    My lady friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Ruth’s Chris. We shared a salad and lamb chops and both were excellent. The service was great.

    We have been coming to this location for over 25 years. I booked this reservation 6 weeks ago for our daughter’s 30th birthday. The day of the reservation they called twice to confirm and a third time 45 min before our time to let me know they were out of a lot of items. We decided to go ahead and go since it was too late to find another place. We were seated immediately in a back room. It took the server several minutes to come get our drink order. 40 minutes later we received our drinks and then ordered. More than half of their items were “unavailable” because they “didn’t have the staff to prep”. After finally getting our food, 3 of our 6 steaks had to be returned because they were rare. They never acknowledge my daughter’s birthday and by the time it was time for dessert we just left. The whole experience was terrible. I don’t know if there isn’t any management or what is going on. We spent more than $650.00 and the food was mediocre. Sadly we will not be returning to have dinner here again.

    Came for my birthday. First time and last time. Got there at 7:45. Ordered food at 8:40. Received food at 10:00. Didn’t leave until after 10:30. Took forever for food to come out. Came for the lobster Mac and cheese. They ran out. My husband ordered a medium well steak… it was rare. Could not find the waiter to send it back so just pushed through and ate it anyway. The waiter, who was nice… seemed to be spread thin and was not able to give the proper service expected from a “fine dining” establishment. Lemonade was horrible and bitter. Just not a great experience. You get way better food and service from J Alexander’s and Flemings. Will stick with them from now on.

    Food was amazing as usual once we finally got it. Service was very disappointing this time. We were seated by the hostess and it was at least 20 min before anyone came to great or get drink orders. Then it was another 15 min before drinks were brought to us and food ordered. Took almost 40 min for our food to be brought out once order placed. And in that time we had to flag down a waiter to get a drink refill. Very subpar service this trip for the price you pay for great food.

    We went on a night that was extremely busy. Our waiter Michael was great but it’s obvious they were short staffed specifically in the kitchen because it took food forever to come out. All the tables around us were complaining about their wait. I heard the table behind me ask for the manager and their server told them it would be a while as he was in the kitchen on the grill. It was my bestfriends first time and she vowed to never return.

    We arrived at 6:00 pm, per our reservation. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink. We placed our orders but did not get our food until 8:15…….over two hours after we arrived. The filet was good, not great and the creamed spinach was uneatable. It took about 45 minutes after we finished eating to get our desserts and they were average, at best. We NEVER got our last drink orders. Our bill was $350 for two people, totally not worth it.

    Had a reservation at5:30 received our food at approximately 7:30. Had tickets to a comedy show for 8:00. Waiter had the nerve to tell us that he could box our food up and we could take it with us. For the price of this food I couldn’t believe he made that statement. Of course we stayed and ate and was late getting to show. Steak ordered well came out rare sent it back. First time eating there was recommended by a friend don’t know if I will eat there again. A restaurant like this you should be able to sit and enjoy your meal.

    It was uncomfortably cool, the hotel guests were loud throughout the dinner. I realize that the restaurant can’t control the guests in the hotel however the standards of the hotel have declined so much over the years it’s affected the restaurant. I do enjoy the restaurant but little has changed in the past 30 years as the decor and could use an upgrade. But the service was very good and the food is still great.

    We had not been to Ruth’s Chris in years and decided to reserve a late Valentine’s Day dinner. The server Brandon was charming and helpful in every way. The Caesar salad was great. The steaks were delicious and came out sizzling on the plates as always. The crème brûlée was perfect—it’s hard to get vanilla bean crème brûlée with fruit perfect—so it was a very nice night. No one was seated in the area overlooking the stream, and we would have preferred that, just for the ambiance, but everything else was very nice.

    We made a special reservation for this weekend, both to celebrate Valentines Day and to give Ruth’s Chris another opportunity to provide us with the evening we expected. We had gone there on Christmas Day and our dinner experience was not good at all - steak was served barely warm (certainly not sizzling) and service was very slow. But Sean, the manager that evening, implored us to give them another chance, so we returned this weekend. Douglas, our server, made sure that everything was perfect - steaks were served sizzling, service was properly paced, and we were very happy with this evening’s dinner. We asked the manager, Lanie, where Sean was - and he was back in the kitchen, ensuring that all went well. We will continue to come to Ruth’s Chris (we’ve been coming to this RC since 2004) when we want a truly delicious dinner and the enjoyment of a special night out.

    The staff if very friendly. The atmosphere and scenery makes it look as good as the food tastes. The steaks are the best and very tender. You haven't had a real steak until you've had ruth's chris. Furthermore, the cocktails are awesome hands down best restaurant and service ever. Its pricey but I will be back very soon.

    Larry took care of our every need. Two ladies working the greetings desk were also quite friendly. And Keith was there to help refill glasses. The food was fantastic especially the warm bread with softened butter.

    Excellent service from Michael. Food was very good. the fried oysters were cooked perfectly and delicious. The Ribeye was a bit under cooked even for me (I like medium rare & seared. the plates were not very hot and sizzling as usually done. Our friends had salon and vegetables which they said were excellent.

    not the best rc we have been to. This one used to be better than now. service was subpar for the price and the food was ok but not great. Had the filet which was grisley and with fat. surprising for a an expensive steak. Asked to share items which they delivered to the table not separated. This was a first for us.

    It was my first time at this establishment, It was an amazing experience, one that I will never forget! The service was second to none and the environment was perfect!     We’ve been to RC in several cities, but this one was VERY disappointing. The potatoes were terrible, bread was just ok, the only redeeming factor was the steaks. Our waiter was good, but service was slow. It’s in a hotel lobby and very dated.
