   The Embassy hotel the restaurant is in was very nice as always. We made a late reservation at 9:45pm due to leaving an event and wanted to celebrate. The server Manny was very nice and easily made sure everyone was satisfied after experiencing some issues which was out of his control. We as a group felt the chef in the kitchen rushed our food and we could tell because it lacked the Ruth's Chris quality. Two guest out of the group ordered lobster mac and cheese. It was running and the cheese tasted very grated and not cooked into the past properly. The loaded baked potatoes were very lack luster with condiments not really being “loaded.” One of the guests ordered Calamari and was never told they could not be made due to the fryer being turned off, so she just watches the table eat with no appetizer. I understand that no one wants to see a large party come in near closing but if we were able to book the reservation at 9:45pm, we should be able to sit and eat. If we are willing to pay our hard-earned money and expected to tip well, the kitchen should have been respectful enough to take their time and prepare everyone’s dish. This visit was very disappointing, but I just can't rate everything a zero because the servers tried to make up for the kitchen's mistake.

   We made a reservation here to celebrate a special family event. It was all good except the restaurant was out of shrimp, along with other shellfish apparently. Seemed odd for a restaurant of this standing/price point. So it would have been great for them to have notified us that they would have limited menu prior to our arrival. That was disappointing.

   Great food - they were training new servers. JP was excellent. Kevin - super nice and genuine, once he learns the menu he will be just fine. Super disappointed that they could not go the sea food tower - ran out of some of the food. So we ordered 2 different shrimp appetizers - server came back and they were out of that as well. Restaurant was not full at all which made them running out of food that more puzzling.

   Service spectacular. Food slightly overpriced. Wine way too expensive. Need to reconsider wine prices.

   Brandon and Kevin were great - attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and they even gave us a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary!

   I said in the bar area to enjoy a nice meal being by myself. Great service from the bartender. She was very attentive and checked on me frequently. My only complaint was there is a group of rowdy individuals enjoying a bottle across the room and I swear I was sitting at their table. It’s just the acoustics of the bar area. I can’t complain, I knew I was getting into when I asked to sit there versus sitting on a table in one of the quiet sections. Steak was on point as always. Salad was fantastic, highly recommend the house vinaigrette.

   Bone in Rib Eye, spinach, broccoli & desserts were wonderful! Service was a bit discombodoulated as servers did not seemed experienced. Seemed to be new. However, was Easter night and servers tried hard to please. As always Ruth's Chris steakes, appetizers, sides and desserts were so very good! Look forward to another visit.

    The experience has dropped off quite a bit from previous times. Had to ask for things (bread, refills) several times. Staff was not attentive. They were not busy at all so I was shocked at this.
