This was was best dinner experience we have had in a long time. The staff was friendly and very attentive. They made our special night 100% more special by doing little thoughtful things. Definitely would recommend Ruth's Chris Steakhouse to family and friends and hope to go back.

My husband and I were seated in the bar area which was lovely; we were lucky to have Grant as our waiter. He turned a simple date night into a special occasion. On your next visit to Ruth's Chris be sure and request Grant! A shout out as well to the bartender who came up with the featured cocktail; it was delicious. I wish I could remember the name so I could order it again!

We love the food at Ruth’s Chris. When we travel we usually eat at a Ruth’s Chris if we can find one. We were disappointed in their new lighting plan though as we found it too dark to read the menu well. Our server and other staff were very helpful!

Service was great but did get accidentally charge for another table's meal in addition to mine, waiter acknowledged it but charge not yet resolved from credit card (only one day later). Food overall tasted great but too much butter used in almost every dish we ordered. The filet had the crispy outer finish as expected but it was too crispy in areas and steak too well-done is those areas.

Mya is an excellent server. She made our 8 year old’s bday one of the best yet! And the filet was cooked perfectly medium rare- just the way she loves it- compliments to the chef! And a nod to the pastry chef as well delivering a Lava cake that actually lavas. Thanks! We will be back!

The service and food was absolutely excellent. You pay for what you get though and that is kind wonderful people who work there. Highly recommend when you are celebrating a milestone in your life. Ruth's Chris continues to be the best steakhouse in Boise. They called ahead to check in on our special occasion, and have a team-model of staffing and serving a table, which ensures that there is always some nearby and checking in. Service was pleasant and attentive without being too overbearing. And the food, as always, was consistently excellent. A surprisingly good halibut on a salty crispy dark black rice was the surprise standout. But the ribeye was just what I came for, prepared with veins of fat leaving a buttery texture throughout. The shoestring fries, scallop appetizer, and the wedge salad with blue cheese were solid; cocktails were worth ordering, and the butter cake and coffee service at the end of the night was an excellent dessert that we would order again. Compared to everywhere else in town, I continue to give them 5 stars.

We were there a year ago for an anniversary dinner, and it was not a great experience due to a seating problem and the noise level. But the general manager Don stepped up, and our experience last night, for my birthday, was outstanding! The service was prompt and attentive, the food was hot and delicious, the ambience was elegant and calm, and Don greeted me as we were leaving the restaurant to make sure we had a terrific experience. We will certainly be back for another fine dining experience at the Boise Ruth’s Chris.

Food was outstanding. Server seemed to be new but was very professional, soft spoken, and nice. He got a little pre-occupied with a demanding table of guests but was able the make the night enjoyable for my wife and I. He comp’d our deserts, which we didn’t mind, due to the other guests eating up too much of his time. We would for sure go again.

I have dined at Ruth's Chris on numerous occasions. It's always been excellent service and the food is consistently good. On this visit, it was for my nephew's birthday. It was his first time experience Ruth's Chris. He had the signature filet, au gratin potatoes and caramel dessert. He said it was the best dinner he had ever had. So you're definitely doing the dining experience right.
