Waitress forgot to bring our wine and couldn't remember what we ordered as "I didn't write it down". Check brought out without request or asking if we wanted coffee or a liqueur. Bar bill cannot be transferred to restaurant. Shame. Great food and venue but seems to be badly managed.

Been going here for quite some time, the drinks were very weak, that was very disappointing, spoke with our server and she told us that the bartender were told to pour weaker drink that they are cracking down on the measures. For the amount of money they charge, that is very discouraging. Also, they have stopped giving complimentary dessert for birthdays and anniversaries. I feel like it is going downhill.

I’ve been coming to Ruth’s Chris for years. I feel that this visit was good but not excellent. The food has always been a cut above the other nice steak restaurants but this time it was just average.

My husband, son and I ordered the crab cakes, New York strip steak, petit filet, garlic mashed potatoes, and mushrooms. All of the food was beautifully seasoned. The steak and filet (cooked medium, to order) were tender and succulent. Our server was superb: professional, friendly, attentive and informative. Highly recommend this establishment.

Great dinner but service was subpar. Drinks came and had one spilled on our guest for my husband's birthday. Offered 2 replacement drinks and a Manager didn't stop by to apologize. Had to ask staff to remove glasses not used and remove plates when dinner was done. Not a very busy night but do understand many restaurants are understaffed.

There is exactly one reason for me to go to Ruth Chris: the meat on DineOut menu. We ordered the 8 oz. beef filet, which is unbelievably fabulous, premium meat, perfectly cooked (rare) on a hot plate. This is a tremendous value, and I applaud Ruth Chris for making it available on the DineOut menu. Otherwise this restaurant is a pretty standard steakhouse, perhaps in decline as it was only half full on Friday night, most people ordering from DineOut menu. The ambiance is OK, not the best. Women at reception desk and servers were all quite perfunctory and rushed, despite not being particularly busy. Obviously not well-trained or gracious. And, except for the DineOut specials, Ruth Chris has become even more overpriced than previously... with most wines starting at $20 or more/glass, food similarly extreme, it's not a good value for us. If DineOut is a promotion to try to get new customers... it's hard to believe most non-business people could afford to come back.

If you want to experience the most delicious steak you will ever know, dine at Ruth's Chris and you will be spoiled for there is no comparison. I have tried plenty of other steak houses and even though they may be good or sometimes excellent, they still never measure up to Ruth's Chris steak. Period. End of story!

Absolutely the best steak house I have ever eaten in. The chef's cook the food to perfection. All food items with the exception of the Ceasar salad were outstanding, and that is only because there is only so much flavor in a Ceasar salad. Service was great, ambiance was spectacular, and food was outstanding.

We came for a special night out and were disappointed. We have had better food elsewhere. Many different staff members visited our table to bring food and clear dishes but our server was MIA much of the time. My husband ordered a glass of wine that never came. We will not return.

Hands down one of my fave Ruth Chris locations!When I dine at RC on my visits back home, this is the one I return to. The food is always beyond flavorful, the manager Paul was awesome, he kept checking in on tables and offered assistance. If your ever in Boston- this is the location!! Our waitress was great as well- I feel bad, I don’t remember her name :)
