    The bread plates on the table when we were seated were dirty and dusty. Coke was out of carbonation. You say you have a dress code but people were there in hoodies and tshirts and flip flops?

    Low rent management, employees not polished enough for nice steakhouse restaurant. Out of food and drinks at 6 pm on Saturday night . Dirty and just ridiculous experience. Walked out after appetizer . Do t waste your time or money at this Ruth Chris!

    The food was fabulous. Portion sizes extremely generous. When our waitress boxed our food she mixed up our carry-out randomly with the other couple. We were looking forward to the other half of meal as a leftover. We wound up throwing out the carry-out as the entree's were in the wrong bags. My drink was overlooked and never refilled. Unacceptable for a high-end restaurant. I did call after I discover and the manager said she would send some gift certificates. I will update when received. (Birmingham AL)
