Our Server Nick was superb. He was very attentive, very kind and very professional. We enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious hot and very flavorful. We would definitely come here again. We love the location and the decor of the restaurant. It was great.

Planned a night out for a birthday for my girlfriend and mentioned that in the notes of the reservation. I expected to be seated in the dinning room and not the bar area for such an occasion, but we were seated in the bar which was not as formal. The service was top notch and I have zero complaints when it comes to the service. The table we were seated at is a high table which was very uncomfortable, I am over 6 foot and couldn't put my feet on the floor and the chairs were uncomfortable. The food was good though and the service was great, it still ended up being a nice evening but I would consider going somewhere else because of the seating

Ruth’s Chris is my favourite steak go-to when I’m in Boston. Small hiccup this time as I can’t sit at high tops due to my cane. So that resulted in a 40-minute wait but at least they could accommodate us in the end. The salad wedge was super tasty and the steak was sublime as always; topped off with nice cocktails and a great Riesling (don’t judge I’ve given up red!) I will be back I’m sure.

Took my daughter to celebrate her birthday I was very happy. They acknowledged her birthday upon arrival. The waitress was awesome. The food was amazing so much flavor.🙂😋😊

Unfortunately, not the best experience. We sat at the bar and it was a quiet night. Building is the old Boston City Hall and is a cool space with views of old and historic atmosphere. The servers and the bartenders seem to be bickering and not hiding it too much from the guests. I ordered a drink from the cocktail list and asked that I swap out one of the ingredients just for lemon juice and it was met with a bit of a scowl on the bartender’s face. Once our food arrived, no one came over to ask us how it was and the dessert that was part of our pre fixe menu seemed to take a very long time to get to us once it was totally clear that we were done with our meal. Unfortunately, the food itself was a little bit below average for what this particular chain likes to present itself as. I also was disappointed to see that every single red wine option by the glass was from California with the exception of two of maybe 12 options. I’ve had other great experiences at Ruth Chris’ before, but unfortunately, this one was subpar and not up to the standards that I have seen in other locations.
