It was probably the food I’ve ever had. Our Waiter was great for suggestions but he did forgot about a drink that’s the reason for 4 star service. Place look good but there weren’t enough separation between the other guests to create the intimate experience I wanted. All that said I will be back.

Everything was great except we had a 8:15 reservation and didn’t get seated until 9:00 but love this place!!!

Love Ruth's Chris but the service was really lacking this time. Made a reservation for 8 pm. Arrived at 7:40 knowing we would get a drink first. Were told our table would be ready closer to our reservation time (which was fine). 8:00 came, no table. 8:10, no table. I finally asked the hostess at 8:18 if we would be sat soon. She said they were cleaning the table at that very moment and they would come get us in one minute. That process took seven minutes total (seems odd if they were actually in the process of cleaning the table - should only take a minute or two). I also note that the way they get you for your table is by walking around the bar asking everyone if they are the people they are looking for. MASSIVE waste of time. They should take people's phone numbers. Also valet had us wait in the rain upon leaving for at least ten minutes. I do note that our server and food were both excellent but everything else just bleh. We come here often and this has now happened twice. What is the point of making a reservation if they're a half hour late every time?

Food is phenomenal but the wait and service leaves much to be desired. Had a reservation but still waited for 45 minutes. The hostess approached four times to ask what name the reservation booked was under.

It started poorly with a 20 minute wait even with a reservation. BUT after we were seated the service was great the food was great and it really made up for everything.

Steak (Ribeye) was very good and done perfectly. Portion was very good. Mash potatoes and asparagus were average. Wine was excellent. Service was excellent. Prices are too high for anything but a special occasion.

Best steak around. Had the porterhouse for 2, cooked to perfection. Waiter, Anthony, did a awesome job. Very attentive and great personality. Made the dining experience even better. Can’t go wrong with this place, 👍🏻👍🏻

No matter what you get at Ruth Chris it's always good I've been going to Ruth Chris for years now and never had any problems worth checking out I have now got my sister in Calafornia going now....

For the first time, my steak was not very good. The cut was good sized but very grisly. The a grate potatoes side was not as flavorful as before. I did speak with the waiter and they took my steak off of the bill. Waiter was wonderful and very understanding.

Why is it every time we go here they try to sit us in the basement? Even with request for main dining room on open table. We had 5:30 reservation on Friday night. Main dining room was nearly empty and we had to ask twice to sit there. After we said no to basement they tried to sit us in the tiny room by front door. Finally sat us in main dining room. Main dining room did not fill up till we were leaving at 7:45 so no reason they could not have honored our request to start with. And we were dressed up while others around us had jeans and sweatshirts on. If you go insist on not sitting in the windowless basement!

The steak was excellent! Being in the old steakhouse was beautiful. It was a little crowded and tight so it made it a little louder and we wanted. We would ask for one of the smaller rooms next time. The service was outstanding we had a great time! We never felt rushed the menu was explained in detail and everything arrived as expected.
