   We celebrated our son’s birthday at Ruth’s Chris. They escorted us to a cozy, private room that was perfect for the occasion. Our server was amazing! She didn’t miss a beat. She was training another young lady who was also conscientious and paid attention to details. We have celebrated other occasions at RC and the food and drinks are always perfect! Definitely a 10/10!

   Reliable steak that always comes out sizzling. Sides were not very good - think the mashed potatoes were instant. Desert was marginal. Excellent service. Food needs to be much better to offset the dated atmosphere, high price and to compete with the other steakhouses in town.

   Everything was great. the service, food, and the atmosphere. It was expensive, but I knew that from the beginning. But it was worth it as we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary. It will be a while, but we shall return.

   Was very nice and food was good. The appetizers were delightful (crabmeat stuffed mushrooms and fried oysters). The meat was perfect, my husband and I had the Tenderloin and our guest had the salmon all was Good. The dessert’s were a great end for a lovely meal.

   Staff was very accommodating when we arrived with one extra person in our party and our waitress was outstanding. The ambiance was excellent and it was enjoyable sound level being low so that we could all hear other talk (unlike so many other venues that are so loud). The food was enjoyed by all, but the pricing has really gone up a good bit since our last visit. All in all, though, momma was VERY happy and it was a wonderful way to celebrate Mother's Day.

    The food is always amazing here. But the service was absolutely terrible. We go to Ruth’s Chris quite often, and this was the first time we’ve had horrible service. Usually you have people coming to your table too much (which is great), but we had to BEG our waitress for multiple items, and she sat the bare bread on the table….. horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend the waitress we had at all, but the food was great. I usually understand when service is eh, but they weren’t busy at all and we only saw our waitress with 2 other tables besides ours. She also disappeared for about 10 minutes at a time. Never had our drinks filled either.

    We frequently visit the restaurant and the food is still delicious but the meals have gotten smaller. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast and looking at it you would think the bird was not mature yet. The only other mishap was the bread almost came out with the food which should come out right away.

    Sub par. We have eaten at multiple Ruth’s Chris restaurants. Dallas, Palm Beach, Destin, Orlando, etc. this one is the absolute worst one we’ve ever been to. As a matter fact, it’s the only bad experience we’ve had. Sides were nearly cold when served. I always get the ribeye and it was cooked almost well done. I mentioned it to the waitress, who seemed rather peeved that I would complain. She took it back, only to bring the same steak back out to me to ask if I was sure I wanted a different one cooked medium (which is how I ordered it). I hesitated, shook my head and told her that’s fine. I’ll just eat it. She came back and asked if I was sure, that another one was being prepared. So I said, yeah. I would like one cooked medium. About twenty minutes later, after my wife and children were all done eating, she finally brought another one out. And it was the worst, toughest cut of meat I had ever had at *any* “upscale” steakhouse. The waitress was noticeably annoyed and rather short with us the remaining time we were there. Considering that we spent almost $350 for an average meal, she could have been a bit more pleasant and accommodating. Won’t go back to this location. I do not AT ALL recommend going here.

    We were a party of five for Mother’s Day. Two teenagers ordered the wedge salad and they were HUGE and delicious. Four of ordered filets, that were cooked perfectly (medium rare), and one ordered crab cakes. They got three very large and delicious cakes. Two Mimosas, one Martini and one glass of wine and the meal was fabulous.

    Our Mother’s Day experience at Ruth’s Chris was fabulous!!! We all ordered from the prix fixe menu, and between the three of us we experienced steak, shrimp, and salmon. Our sides were absolutely delicious, and our crab-stuffed mushroom appetizer was out of this world. Moreover, the service was 10 out of 5 stars. It had been a long time since we had eaten at Ruth’s Chris. I assure you it will not be that long until we go back!!!

    We had a 11:30 reservation and when we go there most tables were empty but we were sat in the outer area. The sun was beaming down on us and there was no air. Our server Larry was great and quickly took out order. However, we had a week of no air in the house and the seating area was not good. We should have been asked if outside was good before we were seated. We did ask to be moved to the inside dining and they did accommodate our request. Larry continued as our server and was excellent.

    Food and drinks are delicious. Homemade salad dressings. Fresh ingredients. Cocktails with a lot of flavor Good wine selection. Service was ok until it got busy. Too much time went by waiting on waitress. She seemed overworked. Again the decor needs updating. Especially the restroom. Steak was good but seemed like smaller than usual.

    Very poor experience this time. Food was good as always, but service could not have been any worse. 25 minutes after our reservation to get seated. Order appetizer - 45 minutes later when server finally came back to table - oops forgot appetizer. It was over an hour and a half after our original reservation before we got any food. Absolutely horrible experience. I expected much better for a $325 dinner for 3.

    We had an amazing dinner, it was also my first time eating at Ruth Chris, so I soaked all of it up, the food was amazing from the appetizers, to the steaks we had, all the way to the sides, and the dessert (btw the crème brûlée is amazing). But the service is top notch, and the atmosphere was gorgeous, all in all I will definitely come back here again for a nice steak, and a good time.
