We opted for the classic Ruth Chris which is a three course meal. I have food sensitivities and unfortunately the menu did not include all The finishing touches on items; such as their house salad description Did not include croutons and the side dish of broccoli knee did not mention it would come with cheese on it. My biggest disappointment was there was no option for the desert that we paid for and couldn’t eat due to dairy and gluten issues. When I asked the server if we could substitute Fruit, she said there would be a five dollar up charge. I did take a minute to speak with a manager before leaving, so if you go push the server to talk to her manager, because he said there is something that they could’ve offered us. We will go back.

We enjoyed our visit to Ruth's Chris for its wonderful service and delicious steaks. It is an occasional treat for us - as it is a high-end, more expensive restaurant but service and steaks are the best in the area.

Excellent service. Friendly people. Food was tasty, but not cooked to my request. Asked for medium, but got medium rare

Waitress greeted us with just, “Hi. Want an appetizer?” No “welcome, my name is, care for a drink?” We’ve come to expect exemplary service here, so we were largely stunned throughout the meal, as this level of service continued. Waited 20 minutes for her to reappear with bread (which we actually figured must not be served here anymore), then the meal appeared 5 minutes later, with her saying “Here ya go, hun.” It felt like we were in a New Jersey diner. We had to ask three times for water refills with empty glasses—one time we asked who appeared to be the manager, and still waited several minutes. Our table was never cleared of crumbs, so we had corn kernels staring at us through dessert. Speaking of dessert, it took awhile for our order to be taken, and our empty dishes were sitting for about 10 minutes. After finishing dessert, the waitress asked if we’d like coffee. Yes that would’ve been nice WITH dessert... Anyway this was all in such stark contrast with anything we’ve ever experienced here, it was kind of Twilight Zone-ish. Definitely not the special meal we’d been anticipating for Christmas Day. The hosts at the front desk were fantastic and made you believe for a minute that you were someplace special, so that was something.

Great food, excellent service with a quiet dining area where you could carry on a normal conversation and be heard. Steaks, appetizers and side dishes were all tasty as was dessert. Also has a good happy hour menu at the bar.

I don't think we will ever book for thanksgiving again. We had 6pm reservations and didn't get seated until 730. We ordered right away but out food didn't come out until around 815 and they ran out of mashed potatoes so we had to wait for those. My 10 and 6 year old were pretty over the whole thing. Normally we love Ruth's Chris! The staff was very nice and apologetic.

Thanksgiving Dinner reservations at 5:30. They seated us at 6:20. Salad came at 6:45. Dinner arrived 7:45. Steak was cold and looked like they just microwaved it as it was on a plate that looked like it was spattered with microwave stuff. Top of steak warm in part but cold all the way thru. The saving grace were some amazing sweet potatoes. Beat ever! The manager came over and apologized for cold steak and removed steak from our bill which was a nice gesture. They were having a tough night all around. I would guess 90 % of other guests had similar experience. Cheaper than Daniels but not even half as good. Will not go back.

The service is always exceptional. Thanksgiving seemed to be a bit of a struggle this year - restaurant computers went down and new chef seems to be struggling.

What the hell. Completely a mess on thanksgiving. Worst dining experience ever. 2 hours and we hadn’t received our entrees yet. Comp’ed the main courses but then 30 minutes waiting for deserts to be boxed and just left.

Had fantastic food and service at this Ruth's Chris location. Daniel's used to be our go-to for steak but the steak here is consistently better, and we love the atmosphere here. Thank you to our server Mark who was over the top and made our dining experience first class! We will return.

Thought we were going to a high end restaurant with dress code
This was not the case
It was extremely loud
People dressed very casual
The food was brought in on small plates not big enough to eat the meat and vegetables together
Won’t be going back

Our server, Lynnae, was truly exceptional. She took excellent care of us before/during/after dinner & was a pleasure throughout the evening. Her knowledge of various options (I followed one of them & had the bone-in filet) was impressive and, though super attentive, she wasn't annoying or overbearing as some well-intended servers become. Can't say enough about Lynnae, her warmth & knowledge of the menu and the food itself. Always excellent & well worth the time and $.

The best steak I've ever had. We were originally seated in a room with a screaming toddler. We asked to move. And they moved us immediately.

The steak was outstanding. We both had the filet and it was perfect. Served in hot butter. All the rest of the meal was just average. Nothing really special about the garlic mashed potatoes. We had the crab fried rice and it almost too salty to eat, but we managed. Desert was the chocolate duo and the cake was dry but ok. Not memorable. But the steak was certainly memorable. I'd go back just for the steak, nothing else.
