    Our steaks were excellent and cocktails from the bar as well. Unfortunately our service experience was poor. I ordered a bottle of wine and the staff could not find it. After 10 minutes, I ordered a different bottle they could not find that one either - finally I offered a third bottle and told the server I saw it in the case so I know they have it. 5-10 minutes later the bottle arrived slightly warm. I overheard the manager say to another staff member "I cant help you right now, I am stuck at this table." (I am a really patient person - were kind to manager and server even though we had now been waiting for 30+ minutes at this point - so this is not a Karen's review.) We then ordered our and service from there was adequate. If you're in the embassy suites late and need a good meal - I recommend but if you time go to another restaurant in the area.

    Fantastic meal! Seafood gumbo was really tasty, and the steak and shrimp were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. There were some annoying flies in the dining room, but the staff did what they could to mitigate the issue. I look forward to my next visit.

    Shawna was exceptionally attentive and personable. Both entrees were cooked to perfection ( 6 oz filet and lamb chops). Dessert was delightful ( cheesecake and chocolate mousse). Excellent experience!

    My only complaint which made everything else subpar was that there were so many flies that were flying around as we were trying to enjoy our dinner.

    I’ve have eaten at many different Ruth’s Chris locations across the country and this one would rank last and leaves much to be desired. The ambiance is just not there for a high end steakhouse. You feel like you are eating in a hotel lobby since you can see the lobby from your table. Our table was wobbly to the point that I thought our waters were going to spill. The food was good and wait staff was friendly. This is also the first time I’ve had my coke refilled with a can. This is not something I’d expect for the price and style of establishment. That is what I’d expect from a mom and pop pizza place. Overall, I would not return or recommend this location.

    The experience was disappointing—flies, gnats, and dirty dishes piled up with no table clearing. Staff asked how we were while the server hovered nearby, making honest feedback awkward. We won’t be back.
