Will not return for some time. Was our first visit.
The food was outstanding and the server Mark was top notch
Our server Frank was excellent. Also the manager was very accommodating. Food was excellent #asperusual. :-)
But please note hotel is under construction and restaurant needs updating.
Food was not cooked to order, all the food did not come out together, had to ask for a refill 3 times. The manager never addressed the issue, just chatted with personal friends for 15 minutes at their table about a football game.
It was a great experience, it was our anniversary and they treated us like royalty. Our server Dan was the best he made sure we had everything nice and hot and also may great recommendations. The value for what we get was excellent.
Dinner was great and good service. Tv was a plus. Husband loves to watch game. We will go again.
Food and service were what one would expect. the restaurant itself needs - dramatically needs an update!. NEEDS, new carpets, some new tables and chairs, etc.
The food here is good as was the service - unfortunately this location is under construction- so it is kind of a mess- bathrooms are up a floor and in a hotel room- workable but odd- for the price, I would wait til then construction zone is finished!
Entire staff was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Remarkable steaks! Comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!
This restaurant is very good, but the place needs a major update.
I would definitely not recommend.
The restaurant was under construction but the food was still great!
Extremely good service from Tristen, he was very attentive without being overbearing. The barbecue shrimp was amazing and the House salad was refreshing. My husbands ribeye steak was not to the standard of Ruth Chris from previous visits. The manager was very receptive to the feedback and handled the situation. We are regulars to Ruth Chris and will continue to return.
It would have been nice to have been informed in advance that the hotel is undergoing significant renovations. Leaving the restaurant and going up two floors just to use a restroom is not ideal.
Due to construction there were gnats flying around our table the whole time. Everything else about the restaurant was amazing (service, food, etc.). I’m sure once construction is complete the gnats will go away.
Food is good not exceptional. Steak was good, but a bit dry, need some sauces. Shoestring fries were very lacking. Cheesecake is not NY style it is inside of a huge graham cracker crust circle. Ceasar salad was very good. The location is very difficult to deal with as the valet outside the hotel is cramped and busy. The interior of restaurant is very dated and hopefully will be renovated along with rest of hotel it’s in.
Great place to celebrate an anniversar.
Great place to celebrate an anniversar.
Absolutely marvelous service.... the food was outstanding and Taylor service matched!!
Celebrating granddaughter’s 21st Birthday.
The worst food I have had in my life. The Ribeye as suggested by the server was going to be soft, it was full of fat nothing else.
The overall experience was good. I had the T-bone steak and the taste was nice. The only thing I hope is that the plate for the steak should be bigger or a circular shape. The oval-shaped plate made me uncomfortable to cut the T-bone steak while changing the direction of the steak. Since the temperature of the plate was hot to preserve that of the steak, I couldn't shift the plate itself. Thus, I hope that the plate would get bigger or a circular shape. Except for that, I was really satisfied with their service and the dish. Especially, the waiter was so kind and gentle. He made our experience of this steakhouse memorable.
Anniversary dinner. Service was excellent. Our waiter had great knowledge of the menu and the food was excellent!
This was a great experience however me and my wife got stuck in the elevator at the Embassy Hotel. Nobody from the Embassy Hotel greeted us after the fire department rescued us from the elevator. We were stuck in the elevator for about 50 minutes. Compress the help button in the elevator and got put on hold. Dialing nine-one-one was our only option. We were somebody from the hotel or Ruth Chris would have greeted us after we were stuck in the elevator.
Remodeling going on, lots of setup traffic through the dining area. Staff and food were great.
Overall truly great experience. First time to Ruth Vhris and I was extremely satisfied across the board with food, timeliness and service. Construction wasn't most ideal but minor knock on a pretty great night to celebrate the wife's bday. Would attend again!!!
Service and food were superb!
Shevy was awesome!
The decor was absolutely awful. The restaurant is run down and needs a total renovation. Not worth the $300 we spent.
This was the best Ruth Chris restaurant that I have ever eaten at
I had my birthday dinner here on a Saturday night. When I got there I was surprised to find out my reservation was upgraded to the private dining room!! The food and service were both AMAZING!!! I love this location!
Everything was just marvelous.
This place is a hoodrats paradise.. I’m sure it will be in so low budget rap video soon.. Whatever happened to getting dressed up going out for fine dining?? I could’ve just hung out in the hood with the thugs with their pants are hanging down.. I had a better experience at Chick-fil-A earlier that day I should just went back there for dinner to save myself 200 bucks..
We enjoyed the entire experience. The service was outstanding and the food met our expectations and more. We will be back soon.
We had a celebration dinner with our daughter and son-in-law to celebrate her pregnancy. We had received a gift certificate and it had been several years since we had eaten at Ruth’s Chris. Almost everything about the meal was disappointing. The service was slow and poor. Our 2 bone in steaks were ordered medium rare and arrived very blue and had to be sent back (this was done without an apology or any comment) The side dishes were bland. Additionally, I was surprised by the fact that there were people there dressed in shorts and flip flops. They are remodeling and the interior was very old and worn. It was a very expensive experience and not at all up to our expectations.
Attended a friend's retirement dinner. Food, drinks, and service were outstanding. THe reason I am giving a 4 star rating is the inconvenience of going to the 2d floor of the hotel to go to the bathroom. (Long lines, resulting in time away from friends).
We had a problem with the service. The Server was not very attentive., appeared to have a very nonchalant attitude. We felt rushed throughout the experience. The server took our order quickly, without review of the night's specials, if any. The salad was served before the appetizer... when the appertizer did arrive it was cold and had to be sent back. One of the three entries was cool to the touch and had to be sent back, the replacement had bacon which the guest specifically requested not be included. The server left the completed salad dishes on the table when the entres were serve. They were not removed until we spoke to the manager or maitre d. He, the manager /maitre d was the only saving grace. He apologized, discounted our meal and gave us a gift card. While we certainly did appreciate his kind gesture we would have loved to have had a pleasant evening at what we thought would be a fine establishment.
Two sisters celebrating birthdays!
Our waiter, John David, was Excellent and so knowledgable!
