Ruth's Chris Steak House - Biloxi Ratings and Reviews
We went on a Saturday evening for my retirement celebration with my best friend and wife. We split a wedge salad with blue cheese. She had the lamb chops, I had the New York strip steak. We shared creamed spinach and Cremeni mushrooms. We ordered our meat medium and it was perfect! Pink and extremely tender. The wedge salad was good, I liked it better a few years ago when they but English walnuts and a bit more bacon on it, but still very good with the homemade blue cheese dressing. We finished our dinners with coffee and baileys. Our waitress heated up the baileys and poured the coffee at the table.. a nice touch. Cost was typical for really nice restaurant, about a $100 a person.
Have dined at Ruth’s Christ at the hard rock casino Biloxi many times. This is our first rough experience. Food and drinks consistent. Service very rocky. Felt abandoned after first course. No service for at least 20 minutes. Then I had to “ahem” the manager to take away our empty glasses and dirty plates.
He did comp our next round and things moved quickly thereafter. I hate that I had to bring their attention to the issue, but it was rectified appropriately.
Still would recommend highly....
I've had dinner at Ruth's prob 100x. Was not very good. Steak was not very good. Service was average. But no where near the service you get at a Ruth's. I'm assuming this is because it's in a casino. The one in mobile and both in New Orleans are much better. I would pass on this one. I have even had dinner here at least 10x. It was very disappointing. Will make the drive to LA or AL before we choose this one.
Our experience, to celebrate our 62nd wedding anniversary, was superb. My wife and I found the reception we received, and the personal attention of Manager Anthony, Server Nick, and all of the staff genuine and of a very high order.
As always, Ruth's Chris' entree, in this case, lamb chops, and its salads, sides, and desserts were of uncompromising quality, expertly prepared, and served with high levels of professionalism.
Thank you very much for a wonderful evening.

Simply the best!! Food is wonderful, steaks cooked perfect. Manager came and talked to us about our meal, very nice guy. Waiter was super friendly. My husband dripped some of my drink on his white shirt, they brought us soda water and we go the stain out. That is above and beyond if you ask me. Thank You!!
I have been going to Ruth's Chris for decades, from the original one on Broad Street in New Orleans, to the one across from Harrah's Casino, to the one in Metairie many times, Lafayette, Destin, Biloxi, etc. It has always been an exceptional dining experience, except for this time. My wife and I were there to celebrate her birthday, and although our server did an exceptional job and really "saved" the meal, it was otherwise lackluster. Our steaks weren't sizzling when they arrived, my rib eye was extremely fatty and the baked potato was hard and lukewarm. Perhaps it was on an off night. I certainly hope that was the case.
