   We usually go here before concerts and it’s a great experience. It was good this time too but the reception and seating for a reservation was slightly perturbing. Maybe it’s me, but when you have a reservation and you still have to wait 10 minutes when the restaurant is not even that full or busy. Idk. The filets were under cooked this evening for some reason. I got mine med rare and it was more rare. My date got hers med and was med rare. They were still delicious and I would rather it be under cooked vs over cooked. Other than that our server Kimberly was awesome!!!. The team assisting her was not though. We both asked for water and never got it until after our other drinks arrived and a second time. When served our au gratin, we asked for a spoon to scoop and serve vs our forks to the young man and he just never came back. It’s the little things you know.

   The main issue is getting inside because you have to Buzz INN. Saturday at 7:44 there's a Caucasian lady at the hotel desk, I Buzz and we wait, now there's only one guy she Dealing With, So I Buzz Again And Get Nothing. I tell my Family let's walk around and you still have to Buzz Inn but it be people in and out on the side of building so that's how we get Inn. This Lady Need To Find Another Job.

   Paris greeted us as we entered the restaurant. She was very friendly and took us immediately to our table. Our waiter, JP, did a fantastic job! He took our orders and double checked to make sure that it was correct. The food arrived quickly. We both had the harvest salad and it was delicious! I had the crab cakes and my husband enjoyed a ribeye. The crab cakes may have been the best I’ve ever eaten! Baked potato and garlic mashed potatoes were very good. JP checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Our water was refilled without us having to ask. Overall it was a great dining experience!

   Ruth’s Chris steaks are always top notch, same here. Some of the other food fell short of what we are used to at other Ruth’s Chris locations, especially give the premium prices. We’ve had much better $150 per person meals (including alcohol and dessert). Our hometown Chattanooga location beats this Atlanta venue in both food quality and service.

    Phenomenal dining experience. Sequoia was a spectacular server. Everything we ordered came out perfect. We definitely recommend eating here and would return if visiting the area. We had the chopped salad, harvest salad, 11ounce filet, sea bass, béarnaise in the restaurant and chocolate mouse pie and berries and cream to go.
