staff at both the bar and in the dining room. Five stars for service. My issue is that Ruth's Chris is extraordinarily expensive, and for that, I expect extraordinary quality in the food. That was just not the case with my meal. I ordered the Ceasar Salad which had good flavor but was fairly drenched in dressing and two of the three little cherry tomato halves that garnished the plate had brown rot bruises on them rendering them inedible. For the main course, I had the petite filet with shrimp. It was two medallions of filet with a few pieces of undercooked shrimp on a very small 500-degree plate. The presentation was a bit underwhelming. The shrimp did finish cooking on the hot plate and were tasty. The steak was prepared perfectly medium rare. However, I question the quality of the meat, which at first cut, I ran into a long thread of silverskin. I did not complain to my server or management as I was anxious to get into the park for the fireworks display and just didn't feel like going through the hassle. With tip, my meal came to $77.00. That's without alcohol or appetizer. Just the salad and the main course. That's quite a steep price for a rather average corporate kitchen prepared meal. Again, just very underwhelming. With so many fantastic restaurants, including those known as steak houses, in Atlanta, I would not choose to dine there again.
We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. Our waitress had our table decorated with small Anniversary
Our overall experience at the restaurant was great. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was sizzling hot and cooked perfectly. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to eat a very good meal.
I wouldn't mess take medium in it came out well done. They gave me a free dessert but I was already doing the prefix so I was getting dessert
for 100.00 I would recommend but but 200 which was our tab.
And are server Tyrell was awesome great customer service
